I will suggest you to buy a steam inhaler machine of crescent company and Take a flow of steam (of plain water only) over the forehead through the inhaler and can repeat the process after eight hours as and when required.

Hi, if you do not get periods regularly then there can be a hormonal disturbance. Are you overweight and do you sometimes skips months, then surely you could be having hormonal disturbance but not to worry since it is curable. Also the earlier the better since it can make conceiving a baby difficult. So go for hormonal tests. Fsh, lh, prolactin, tsh on the second day of your periods and also go for a pelvic ultrasound to see your ovaries.

Dear Lybrate User, *Avoid more salty, dry, maida related junk foods, more tea, coffee. *Consume more fresh fruit juice. *Practice yoga, meditation, breathing exercise. *Cleansing shall be one of the most important steps of your skin care routine. Even if you are not having an acne problem washing the face twice a day helps in removing dirt, oil and dead skin cells from the surface of your skin. Less oil and dirt also means less acne. While washing your face never apply soap and always use a mild face cleanser. Also wash the face only with warm or cold water as using hot water can cause pimples *To avoid having pimples it is not just necessary to keep your face oil free but your hair shall also not be oily. Leaving overnight oil on your hair can cause pimples as the hair touching your face will make your skin oily. Wash your hair regularly and don’t let them fall on your face. Also go easy on products like hair gels, fragrances and deodorants as they can clog up the skin pores leading to pimples.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. 7. Starving vs Eating healthy

Starving vs Eating healthy

You study one night before the exam but you manage an all nighter, thus you manage to pass. You study for a week for your sat exams but you manage a score little over 1800. You sit down for a few hours and you manage to finish the work your boss asked for a week ago. You push yourself and get the desired results. These results keep you happy, get the work done (in a long term successful manner) and turn out to be fast as well as effective! but, can you say the same in relation to starving to lose weight? yes it's fast, but is it effective? yes you might look thin, but internally are you happy when you're hungry? yes it's got the job done but will it be a long term success? the answer is no. Starving yourself to lose weight isn't the solution. Why, you ask? well here's a piece of my mind.

Metabolism vs metabolism:
Well the first ones an example of how slow your metabolic rate will be when you starve! since glucose and insulin play a major role in your metabolism levels, insufficient consumption of food will lead to a fall in their levels, eventually causing a decline in your metabolic rate. Then comes the second kind, that fast paced metabolism that's because regular meals keep your digestive system running which in turn paces up your metabolic rates.

No water vs no water weight:
When you decide to starve yourself, you say no to almost any item going into your mouth. You cant live on a peanut for lunch and one fruit for dinner! instead you need to trim the excess weight by getting rid of the water weight by cutting your carbs! for every gram of carb that you consume, your body retains 4 grams of water. No carbs, no retention. No water weight? that's right! say no to carbs, yes to healthy food and bye bye to water weight.

Malnutrition vs nutrition:
After a few months of starvation, there is a major cut in your staple food which leads to insufficient nutrients, vitamin and minerals. Without all the essentials for a balanced diet your body cannot function properly which could lead to serious illnesses and problems. On the other hand, if you eat right your body improves its immunity and keeps even the smallest cough away.

To sleep or not to sleep:
Those who starve themselves tend to get hungry (well, duh) during the odd hours of the night. This either keeps them up late at night or keeps waking them up every few hours. Or, even worse you binge eat at like 3 am. Carbs, fat and dessert! whereas those who eat a well balanced healthy meal end up getting a good night's rest since their body isn't short of food aka energy deprived!

Lethargic lump vs energizer bunny:
After you skip some meals, your body is really low on energy so it uses stored fat as a replacement ie muscles. You'll notice your muscles slowly start to fade away to compensate for the lack of energy in your body. Eventually you won't have the energy to do anything, not even eat (not as good as it sounds!). Actually no energy and no muscle might just make you fat and lazy. If you decide to get off your lazy lump and cook breakfast, you will actually help kick start your body into fat burning mode! also you'll have the energy to exercise which definitely provides better results than starving.

1) your diet must include a glass of juice (any juice), fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at every meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, beetroot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, sprouted seeds etc. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost. Cut out any junk food and aerated drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, or can, or bottle shud be avoided. 2) exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of hard exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. In total it is only 12 mins a day so should not be a big issue. A very useful exercise is to jump in one place simulating skipping. Build up your time to 2 mins. Of jumping. The benefits of this is ungaugeable, and cannot be explained medically as yet, it effects the entire body. In conclusion, live and eat healthy and you will develop energy, a glowing skin and a healthy'go' in life -regardless of age. 3) take homeo remedy - calc phos -30, calc c -30, six drops in sponfl water four times a day. Vit k2 one pill adily.
