It's nothing to do with masturbation. You probably have deficiency of vitamin B12 and D3. You need to visit an orthopaedic surgeon nearby. Masturbation in such high frequency is not good for your overall health.

Hello, Congratulations for a baby. Well, the back pain is one of the complication of post C section, it does not occur due to injection. It normally happens due to flabbyness of the abdominal muscle which makes it weak, and puts undue pressure over back bones. I met with an accident and my scapula bones were fractured on jund 2014. My doctors say it will take one year for the bones to join. I am aged 72 years, I am doing physio theropy exercises daily. I have got pain in my right arm and swelling also. I have got pain near the scapula. What is the remedy? I am taking nearly five tablets per day. Please advice. I have also got hunch back. How to rectify it?

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation 4) exercise and mannual therapy will help in painfree movement. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

I feel pain from my lower neck and shoulder. Knock knee is not due to heavy thighs but due to abnormal bend in the knees. People with knock knee try to keep their legs straight, due to which the thighs touch and cause discomfort. It is possible to measure the exact degree of bend in knock knee. If it is more than the acceptable range then the bend is usually corrected surgically which gives a lifetime relief. Ignoring knock knee can be dangerous as it can lead to premature degeneration and failure of the knees.

1. Start with the Physiotherapy treatment 2. Get lumber spine x ray done 3. Learn spinal exercises 4. Take calcium vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum 5. Don't sit on floor 6. Don't lift heavy things 7. Do hot fermentation twice a day 8. Apply volini cream before sleeping.

Physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind)1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days Do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.
