You should take Acupressure therapy and take Biochemic Mag phos 200x + Kali mur 200x 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days than consult private online.

As you wake up in the morning, apply pressure on your palms (front n back) for 10 minutes. Afterwards rub your hands together till they r warm.

For cold decoction of Tulsi (Holy basil leaves), black pepper, ginger pieces to be boiled, mixed warm in honey and sipped regularly. For back pain pl take juice or decoction of Harsingar leaves. In the meantime get X-ray done.

Dear lybrate user, shin splint can be taken care with the application of sports (kinesio) taping/ rigid tape application, consult a sports physio for the same. Ice application at the affected area will help reducing pain (2-3/day). About bow legs- consult a orthotist to provide you lateral wedges, leg exercises to strengthen muscles is must. See a local physio for the same. Tc.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). (Excessive sitting or standing is to be avoided as well don’t carry much weight on shoulders). Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Management: -Stretching or activities that place additional strain on the back are discouraged. -Sleeping with a pillow between the knees while lying on one side may increase comfort. -Lying on your back with a pillow under your knees would also relieves pain and no pillow under your head. -Some people seem to benefit from the use of ice or heat. Take care, do not use a heating pad on ‘high’ or place ice directly on the skin. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

-u had not mentioned how pain started and whats aggrevating his condition. Go for contrast bath fir 2 3 times daily × 5 days followed by voilini. Precautions: 1 avoid lifting weight 2 avoid jerky mov 3 avoid bending of neck 4 maintain erect posture, if using bike avoid it. If pain still persist call physio for us, ift, execises to strengthen muscles.

Hello apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation .take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Avoid fermented food. Junk food.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Ankle stretching. Ankle strengthening exercises. Avoid squatting. Quadriceps exercises. Core strenthening exercises. Stretch calves get a custom made insole. Hams stretching. Sports taping. Hot fomentation.

Gentle massage over knees with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oils daily for about 15-20 minutes and hot fomentation afterwards will greatly help in subsiding the pain. These procedures would give strength to your knee and reduce the pain and stiffness. Regular oiling the joint will improve the lubrication also. Use knee caps over the joints and avoid over exertion of the joint. This will greatly help. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. Hello lybrate user, leg pain after running is common due to spasm in the leg muscles known as tibialis anterior which functions to pull the foot towards your body during walking, running. When a person runs or exerts an unaccustomed stress there occurs production of lactic acid in the muscle which is quite painful. Relief by: rest ice application stretching exercises will help a lot god bless you.

Last month My knee got twisted while playing football.I have been going through ultra sound treat ment for last 10 days And doing that contraction- expansion exercise too. Now i feel little weakness on that particular part of knee and little pain if get a sudden jerk or some thing like that Now should go for jogging or else wat to do?

Old age with knee pain is most commonly due to osteoarthritis managemnt depends on the stage of disease and the clinical condition of patient. Ask him to use a walking stick. Kindly get his both knee x ray. And review.
