Hlo doc! I am suffering from back pain.Doc advised me to get done MRI so i did.Report says-mild disc bludge at c4-5 level without significant canal stenosis/neural formamina narrowing/radiculopathy. My doc giving me medicens- Pregalin m 75 Rabob-dsr Painvoid-MR Dizitac Adesam-200 All r twice in daily for last three months.There is no relief in my condition,instead of it i put on 5 kgs weight during these months.M in trouble,plz suggest me what to do? Hello this is dr. Vyas do u use lumber belt? hot fermentation? and physiotherapy treatment like traction and ift? if no then go now. And follow some suggestion-- 1.Stop foreword banding 2. Stop site, lie-down on floor. 3. Dont use Indian toilet. 4. Dont climb stares. 5 Don't sit without support. Follow these all things for 7-10 days and send me your review. Get well soon

Please correct your posture, sit with back support and use hard bed. Avoid forward bending, stair climbing, weight lifting, long activity of (sitting, standing, walking, long travelling, watching tv/computer. Stop all exercises and apply hot water fomentation at painful area.

Sir I am 50 year old. My vitamin D LEVEL is 5. I am having very pain in my me knees.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

I am a 29 year old male. I am a Software Engineer and sit in front of computer for long time, but I make sure that I take a break of 5 mins every hour or two hour. Recently I have started Backache. Please suggest some remedy. P. S: Recently I have started to inculcate walking in daily routine by skipping auto-rickshaw while commuting to office. But it constitutes of only 15 mins of walking. If I increase walking will it help me out?

Back ache can be due to several reasons. It can be muscular, related to disc degeneration or prolapse, joint irritation or nerve pinching. Most common is muscle pain due to tight and weak back and abdominal muscles. Keep a positive attitude, focus more on keeping good posture especially when sitting for long hours, use lumbar support. Take frequent breaks and stretch in between. Try changing sleeping habits. Try hot or cold therapy as tolerated. Wish you speedy recovery.

Knee pain usually occurs due to weak muscle around your knee joint. People who are doing daily brisk walks, jogging and running are more likely to get knee pain so for that they should reduce to thrice a week and the other days can do recumbent cycling, swimming or cross trainer (elliptical cycle).
This actually reduce the load exerted on your knees and will give some rest from impact which occur due to jogging or brisk walking. Regular icing after such strenuous activities will also the minimize the risk of injuries to the knee joint.

Hello, bow legs defined as lateral angulation of knee cause can be due to growth abnormalities, development disorders, metabolic disorders like rickets etc. Scoliosis can be postural or non postural. Depending upon your posture curvature of body it's hard to manage your defense services. But you can improve your spine curvature by doing regularly exercises. Exercise or yoga can improve your muscular strength, endurance and improve stamina.
