I'm Jamuna, 25 years old. Im a dentist. I got married to my cousin (paternal ) on August 29, 2014. Its going to be 2 years on coming 29th. I've already diagnosed with Pcos. I have been taking medicines for almost 3 years even before my wedding (metformin, normoz, fertisure ) & went for follicular study once. But there was no use till now . I weigh 92 KGS. I gained weight suddenly becoz of d accident (Head injury due to major trauma) (Intracranial hemorrhage ). I met during my final year. Before that I was normal weighing 70 KGS. Due to the weight gain I got irregular periods. After that I was diagnosed with pcos. I'm very much depressed. I can't concentrate on anything. People who got married after my wedding like my friends, relatives are blessed with children. My husband doesn't know that I have pcos. I feel like dying every moment I go out. I'm very embarrassed in meeting people. If anyone asks about child to me & my husband, we can't able to face them .Is there any good way for us . I'm not interested in IVF or any those technology.

Do's and Don'ts for Weight Loss

Clean eating? check. Regular workouts? you got it. Calorie counting? well, yeah. Yet you can't lose weight? no matter how hard you try, the weighing scale just doesn't seem to reduce those double digits. It's like the fat in your body is refusing to leave, just like a clingy bf/gf. So we came up with a list to debunk the myths about losing weights. Here is a to-do and not-to-do list which will certainly help you achieve your target body weight.

The first step is to control your carb and sugar intake. Don't fall for these zero calorie drinks and 1 g net carb bread. Even multi grain bread is just a fancy way of saying (or not saying- in this case) the bread contains carbs. It's all just a hoax. Be aware of what you're eating, portion size and don't just believe what's written on the label. Anyway after the whole maggi wave that shook up our country and its youth; it's time to be a little more aware about what is actually going inside your body. It's not possible to give up carbs completely, but try to have them in a balanced proportion. Processed foods and supposed diet sodas should be a total no-no. Did you know, if you replace a bottle of soda with water daily, you would easily lose up to 15 kgs in one year.

Now that brings us to the second essential factor. Drink lots of water. Even when you decide to go on a detox or a cleanse, have lots of water and fiber rich foods. Loss of fluid without medical supervision is risky, but combining that with fasting is even worse. Make sure you have around 8-12 glasses of water a day! the reason behind this is that if you stop having water then the kidney slows down which increases the work load of the liver. If the liver is working too hard then it starts to store fat instead of burning it. You get what that leads to right.

Third essential factor is sleep. A minimum of 7-8 hours a night is needed. Sleep deprivation cause's the release of cortisol i. E a fat storing hormone. The maximum amount of fat burning hormone is released during deep sleep! speaking of good habits, while you try to inculcate these it's time to let go of the bad habits. And that means alcohol, smoking and other such habits. Nicotine might be a weight suppressant substance but the withdrawal symptoms include major hunger binges. Alcohol is basically the refined juice of natural foods which basically makes it pure concentrated sugar. That will without doubt make you gain fat easily.

It's a proven fact that breakfast skippers weigh more than those who eat breakfast. The worst thing to do while attempting to lose weight is to skip any meal. Those who skip a meal usually end up consuming more calories than those who eat all three meals. Breakfast is the most essential meal of the day and should never be missed! a good breakfast contains equal amounts of protein and fiber.

Apart from this, don't over exercise but don't forget to have your daily dose of physical activity. Work on your will power skills to give up the dessert lover life and move towards healthy eating. Good eating habits and regular exercise are a lifestyle; not only to lose weight but also to remain fit and healthy!

Hello lybrate user your abdominal cramps and back pain are may be due to pre menstrual symptoms it doesn't mean you are pregnant. If after 13 june you didn't get your periods then there will be chances of pregnancy so don't worry about it right now. If periods will not come then you have to check pregnancy.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Aloe Vera juice is very effective to stop hair loss. Pure aloe gel can be applied directly to the scalp. This is helpful for preventing hair loss due to irritated, dry or infected scalp. Aloe Vera balances the pH level of scalp. After massaging the head with aloe gel, wait for few hours and then wash the hair with lukewarm water. You should do this twice a week for best results.

If you think your diet is not the reason for weight gain, get a thyroid test done. To loose weight, 1. Watch your diet. Eat healthy vegetables, fruits, boiled/raw or baked. Reduce the portion of your daily meal by 25% and later, by 50%. Drink warm water preferably with lemon, 3-4 times a day, specially in the morning. Don't leave butter and sugar entirely, take in very little quantity. 2. Work out. Do some activity, whatever you like better. Or just start and you will enjoy loosing weight. Join yoga or dance class, or simply go to the gym and run for some time. Only work out is not enough, you need to control diet as well, but do it smartly, as per your body's needs.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Chance of getting pregnancy is almost nil as it was done far away from the ovulation date. But in extreme situations sperms can live upto 7 days so it is good idea to take ipill asap. It can be taken till 5 days of sex.

Hello, now you are suffering from fever and stomach pain.follow the below treatment :- irst of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- Take gelesemium 200, twice daily . Take Eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily.Take Antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs , thrice daily. Take Alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. Dear you can easily gain weight & get healthy body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.
