How can I increase my height and weight? I have low weight and small height.
How can it be increased?
Some tips to increase your height: 1.Do Exercise regularly: Spending much time and doing many exercises is not important, as it will not give you efficient output .Every exercise is different and done for different results. Do only stretching exercises that helps you to increase the space between your vertebrae and due to which your height increases. Swimming is also considered a good exercise for increasing height. 2.Take proper sleep: Taking a proper sleep is also important as it is scientifically proven that our body produces more human growth hormone during sleep. You should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. During sleeping body repairs the daMaged cells which is equally important. 3.Have proper diet: Have a proper calcium, protein diet, as protein helps in human growth while calcium helps in making bones stronger. Your diet should be balanced with all the essential minerals. Eat enough fruits and drink lots of water. Take 3-4 meals per day but remember that at one time you should not each much as it will affect your growth. 4.Cycling and play games: Cycling is considered to be good exercise for increasing your height. Also playing game such as volleyball, basketball are extremely useful in increasing height of a person. 5.Running: Do jogging or run regularly as it helps in stretching your every part of your body. Running and sprinting is one of the best exercise for increasing height. You must go for running at least 4 times a week. 6. Do Hanging exercise for height increase and tadasana to increase height However You doesn't need to increase your weight as doing exercises for increasing height will help you in gaining a proper shape of a body and maintains you fit, but I provide you some tips for increasing weight. Ways to increase weight are: 1.Consumes additional calories: For increasing weight, start consuming an additional calories. Even you have to consume more calories, don't go for junk food or any other bad item, stick to nutrient food. What I mean is that you can consume extra calories by eating food which have high content of calories as well as nutrients. This will help you in preventing from health problems. 2.Eat more Drink more: If you want to gain weight quickly eat more. As you should start eat a total of six times a day, taking a small meal at a time. If you can not each much, you could add snacks in between your two meals. 3.Include carbohydrate: Carbohydrate is very essential to increase our weight. Accordingly, various starchy food like rice, wheat, oat, rye etc. Fresh starchy vegetables such as potato, carrot etc. And fresh starchy fruits like banana, apple, pears etc. Should be included in your diet. You need fat. So include chocolate, ice cream etc. But note it should be consumed limited. 4. Take sufficient rest and sleep at least for six hours daily. Not only sufficient eating is enough for gaining weight, you have to digest it properly too I suggest that you should concentrate on increasing your height and not on weight. You can gain weight anytime of your life but gaining height at this stage is important. Have a proper diet and be healthy. For more queries contact us.

What medications are best for the treatment of asthma? What are their side effects?

Do's 1) close windows at night to avoid pollens 2) take regular medicines 3) do exercise and pranayama daily 4) diet should be healthy 5) keep bedroom clean and dust free 6) regular checkup at clinic 7) use a light color to wall as well curtains.(especially bedroom) 8) dinner should be taken before sunset. 9) use mask while going out or apply coconut oil to nostrils 10) carry inhaler all the time (emergency) 11) massage to the chest and back warm with oil, afterward take hot fomentation. Don'ts 1) smoking -active or passive 2) exposure to allergens air pollution 3) avoid visit to gardens 4) stop the self medication. Paracetamol also increases the risk of asthma by 27 %. 5) avoid outside food 6) avoid preserved packed food 7) oily food should be avoided 8) cold drinks and ice-creams. Its disease it may lead to death if untreated.

Young man do regularly exercise, more of yoga. Sleep early. Keep your anger in control. Be more holistic in your approach.

You can make your own hair fall-preventing medicine at home by frying some fenugreek (methi) seeds in coconut oil. Strain this mixture and apply it in minimal amounts, rubbed gently into the hair roots. Alternatively, you can boil some henna leaves in mustard oil. After cooling and straining this preparation, add drops of it in your coconut oil container that you are using for regular massaging.

I am 33 years female and I am having scalp psoriasis for one year now. Did some ayurvedic treatment but it hasn't cured and now have silvery scales on scalp. Please advise how to get cured without using steroid creams.

Hi! 1. Try not to scratch your scalp. Scratching, however, can make the psoriasis worse. Scratching can cause the scalp to bleed. It also can cause hair loss, which can become noticeable. 2. Shampoo gently. Rubbing a shampoo into the scalp may seem best, but it’s not. Rubbing, scrubbing, and scratching your scalp tend to cause psoriasis to flare. 3. Use a scale softener. A scale softener that contains salicylic acid can soften the thick, stubborn patches of psoriasis. Softening these patches also allows medicine that you apply to the psoriasis to work better. 4. When applying medicine to your scalp, be sure to lift your hair out of the way. This helps ensure that you apply the medicine to your scalp and not your hair. 5. Try not to stress out. A psoriasis flare-up can be stressful. Feeling stressed, however, can make matters worse. Stress can worsen psoriasis. Stress can cause the hair on your head to fall out. Finding ways to unwind can do wonders. 6. Oil  has soothing benefits when applied topically to the skin. Try massaging a few tablespoons on your scalp to help loosen troublesome plaques during your next shower. 7. Use more Turmeric. Turmeric has been found to help minimize psoriasis flare-ups. It can be taken in pill or supplement form or sprinkled on your food or added to milk.

The eight to twenty first day of your menstrual cycle, counting from first day, is considered as the fertile period or the UNSAFE period.(for you since your menses came on 19 then having sex 19 to 25th is safe period and 1 week before menses to appear the next month is safe for you). Days other than this are considered SAFE, that is, the 1st-7th day of the cycle and then again from the 22nd to the 28th day. But this may not exactly be correct for all women. It depends on the length of your menstrual cycle (it should be exactly a 28 day cycle or little less) and if you have a regular periods cycle. If the cycle is longer than 28 days that, this time frame isn’t reliable. Opting to have sex during the ‘safe period’ isn’t fool-proof though. Using condoms along with other contraceptive methods like the oral pills are advised to prevent unwanted pregnancies. For more queries contact us.
