A glass of warm water mixed with the juice of half a lemon. A teaspoonful of honey can be added have it early in the morning. Do regular exercise like brisk walking (at least), running, swimming etc. Avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle.

Dear Abhirupa, These symptoms may also happen when the blood is weak and there is lack of nutrition to all the different body parts. Depending on the CBC, she should take adequate vitamins, minerals (in natural or ayurvedic form) to strengthen blood and body. Regards.

Follow these home remedies for Eosinophilia and you will notice a great improvement in your immunity. • Put few drops of eucalyptus oil in your steam water, this will help in softening and clearing the mucus.  • Add some freshly crushed ginger or some ginger juice to your tea to make help cure this problem, to some extent.  • You can also have a mixture of pepper powder and honey in water. You maybe suffering from irritable bowels because of your tension and stress. Follow these simple steps to ensure a good sleep every night and stay away from sleep disorders and other health problems associated with unhealthy sleep habits: 1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed. Sleep well live healthy and live longer.

I am 60.My weight is 105Kg. I am 5'9". I have essential hypertension. I became diabetic 2years ago and am on medication. Hypertension is hereditary while diabetes is not. I am suffering from depression due to weight and have OSA also. For OSA I use CPAP machine and for other ailments I take medicines on regular basis. What is remedy. Thanks for the query. Getting flat wash board abs is all about eating right. Plan a routine keeping the following points in mind. Calories should not be so less that your metabolism goes low. Your needs will increase or decrease depending on your work out. Since you are going to work out at least 5 days a week your protein needs are going to be high to help prevent muscle loss. Eggs, chiken ,nuts, airy, pulses,soy, dry fruits etc. Are all protein sources. To include complex carbohydrate through whole grains vegetables and pulses. Don't go too low on carbs as they are energy sources for our body especially on hard work out days. Include healthy fats in your main meals through nuts, fatty fish coconut oil or ghee or olive oil Limit it to about 15% of your daily calorie needs. Avoid salty junk foods. Drink about 3 liters of water per day. Sleep well.

Hi, your question is not clear to me. Please explain me in detail what kind of problem do you have? How, when and since how long it's been there? Any associated complaints with it? Is there any itching/ burning/ oozing? Share all the details and a clear photo of the affected area with me for proper diagnosis and treatment as many skin diseases has similar manifestations. And the mode of treatment and management is different accordingly.

Hello, Measure temperature and tell me reading Tell me if your friend is having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever. And Get following tests done and review with reports 1.CBC 2. Urine R/M 3.Typhidot 4. Malarial antigen 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken consult me again with reports

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Changing a shampoo might not be the permanent cure. Please find out the root cause. Whether you suffer from any hormonal disease, calcium deficiency etc. Also try to analyze your skin type. A good oil which suits your skin type might be of much help. Also try to consume some good antioxidant herbs like amla and shatavari.

I am 50 year and till now I don't have life style disease like blood pressure ,diabetic etc. My Body mass index is 24.3 .I have been doing physical exercise for one hour every day. Hello, you should take acid phos 200 ch, 5 drops once in a week. Take agnus castus 30 ch, 3 drops once daily in the morning. Take damiaplant 20 drops with water twice daily. Your wife you should take natrum mur 200 ch, 5 drops, once in a week. Alfalfa tonic with ginseng, 2 ts twice daily. Both of you should have a well balanced nutritious diet. Drink plenty of water at short intervals. Revert after 1 month. Take care.

Dear lybrate-user please do not worry though glass particles can injure the alimentry tract but as you said they are very small they may not, please asj=k her to have bananas and lots of fiber that is salads and fruits so that the fiber which is not digested can trap the piece and it may pass off in the stool in a few days time, also please watch out for any severe stomach ache if she has, if she has that take her to a doctor quickly.

Hello Lybrate user,  Back pain that is associated with day time sedentary jobs like computer professional s are associated with paraspinal muscle spasms. The best way to tackle this sort of pain is to do well spaced Stretching exercises of the back, back extension exercises, using hot water bags to provide relief and avoiding stooping posture while sitting. Posture also plays a very important part in back pain, always maintain a straight posture while sitting. While getting up from the bed try to first go on your left or right side of the body and get up side ways. Avoid Cruntches or Sit-ups: they may increase the pressure on your back and may predispose to Slip Disc. Always maintain a healthy Lifestyle in terms of regular brisk walking, meditation, eating healthy. P. S: Try to avoid pain killers (Analgesics) as much as possible as many are associated with Side effects that you may not be aware of. Stay Healthy. Stay Happy God bless you.
