Hello sir my self chandbhan gupta I am 39 year old man and my skin pimppl and black colour sir help me.
Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days. Also, use Bakson’s Apricot scrub 1-2times a week on the area.

Hi. The size of the pores can be reduced to some extent and you will have to maintain it for your whole life! You can take homoeopathic medicines if you do have active acne or discolouration due to acne – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. you r a victim of acne vulgaris and it's sequelae like most people your age. It's a very common problem with a lot of solutions. These acne pimples if broken leave really dark marks. So steer clear from them. Don't pick at them. Avoid cosmetics and over the counter face products. Overwashing won't remove pimples or spots. You need to use cold water and wash face with a salicylic acid containing wash twice a day and not more. It vil help reduce the oiliness to a large degree. Avoid milk and milk products, you can have them occasionally. Instead, you can have tea or coffee. Do not stress over your problem its treatable. Stress vil only increase chances of more pimples. Exercise. You can practice meditation, it vil take your mind of your problem and create all the right chemicals in you. Have fruits with a high vitamin A content (such as broccoli, papaya, spinach and carrots) as this helps to flush acne-causing proteins from the system, and with high vitamin E and C contents (oranges, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, avocados) which have antioxidant effects and help to calm the skin. Have adequate amount of water. Include nuts like almond, walnuts. Avoid milk and milk products like butter, cheese as well as refined flour items and sugary drinks. this vil definrtly help u.

I had lump on 6th of Aug Upto negative on 16 Sept Usg reveals left ovarian hypoechoic cyst measuring about 5 cm with increased endometrial thickness Dr. prescribed duphaston for three days And advice to repeat upto after few days Is it a pregnancy or a delayed period because of ovarian cyst.

Increased and continuous production of oestrogens causes endometrial hyperplasia. And sudden stoppage of oestrogen formation & release caused endometrial shedding resulting into menses. After ovulation, if pregnancy does not occur, there is sudden decrease in synthesis & release of oestrogens and progesterone which causes menses. If pregnancy is settles, progesterone continues to be made by chorionic membranes and pregnancy is maintained by progesterone. In your case, ovarian tissue has overgrown as cyst and there is no ovulation, no progesterone but only continuous synthesis and release of oestrogen hormone with or without enhanced androgen production. So it is a delayed period because of ovarian cyst. You should take 5-6 course of contraceptive pills to regularize menses and prevent endometrial hyperplasia which may predispose to endometrial carcinoma. As follicle (containing egg) in the ovary progresses, it makes some progesterone as well which prevents growth of other follicles and other ovarian tissue as well. After ovulation (spillage of egg from follicle and from ovary in fimbria of fallopian tube, the remaining follicle starts making progesterone in higher amounts.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine berberis aquifolium 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.

Hi, Use Schwabe's Skin care bathing bar. Apply homoeopathic Medisynth's Witch Hazel cream which is very effective against wrinkles. Increase intake of vitamin E like fish, almonds, peanuts, spinach, broccoli, pumpkin, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, papaya, etc. which helps in alignment of the collagen. Vitamin C is also needed for glowing skin. So, take lemon, amla, oranges, kinu, mausambi, etc. Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water in a day. Don't forget to apply sunscreen with SPF- 25 to 30 that too 20-30 minutes before going out. Take 6-9hrs. of sound sleep. Avoid stress/ tension. Avoid anxiety/ anger. Avoid smoking/ drinking.

White glowing skin is a dream of all females and males which is a largest organ in our body that must be treated with a lot of care. The main causes of dark skin are - ? Iam 16 year old how can I take care my skin from pollution and what are the prevention.

MBBS
General Physician, Faridabad
Iam 16 year old how can I take care my skin from pollution and what are the prevention.
Your first step is to remove pollutants and dirt from your skin through proper cleansing. For those living in high pollution areas, you may want to do a ‘double cleanse.’ Choose a cleanser for your skin type that has no added sulfates. Give your skin a thorough cleansing specifically to remove the surface residue such as your makeup, dirt, excess oils and any chemicals you may have come into contact with. Once you’ve done that it’s a good idea to give it another quick cleansing. This way, you can be sure that you removed all the surface impurities and have thoroughly cleaned your skin. If your pores are clogged, you may experience a few breakouts and it’s a good indication that you need to cleanse your skin a bit better. Believe it or not, there are visible signs that you aren’t cleansing your skin properly. If your skin feels uneven it may be an indication that there is something lodged in there. This is most common on your cheeks, chin and nose area. Trust me, it’s not attractive. The good news is that just a bit of extra cleansing on a daily basis may help. Scrub the pollution away Exfoliating your skin on a very regular basis can help guard against negative affects of pollution from building up on your skin, giving it that dull, drab appearance. A good scrubbing helps to deep clean your pores and remove the dirt, oil and debris. Double Down on Antioxidants Antioxidants help to fend off free radical damage and can support healthy-looking skin when taken internally. You can do this in the form of a iet. Antioxidants to benefit the upper layers of the skin are also available in skin care products. Look for cleansers, moisturizers, and serums that contain antioxidant vitamins C and E. They can help to counteract the pollution we encounter from urban environments. Use a good moisturizer Moisturizers will provide your skin with antioxidant support and help hydrate your skin. Most importantly, a moisturizer will help to create a barrier between your skin and pollution. Avoid rush hour For the sake of your skin, it’s always best to avoid being in pollution heavy areas during rush hour. The more automobiles on the road, the more pollution you’ll be exposed to. It’s as easy as that. Wear Sunscreen There is never a reason NOT to wear sunscreen when going outside—I’m sure you knew that. As a friendly reminder, it’s imperative to always protect your skin from the damaging UV rays. Stay hydrated Water is good for your body and great for your skin. By drinking more water, you can help keep your skin hydrated. You should also load up on fresh fruits with a high water content. Look for antioxidant enriched citrus fruits, watermelon and apples for a delicious, hydrating snack.

Is chemical peeling gives a normal skin brightness and what about the hands and legs are they remain same as before and any side effects once we go with skin peeling treatment ? And how much it cost to go with treatment. Please tell.

Is chemical peeling gives a normal skin brightness and what about the hands and legs are they remain same as before a...
A chemical peel damages the skin in a controlled manner, producing a superficial wound. As the damage is repaired by the natural healing process, the skin's appearance is improved. The depth at which the damage occurs is determined by the nature of the chemicals applied to the skin. The type of chemical peel used depends on the nature of the skin problem to be treated. Skin problems that respond best to chemical peels are due to chronic sun damage from ultraviolet light. Since most skin peels damage the skin, there is a period of recuperation necessary. As with any surgical procedure, there are risks, which include scarring, infection, and undesirable color changes. Currently, chemical peels are often used in conjunction with other destructive techniques like laser to diminish the signs of sun damage oracne scarring.
