Hi, I’m a 26 years old woman, married for the last three months. I have had a love marriage and my husband and I love each other immensely. (Though just immediately post marriage we have had some adjustment issues and I had suffered an emotional turmoil, which is now almost gone). Nevertheless, what I wanted to share is that right from the time of my wedding till today I’m mostly averse to physical intimacy. I have just pretended to be aroused and enjoying (in most of the cases) during our physical interactions and we have not have penetration or intercourse, as yet. (We have tried to but as I had experienced excruciating pain, we have not been successful, as yet. To add here, I have never had intercourse, ever in my life). To add on, most of the time I feel lethargic and sleepy and at the same time I’m also having mood swings. I get angry and irritated at the drop of a hat, Additionally, I’m also experiencing hair fall at an alarming rate, and if this continues I will soon become bald. Hello lybrate-user first of all do not stress yourself much. Discuss with your partner about your feeling, discuss with him about the pain, I am sure he ll understand you. Tell him what you like n what you dislike, indulge in foreplay mainly, that way you ll feel aroused n can have pleasurable time with your partner. If you feel pain use jelly or some aroma oil. Check your thyroid n haemoglobin levels for your mood swings, lethargy n hair fall. For hair fall use minotress solution 5% two times per day hair 4 you shampoo regular basis tab ener c 1000 mg, dissolve in a glass of water n hv early morning tab nutricap-s once a day after food. Do 45 min exercise daily, mainly yoga or brisk walk. Hv lots of green vegetables n fresh fruits n juices, include protein rich food in. Your diet. Develop some hobby, n spend your free time in it with your partner to develop emotional bond together. Be happy n enjoy your life thanx.

after every meal eat gurh ( jaggery) regularly. In morning drink shyam tulsi kadha, put 12 shyam tulsi leaves in water boil it and drink do not put sugar or milk only water and tulsi leaves, for quick result add 2 or 3 grams ginger, drink this twice a day for 3 month whereas gurh can b eaten regularly, at night before sleeping do hot water gargles with rock salt in it. avoid extra spicy and also avoid refined oil , eat Sarai oilnor cow ghee, you can also eat Pan ka patta with saunf , elachi, gulkand and laung as a substitute of gurh. but no tobacco in it, in tulsi kadha you can put half tea spoon haldi also for best results, no ice cream at all!!

Dear Lybrate User, Increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. First of all let me tell you that there is no shortcuts in the process of muscle gain. Increasing muscle volume & strength is a highly complicated process which is influenced by various internal & external factors. In the following article you will get a glimpse of that highly complicated process as well as some of its influencing factors. I have made utmost effort in the following article to oversimplify the total process & the factors so that it would be easy to understand for you Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. All type of exercises can be classified under two broad headings:- (1) HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training (2) LISS or Low intensity Steady Stamina. In short just remember that HIIT is weight training & LISS is cardio exercise like swimming & running. Both the form of exercise increases the rate of metabolism. But if your goal is to increase lean muscle mass of your body then you should stick to weight training aka HIIT The basic role behind the process of increase in lean muscle in human body is played by Metabolism. Metabolism is the set of life-sustaining chemical transformations within the cells of living organisms. The three main purposes of metabolism are the conversion of food/fuel to energy to run cellular processes, the conversion of food/fuel to building blocks for proteins, lipids, nucleic acids, and some carbohydrates, and the elimination of nitrogenous wastes. In order to add mass to your muscle you need to increase your rate of metabolism. Once your rate of metabolism or BMR is increased you will be able to achieve your goals There is an internal factor which controls & triggers metabolism. It is the TESTOSTERONE hormone secreted by your body. This TESTOSTERONE hormone plays an important role in the development of the lean muscle. An increased TESTOSTERONE level will help you to achieve your goal of muscle development in a considerable less time. Just follow these three basic rules during exercising:- 1) Do not rest for more than 1 minute between sets 2) Do not exercise for more than 60 minutes continuously 3) Progressive overload is necessary to increase your muscle mass Now lets come to your diet. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of excess protein in your diet. It is another vital part of increasing muscle mass. You may have noticed that professional body-builders take supplements according to a fixed schedule. They take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. They take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again they take 40 grams of whey just after finishing workout. Now you are a normal person & unless you have any intention to compete in bodybuilding competition you do not need to follow the above timings of whey protein. In fact you can get the extra protein from your diet only. Try to take 50- 70 grams of protein daily. That would be sufficient for your daily need in initial stage. As you continue progressive overload then you should also increase your protein intake. Excess protein produces excess harmful urea. Our kidney has to function more to excrete this excess harmful urea from our body. So excess protein creates excess pressure on our kidneys. For better reasons try to take protein from plant origin. Protein obtained from animal sources like meat & egg are found to play an important role in cancer. Just after exercise the rate of metabolism is increased but to maintain that increased rate of metabolism or BMR throughout the rest of the day you should need to make some little changes in your food habit. Just think of your body as a furnace & the fire as metabolism. If you add 10 kg of wood to the fire all of a sudden then the temperature of the fire will be increased suddenly but it would not last long. So in order to maintain the constant temperature of the fire it would be wise to add 1 kg of wood after every interval of 1 hour. Same happens with our body. You need to provide food to your body at certain intervals so that the rate of metabolism remains constant. I am giving a description of your food timings:- Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up Take some pre workout nutrition Exercise for not more than 60 minutes Take a heavy breakfast within 30 minutes of exercise Take a midday snack comprising of fruits or nuts after 2 hours of breakfast Take your lunch within 2 hours after having midday snack Take an evening snack comprising of fruits or nuts after 2 hours of lunch Take your dinner at least 2 hours before going to bed Get an uninterrupted sleep for at least 7-8 hours daily Throughout the rest of the day try to drink a glass (300 ml) of cold water after every one hour If you have a habit of masturbation then you should keep a minimum gap of 5 hours between exercise & masturbation. Just after ejaculation of sperm a sudden decrease in the amount of TESTOSTERONE hormone occurs. So it would not be wise to masturbate either just before or just after exercising. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.

Hereditary Heart Diseases - How to Deal With Them?

A heart disease is definitely something, which is serious. In most cases, it is the result of a person’s lack of prudence when it comes to staying fit and moderating what food items feature in the diet. But is this always the case? Well, not at all. Genetic or hereditary heart diseases, such as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, long QT syndrome, very high cholesterol levels running in the family and many others, provide enough reason as to why not.

This is because a person cannot be blamed for a hereditary heart disease as the reason why this occurs is on account of the genetic makeup. So, the best way for one to know, if there is a risk of this sort of disease is to take a look at the family history with respect to the disease.

  1. Keep a record: One of the ways by which a person can get to know if there is a risk of a hereditary heart disease is by finding out, if a condition known as arrhythmia is prevalent in the family. This is a condition in which the heart has an irregular heart beat and can be potentially lethal. Other things which are to be watched out for include, but are not limited to, a track record of members in the family who have faced a heart failure at a young age, especially prior to them reaching the age of 50.
  2. Watch out for signs: It is not always true that the signs of hereditary heart diseases pertain to the heart. If a person has fainted or has had seizures, and an effective treatment could not be performed by making use of the normal medicines, which would generally be used in these circumstances, it could be taken as a sign of presence of hereditary heart disease.
  3. Get tested: To know if there is a risk of a hereditary heart disease, it is important that a person gets genetically tested. This is to be done so that the gene analysis can provide details as to which hereditary heart diseases a person has, along with the other members of the family. There are various tests for things such as HCM, ARVD and Marfan syndrome.

Apart from this, undergoing genetic counselling is also considered important. This is to keep a check on the worries of having a sudden heart attack as well as the concerns one may have about passing the genes relating to the heart disease to one’s offspring. This is one of the most necessary, but underrated things when it comes to dealing with a hereditary heart disease.

I have a little bit of physical work in my company, like walking here and there. Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

I had back pain. It only occurs when I am sitting without a support in back. It also happens when I lean to a desk for long time when sitting. The pain occurs not in the central spine but on the muscles side to it. I do not feel pain in any other situation other than mentioned here. The pain will not last only in these positions.

I advise you to maintain a proper posture while sitting. If possible keep a cushion behind your back while sitting. If the pain persists take tablet yograj guggul one tablet three times daily.

Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion IRON rich diet like Green vegetables,Fruits and 2 glass milk daily PAPAYA PACK ( BAKSON) Daily apply on face directly in evening when u think u r not going outsside now nd wash face after it is dry. Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark pigmentation spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. 1. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. 2. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. 3. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. 4. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash once in a day. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.
