Hello. Make sure your intestines are clear and well detoxified because they might be the root cause of your thin body condition. For the detoxification of your stomach and intestines drink lukewarm water right after you wake up in the morning sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) and rinse your mouth with luke warm water and then gulp it in (sip the water instead of drinking it in speed). Eat a heavy breakfast everyday and consume at least 5 spoons of cow ghee along with your food, milk etc (each day and not just one time) The best remedy is sitting in" Prithivi Mudra" for about 20 minutes every day doing this method for 6 months regularly will provide you with natural weight increase (touching the upper part of the ring finger and the thumb, while keeping rest of the three fingers straight) Another tip is that the best time for breakfast is after the sunrise till 2 and half hrs of sunrise (for example if the sunrises at 6: 00AM in your city then the best time is 6: 00AM till 8: 30AM). Consume a heavy breakfast everyday and take very light food after the sunset. It is even advisable that you don’t drink water after your meals for at least 90 minutes. Thanks.

Lift weights do not take caffeine drink banana shake twice a day have eggs, meat, (if you are non-vegetarian), nuts take ghee on roti and whatever you eat with all this, do lift weights and do muscle exercises. Do not do cardio or fat burning workouts.

Hi lybrate-user 1) apply mixture of onion and lemon juice on the scalp. 2) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals. 3) take 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals. 4) take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast 5) take 20 ml of bhrungarajasava and 2-2 tablets of leelavilas rasa and raktastambhak vati after meals 6) use vatajatadi taila do all these things for 30 days it gives you good result thanks.

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Asthma is preventable disease. You have to take pains to prevent it. First you findout what are you allergic to? once you know the precipitating causes better you avoid it. Do regularly pranayama (breathing exercises) every day so that you can increase your lung capacity. Do water therapy ie. Taking one liter of water on empty stomach, wait for 1 hr before you have breakfast. If it still persisting, try good inhaler mornig & evening. No relief better you see a doctor to avoid acute attack.

You can maintain it by 1. Eat small and frequent 4 -5 meals in a day, instead of 3 heavy meals. 2. Drink 3 -4 lts of water daily. 3. Include high-protein foods like milk and milk products, paneer, dals, soybeans, eggs, chicken/fish (if non-vegetarian). Reduce excess carbohydrate intake like rice, banana, chips, burgers, pizzas, etc 4. Minimize sugar intake in the form of sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, etc 5. Use less of oil to cook your food as well as stop eating fried stuff like puris, chips, samosas, etc. 6. Include 30 minutes brisk walks 5-6 times a week.

Hi I had acne before and had used lots of product before now my acne is very little but I have acne scarring and little bit acne I have combination skin. So I needed to know which facewash I should use to keep my skin good and facewash should now cause my skin peeling and irritation or redness tell me that type of facewash. Sir from 1 year hair fall is going on. I could not recognise the reason for what it happens so. With in 1 year I stayed 1 month in Mumbai then after 6 month in Delhi after that I am staying in chhattisgarh state where more coal is produced. Sir sperm discharge happens 1 time in a weak usually. By combing once around 20 ,25 hair falls and also washing heads by shampoo around 30 hair falls. I am usually using hair oil every night but that also not working. Please I am so concerned over it please at this matter and suggest for any thing.

Dear lybrate user, hair growth occurs in cycles. Each cycle consists of a long growing phase (anagen), a short transitional phase (catagen) and a short resting phase (telogen). At the end of the resting phase, the hair falls out (exogen) and a new hair starts growing in the follicle beginning the cycle again. Normally, about 40 hairs reach the end of their resting phase each day and fall out. When more than 100 hairs fall out per day, clinical hair loss may occur. Hair loss have many causes such as:- 1) shrinkage of the hair follicles due to the influence of androgenic hormones. 2) under-nutrition of the hair due to fungal infection on the scalp. 3) effects of radio therapy or chemotherapy. 4) nutritional deficiencies. 5) autoimmune diseases. Modes of treatment for hairfall/alopecia includes surgical modes, oral medicine & local external application. The minimum duration of the course of oral medicines & external application is 6 months. But before starting any treatment, the proper underlying cause behind alopecia needs to be diagnosed. A detailed case taking is required to find out the cause behind alopecia. Pain during periods is very common nowadays due to unhealthy lifestyles. For this you need to change your lifestyle. 1) avoid eating junk & spicy food. 2) have black tea with ginger & 1 tsf cow ghee 3) make ladoo of urad daal fried in sesame oil & mixed with jaggery. Have 1 daily for 3 months 4) eat two tbsps of flax seeds during your period 5) drink a lot of water & fresh juices 6) go for matra vasti at a panchakarma centre 7) half a teaspoon of powder of sesame seeds taken with hot water twice daily acts excellently in reducing spasmodic pain 8) using heating pads or hot water bags around the area relaxes the stiff muscles and reduces pain by bringing oxygen in the area.

According to Ayurveda, ashwagandha (scientific name: Withania somnifera), also known as Indian ginseng, helps increase height. Ashwagandha contains various minerals that broaden the bone skeleton as well as its density. This in turn increases your height. You can easily find ashwagandha in an herbal store. 1. Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 2. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 3. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. 4. Note: For this remedy to work, you must avoid fast food completely. 2. Drink Milk Milk is rich in calcium, an important mineral for bone growth. Calcium also acts as a height booster. Besides calcium, milk has vitamin A and protein that are essential for overall development of the body, including height. To increase your height by a few inches, drink at least two to three glasses of milk daily. In addition, eating dairy foods like cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt and cream can have an effect on height.Do regular exercise daily, yoga, streching your body, sound sleep, all will help. Thanks
