Having skin problem, having light blacks around eyes. Having pores on faces. And pimples. I want to know also. Whenever I masturbate I saw pimples emerging from my face it took 7-10days to hide. 1. Boil two green tea bags in one-half cup of water for 10 minutes. Remove the tea bags and cool them in the refrigerator for half an hour. Put the cold tea bags over your eyes for about 15 minutes. Follow this remedy twice daily for at least 10 days to get positive results. 2.Lightly massage five or six drops of almond oil into the delicate skin under the eyes before going to bed. Leave it on overnight and wash it off with cold water the next morning. Follow this remedy daily until the dark circles disappear almost entirely..... drink plenty of fluids and water.

You can get cbc, vit d, b12 done, s electrolyte done check for nutritional deficiencies. Sometimes diabetic kidney disease, retinopathy and neuropathy come one after another if she maintains her hba1c above 8%. If no nutritional def. Then get emg /nc done along with eye check up.

Hello, itching can be because of an infection, allergy or can be summer related. Apply Calosoft lotion as and when there is itching. Wear loose cotton clothes. The red marks would subside on their own. See a local dermatologist for further assessment if no satisfactory improvement.

Good eve. Actually my brother few weeks back quit smoking. HE was suffering from lot of cough phlegm and loss of breath. He consult a doctor he gave him medicines and told him its case of COPD without any test or anything. After 5 days he became well and again smoked few days after he went breathless and cough started again. Whether is COPD or aftereffects of quitting smoking. One more thing It was Only 4 years he started smoking and now he is 21. Please answer.

To diagnose with COPD it requires thorough examination and a detailed case history along with the investigations. What is important is the resolve to overcome the habit. Keep going for regular check-up with the doctor at least annually for general health check-up. The effects of smoking differs from person to person and so the duration is not significant here. Knowing that it is injurious to health is vital. He can also try Homeopathy if the cough and breathlessness does not subside in a few weeks. Let him also cultivate the habit of exercise and eating a nutritious diet everyday.

Hello, your ideal body weight according to your height should be atleast 52-55 kgs. Weight gain is the result of well balanced diet, physical activity for 30-40 mins 3-4 days/week preferably weight training and rest of 8-10 hours. All foods included in your diet should be power packed i. E giving you many nutrients and calories, also it should be high on proteins like chicken (skinless, egg whites, fish, milk, beans and sprouts so as to help you in gaining muscle mass for better health and immunity. Examples-banana/mango/chickoo milkshakes with honey and nuts, paneer stuffed sandwiches/parathas, chikkis of peanuts/chana to be stocked with you as this can be conveniently had anywhere, dryfruits and mixed nuts. Overeating would harm more than help as it would lead to burning excess calories to use the food eaten leading to wastage of energy and in the bargain you might lose weight.

Yes, fiber offers a healthy and effective way to stay regular. But that’s not the only reason why we should be including more in our diets. Many different studies have highlighted how eating a diet high in fiber can boost your immune system and overall health, and help you look and feel your best.

Digestive health : Let’s get this one out of the way first. Dietary fiber normalizes bowel movements by bulking up stools and making them easier to pass. This can help relieve and prevent both constipation and diarrhea.

Diabetes : A diet high in fiber—particularly insoluble fiber from cereals—can lower your risk for type 2 diabetes. If you already have diabetes, eating soluble fiber can slow the absorption of sugar and improve your blood sugar levels.

Cancer : There is some research that suggests eating a high-fiber diet can help prevent colorectal cancer, although the evidence is not yet conclusive. Diets rich in high-fiber foods are also linked to a lower risk for other common digestive system cancers, including stomach, mouth, and pharynx.

Skin health : When yeast and fungus are excreted through the skin, they can trigger outbreaks or acne. Eating fiber, especially psyllium husk (a type of plant seed), can flush toxins out of your body, improving the health and appearance of your skin.
