As I went to dentist she said x-ray is normal. I have little heaviness and pressure near teeth. And jaw pain not severe but what should She told that it might be I have applied pressure on teeth and jaw. I sleep also good and have acidity and cold sneezing. And sometimes headache also. Dentist said to take multivitamin and calcium tablet.

The dentist is right. You may continue multivitamin and calcium tablet. Don't expect any change soon. It may take a month or more to show some results. You may use homoeopathic toothpaste Heklalava By Wheezal.

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

First of all, eat a diet rich in iron, zinc, potassium and copper. Diet has an important role in premature greying of hair. Make a mixture of argan oil, jojoba oil, sesame oil and olive oil and massage your beard and moustache daily to grow and maintain black and smooth hair.

I have a soar throat frm past 2-3 days. Today morning i saw my cough was mixed with little blood. I had it only once. Is it a severe problem? Do i need to consult a doctor?

No, its not a severe problem.It can happen occassionaly during throat infection.U can take an antibiotic course like tab.Azibig 500 mg once daily for 3 days and warm saline gargles twice a day.

Hello Dharmendra Hairfall can be due to various reasons like anemia, thyroid disorders, recent illness, stress, improper nutrition, stress, lack of sleep, scalp infection, use of hair gels etc. in some cases heredity also plays a major role. A detailed case history session will help determine the cause and extent of damage done after which treatment will help control the rate of hair fall . A protein rich diet along with few hair care tips will help give better results .

Hello thank you for posting on lybrate I appreciate your concern regarding hair fall. Hair fall is usually ascribed to multiple factors like diet and nutrition, hormones, stress, acute or chronic medical conditions, drugs, cosmetic products etc. Since you have not mentioned relevant history and description like pattern of hair loss (patchy/diffuse), family history etc, its difficult to put a definitive diagnosis. Still, it seems you are suffering from either androgenetic alopecia (due to hormones and genetically determined) or telogen effluvium (due to any recent stressful event or any other medical condition) if I were your dermatologist/trichologist, I would like to take through history including family history, history of recent major trauma /illness/ stress/ medications etc, and recommend some basic investigations like cbc, blood sugar, thyroid function test. Also some other special tests like trichogram and dermoscopy can aid in diagnosis and prognosis. I would suggest you a course of oral tablets containing biotin and other essential vitamins and minerals (tab. Follihair new) for minimum 6 months. Also, would put you on solution containing 5%/10% minoxidil once a day and a hair serum/gel containing peptides for hair growth at night.(q sera, grocapix etc). I would advise use of gentle shampoo and conditioner on regular basis and use of coconut oil twice a week. Also enquire from your dermatologist about upcoming treatment options like mesotherapy and platelet-rich plasma. Avoid combing in wet hair and let them dry by wrapping in towel. Avoid blow dryers and hair-color/dyes. Take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet and try to de-stress your routine life. Hope your queries are resolved and wish you best of health. The best treatment for Hamstring muscle pain is to keep ice in the area where you have pain/or where the muscle is paining. You can also do hot water fermentation in the area. You shall keep your legs elevated by using a pillow or 2 pillows. Once the pain is subsided then you shall also go for self stretching of your hamstring muscles. You can do contrast bath to relieve this pain. Contrast bath is nothing but keeping in one tub hot water (bearable heat) and in another tub cold water.

Hi lybrate-user You have to follow some basic things, so that you get better results in a short period of time 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 2) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal 3) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods 4) try to sleep upto 10-11 pm. 5) avoid coffee and tea A) apply paste of nutmeg and milk on dark circles with gentle massage. Leave it for 10-20 minutes. After it wash face with lukewarm water. Do this two times in a day. B) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals. C) take 30 ml juice of Indian gooseberry along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach. D) take 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals . Do all these things for 21 days it gives you good result. THANKS.

Combining a high calorie intake with heavy strength training are the two most important factors to gain weight. That being said, here are tips to gain weight faster: Don’t drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Squeeze in an additional meal or snack whenever you can, such as before bed. Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories. Try weight gainer shakes. If you are really struggling then you can try weight gainer shakes. These are very high in protein, carbs and calories. Use bigger plates. Definitely use large plates if you are trying to get in more calories, as smaller plates cause people to automatically eat less. Add cream to your coffee. This is a simple way to add in more calories. Take creatine. The muscle building supplement creatine monohydrate can help you gain a few pounds in muscle weight. Get quality sleep. Sleeping properly is very important for muscle growth.

Yes you should go to a gym and try to eat a balanced diet rich in proteins. Balanced Diet= 60% Carbohydrates + 20% Fats + 20% Proteins 1. Carbohydrates: Our main source of energy. Stored in liver and muscles. Carbohydrates are used the most by our body duringexercise. Hence, it is important for people who exercise regularly to consume a diet rich in carbohydrates. (a) Instant/rapid carbohydrates energy sources: Banana, Milk, Sweets, Sugarcane juice. (b) Slow carbohydrates energy sources: Beans, Bread, Cereals, Potato, Pulses, Rice. 2. Proteins: Essential for growth, repair of muscle, skin, hair and body tissues. Protein deficiency leads to low immunity, hairfall, feeling of tiredness. Proteins are not stored in our body as any excess protein is converted to energy or fat. Hence, a person requires protein intake every day. When the body does not get enough carbohydrates to fuel itself, it falls back on protein bank. That is why people who follow starvation diets or go on fasting lose muscle tissue. Hi, take cap, nasollerin 1-1-1 after food for 2-3 days. Avoid cold and refrigerated food. Drink boiled and cooled water. Take steam inhalation by adding 1 or 2 drops of eucalyptus oil to boiling water. Wear warm clothing. Avoid intake of sweets and oil fried food. Do salt water gorgling. Chew 1-2 tabs of taleesapatradi chewable tablet 2-3 times a day.
