Some days you do rest light wait & comfortable wear shoes either shilper you take hot water then towel deep in hot water then round on knee you feel after some days pain is remove but you feel pain you take any pain killer you can also physiotherapy some days a physiotherapist give you wex us tenc & exercise you feel more batter OK.

Check your Bp. Since you are having chronic vertigo you may have to take CT scan of head after consulting neurologist.You may also need ENT evaluation

Please do treadmill for at least 30-45 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Limit your food intake to ONLY and ONLY 4 times a day. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods.

your diet should include enough carbohydrate, fats, protein. Take food supplements like vitamin, cacium.Get a haemoglobin done to see if you need extra iron too. Improve your weight, general health... periods will be normal

1.Take natural protein food like fish (salmon), walnut, white meat, brown rice, vegetables like broccoli, tomato, beets. Fruits, green leafy vegetables 2.Avoid processed/spicy/fried/junk food 3.drink at least 2 liter of water daily 4.Avoid exposure to bright sun light. Apply sun screen with SPF more than 45 while going out door 5. Clean your face with cold water twice daily (washing more than that can cause dryness) 6.Avoid stress. Go for regular exercise, do yoga/ pranayama 7. Have adequate sleep (7-8 hours daily) 8.Take vitamin C rich food like grape, strawberry, guava, indian goose berry (Amla), lemon, papaya, sweet potato, cucumber, orange 9.Avoid smoking/drinking 10. Go for weekly facial massage 11. Consult for advice and treatment.

Hi there could be many reasons for weight gain. When you gain weight then obviously several other problems arises. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately. We should avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. Sample diet plan breakfast - russian salad with boiled eggs. Lunch - cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti +salad +curd. Dinner - paneer tikka with green chutney. Snacks - dry fruits and nuts with green tea. Suggested supplements microfruit and cytofresh tablets daily after breakfast lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner.

Hello Dear, According to Ayurveda joint pain is known as Sandhigata vata. With increase in age vata dosha is predominant in human body that is why with aging disease caused by vata dosha increases in body. Joint pain is a common symptom with many possible causes. Joint Pain and Arthritis are the one of the most devastating conditions faced by individuals, particularly elderly women today. When there is pure Vata dosha involvement (a pain without swelling or discoloration) then the massage with medicated ayurvedic oil is quite useful & supplement is helpful in balancing bodily humors vata, which is responsible dosha for Sandhigata vata.

Sleep deprivation can cause headache and vice versa. Just take over the counter available analgesics like Paracetamol or Ibuprofen for relief. Once headache is relieved get some sleep. If such problem is recurrent or persistent consult again.

Hi 1. Use amla (gooseberry) juice on scalp and also to drink. 2. Mix curry leaves with coconut oil and heat up and let it cool. Massage scalp with this oil. 3. Apply hair packs like Egg with Yogurt, Banana. 4. Have a lot of green leafy vegetables and fruits rich in Vitamin C. 5. Protein is the most important element for maintaining hair health. Make sure your diet in protein rich sources like eggs, fish, chicken, soybean, sprouts, pulses and grains. 6. Zinc, iron & copper promote healthy hair. Some sources of this are – eggs, whole grains, all types of seeds like flax seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Dry fruits and nuts etc.

I will suggest you to make her symptom free whenever she asks for it and you can get the walker on rent for three days for trial purpose and than if she is comfortable with it than only buy it because it seems your mom wants to live life as it comes.

Pay close attention to your food choice. ·        Eat less carbohydrate food sources like chapatti, rice, noodles, pasta, bread etc as they help in gaining weight and storing fat. ·        While having lunch or dinner eat vegetables and dal to fill your stomach rather eating lots of chapattis or rice. ·        Have a healthy breakfast like poha, idli, upma, plain dosa, oats, dalia or khichdi with vegetables. ·        Eat a balance diet including good quality proteins like: fish, lean chicken and eggs. If you are a vegetarian then include skimmed milk, low fat paneer, butter milk, soy bean or soy milk in your diet. ·        Avoid ghee, butter or vanaspati. Prepare your diet with vegetable oil like sunflower, safflower soybean or olive oil. ·        Eat plenty of salads. ·        Eat fresh fruits including apple, orange, pineapple, papaya, sweet lime, berries, guava, watermelon, mask melon etc. ·        Avoid eating outside junk and fried foods like pizza, pasta, roll, burgers, cakes, chocolates and cookies. ·        Have an early dinner. The earlier the better, giving your system more time to digest the food. ·        Avoid cold drinks/alcohol as they add empty calories to your diet. ·        Avoid fat enriched milk products like cheese, sweets, full fat cream etc. ·        Drink 3 liters of water in a day. ·        Try to have less sugar in food and beverages. ·        Try to drink 2 cups of green tea in a day as green tea helps in weight loss by aiding digestion. ·        Avoid red meat like mutton, beef, lamb or pork. ·        Eat sprouts or roasted chana, whenever you feel hungry.

Prevention is better than cure for your dental health as well as economic health.Regular check up will prevent disease of tooth and gums.Fillings,cleaning is prevention which is not so expensive and after pain root canal,placing crown ,removal of tooth ect.Are treatment which will be costly.
