This sounds like an anxiety problem. Tips to reduce anxiety and stress 1. Sleep well and regular. Irregular sleep can have some serious consequences. It affects both our physical health and also contributes to anxiety and stress. Anxiety as such also leads to disruptions in sleep. When feeling anxious, always try to get a full 7 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep and it can work wonders to improve your condition. 2. Always keep smiling. Take a quick break in between your hectic work to get some laughs with your friends. Laughter can reduce depression and anxiety and has proven benefits. 3. Tidy up your living space or workspace. Keep your things clean and clutter-free. That helps us think clear and thus reducing levels of anxiety. 4. Say thank you often. Expressing your thanks for something helps reduce anxiety. 5. Eat smart. Eating more of foods which are rich in vitamin b and omega-3 fatty acids and also healthy whole grain carbs. Vitamin b contributes to good mental health. While omega 3 fatty acids help with both depression and anxiety. Whole grain foods boost serotonin and helps us remain poised. When you feel anxious, train your mind to think and feel positive and give reinforcement to yourself that you can handle any situation. This will significantly reduce your stress and anxiety symptoms. 12. Smell relaxing stuff. Go out to your garden. Smell a fresh rose. Take a deep breathe and allow the relaxation to course through your whole body. You can also use relaxing aroma therapy and use it indoors. 13. Go out and spend time with your friends and family. Spend time with your pets social support reduces anxiety and stress to such a great extent that it is almost always bearable. So next time you get on your nerves, go out with your friends, chat with them, watch a movie, spend some time watching the waves in the beach with your partner, talk to your siblings. HI, Follow these tips to increase your blood pressure: 1. Increase intake of salt by adding salt to curds rice and taking pickles along with curds rice. 2. Drink plenty of fluids like Nimbu pani, tender coconut, water, buttermilk, fresh fruit juices,etc. 3.Drink hot coffee or tea when you feel dizzy. 4. Take sound sleep for 7-8 hours at night. 5. Avoid standing for too long hours. 6. Do yoga and meditation which helps to relieve mental stress and control emotions. 7. Avoid anxiety, stress and depression. 8. Perform regular exercises. 9. Consume lots of fresh green leafy vegatables, fruits, sprouts, high protein diet, etc. 10. Check your Hb% and BP with your family doctor and take their advise for further management.

The reason is only sunflower oil is not enough. You won't get various fatty acids if you use single variety of even a good oil. Rotational use of different oils like corn, rice bran, olive, even ground nut and sun flower is good for health. But avoid cotton seed oil.

I am taking Olmesartan 20mg OD, atorvastatin 10 mg OD, but Ayurvedic drug BGR 34 2tabs twice daily for sugar. My high BP and Cholesterol level are within normal range. My blood sugar HB1ac is 8.2. Mr. Lybrate-user, for controlling diabetes effectively you need specific drugs belonging to modern medicine either oral anti - diabetics or insulin injections. The one mentioned by you, is not at all effective. That particular tablet has been only tried on rats in the lab, there too its effectiveness has been about 67%, which as good as a placebo. No human trials are done, there is no safety data on human beings. I will not recommend this tablet to any diabetes patient. When good control is achieves fasting should be closer to 100mg, pp 150 to 160 mg/100ml and hba1c%<6.8. So you need to shift to appropriate treatment right away. Otherwise you are inviting long term serious complications of diabetes related to every single vital organ in the body. Choice is yours.

Looks like it is ge reflux. He needs to control his lifestyle. Do exercises, take meals at regular intervals, stop eating fried, pungent, spicy, sweet and rice. Drink 3 litres of water and sleep before 10 pm. Try triphala choorn 2 spoon twice or thrice a day. And lastly see a good doctor.

this may be because of inadequate sleep orvdi as disturbed sleep.go for regular morning walk followed by free hand exercises. have balanced diet with lot of leafy vegetables and cereals. and lot of fluid it will be OK.

Dear lybrateuser, - For his condition he should follow proper dietary precautions & exercise regime along with minimum stress - in diet he should have more of fibrous foods such as fruits & vegetables including green leafy & seasonal ones, beans, sprouts, legumes, handful of mixed nuts like almond, walnuts, pistachios, seeds such as flax, pumpkin, sesame with meals - should avoid fried, processed, junk, salty & sugary foods - he should do regular exercise like walking for 30 min, if possible yoga, meditation to decrease stress should sleep well for 6-8 hrs at night - get regular check ups done & take medicines regularly on time - coronary artery disease occurs due to deposition of fat & affects the blood vessels supplying blood to the heart which in turn affects the supply to other organs of the body.

Sinus problem should be evaluated by nasal endoscopy and ct scan of sinus. This will give us idea about extent and severity of problem. So that we will come to know that you will improve with medicines or you need surgery and if surgery than what kind of surgery. By that time you try to avoid dust smokes perfumes and pollutants. Do your pregnancy test if it is negative, and repeatedly wkly negative for 3 consecutive testing, then no eorries of complication of molar pregnancy. It is small cyst .it does not have relation with chest pain. For chest pain just go to physician.

stop dexona tablets slowly. it is a quick acting steroids and has every side effect of steroids like hair loss,central obesity,weight gain,bone weakness ,nausea and vomitings. give us the reason for taking dexona. yes you can take liver tonic.

Warm water - a simple side effect free time tested remedy for weight loss. Have 2 liters of warm water in a day. My patients lose 4 to 5 kilograms in a span of two to three with just warm water! regarding blood and your heart beat I think these two are related as you are anemic. Dates, figs, raisins, sesame - these are natural sources of iron. Have any one of these daily. Hi, whether you have early-stage kidney disease or you're on dialysis, you'll likely be advised to limit your phosphorus intake. Nearly every food contains some phosphorus. The best way to limit phosphorus in your diet is to limit foods highest in phosphorus, including fast food, convenience foods and processed foods, which may be full of phosphorus additives. Foods rich in phosphorus: milk, pudding, yogurt, soy milk, nondairy creamers and enriched rice milk, processed cheeses and cheese spreads, ice cream or frozen yogurt, soups made with higher phosphorus ingredients (milk, dried peas, beans, lentils), whole grains, including whole-grain breads, crackers, cereal, rice and pasta, quick breads, biscuits, cornbread, muffins, pancakes or waffles, dried peas (split, black-eyed), beans (black, garbanzo, lima, kidney, navy, pinto) or lentils, processed meats, such as bologna, ham and hot dogs, and meat, poultry or seafood, nuts and seeds, peanut butter and other nut butters, chocolate, including chocolate drinks, colas and pepper-type sodas, some flavored waters, bottled teas, some drink mixes. **********but as your uric acid is slightly high, you should also avoid high protein diet, so consult a nutritionist******

You should consult a cardiologist immediately and start medications immediately . Meanwhile you shoul avoid fried foods strictly and exercise well

I am suffering from type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol and severe itching since almost 10 years. For diabetes I started with glycomet gp1 once daily, which is now increased to twice daily along with 500mg metformin in the night. I am worried since the dosage of medicine is increasing after every 2 years. Also, for itching I am taking anti-histamines. Also, I am feeling quite weak nowadays. Is there any better medicine or permanant cure?

For a diabetic it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the sugar levels, lifestyle and history. Also weakness could be due to over restriction of foods. Diabetes is like a state of starvation for the body. It is not about restrictions but about a balanced intake of all foods. Though you can follow some guidelines - have small frequent meals. Do not fast for more than 2-3 hours. Avoid a very heavy meal at one time. Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar. Fruits should be had as a mid meal. Avoid junk foods. Exercise and stay active. Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into hypoglycaemia. Sleep well. It's all a matter of discipline.
