Diet, exercise along with herbal preparations will be effective in weight gaining, shaping body, fitness, maintaining stamina etc. The consumption nutritious diets along with herbal supplements are more effective in weight gain. Mental determination and attitude is also important. In cases of weak digestion, poor appetite and poor absorption, weight is not increasing, requires dietetic changes and herbal preparations to correct appetite and digestion, the treatment may be for 3-4 months.

Dr. Mera ling sije 4 inch ka hai kya mai acha SE sex kar paunga jab normal hota ha to 2.5 inch ka hota hai.

MBBS
General Physician,
At the age of 25 years, 4 inches penile size is very normal. As you will grow it will increase and normal according to your body constitution is decided by the nature. You if to any degree of desperation try to be a giant of say e. G. Height of 8 ft, can not be normal. You need good counseling session with a physician. Please don't try to have abnormally long sized penis. Only first 2 inches of vagina is sensitive. Concentrate on practical life issues, avoid getting carried away by abnormal. Regards.

I am 18 years old and I am suffering from diabetes. Is there any possibility to completely cure diabetes in this age.

MBBS, MRCGP ( UK), Diploma in Diabetes (UK), DFSRH (UK), DRCOG (UK)
Endocrinologist, Hyderabad
Hi, There has been no successful treatment found yet to completely cure a patient of Diabetes. But with good diet, exercise and medication it can be controlled optimally. Good diabetic control leads to less complications of heart, nerves, eyes, kidneys etc. In your case, you are suffering with Type 1 diabetes. Your pancreas are not producing insulin. Hence only option is to give insulin from outside. Stopping your insulin injections will lead to devastating effects, so please continue with your insulin injections and be brave to face the challenges of your condition. I wish you good luck Thank you.

I don't get proper erection & it is not lasting long time. Also length is only up to 3 inches when erected. Is there any medicine for this?

Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
Ayurveda, Greater Noida
Dear, all part of body is in proportion to person's height. One can get more satisfaction by applying proper way/method, same time satisfaction also hampered by childhood mistakes. One can boost body sexual stamina by protein enrich balanced diet plan and side effect free ayurvedic medicines. There is no medical proven medicines for" penis enlargement" however" love making" is like management - science and art, you have to manage and gain maximum pleasure under given circumstances and resources. It is human reproduction natural process - need not to worry much, everyone is equally qualified.

I have a question that a patient with diabetes having stroke what is the connection between diabetes n stroke?

PDDM, MHA, MBBS
General Physician, Nashik
Our bodies need a hormone called insulin to turn sugar (from our food) into energy. If you have type 1 diabetes, your body does not produce insulin. If you have type 2 diabetes, your body does not make enough insulin. This means your body has difficulty absorbing the sugars from food. If diabetes is left untreated or uncontrolled it increases the risk of vascular disease (disease of the blood vessels). This is when your artery walls become hard and narrow. This increases the risk of stroke, particularly ischaemic stroke. People with diabetes are also more likely to have high blood pressure. This can also increase your risk of further strokes. If you have diabetes it is important to maintain healthy blood sugar levels to reduce your risk of having a stroke or second stroke.
