Hi take chitrakadi vati 1-1 tab after lunch and dinner. Take pranacharya udar bhaskar kshar churna twice a day. And pranacharya live cure capsule twice a day. Avoid spicy food and non vegetarian.

You have tight foreskin problem. You can do Circumcision. It is a minor operation done under local anaesthesia so there is no pain. Operation is for 20 to 30 minutes. You can get it done from good government hospital. The cost is Rs 500 only. Avoid sex after operation till it is fully healed.

May be because of Varicose Veins he is having severe pain in legs, because of reduced blood supple. Just check whether he is also having osteoarthritis of knees. Make him wear stocking to improve circulation. Get colour doppler test both arterial n venal for both lower limbs.

Try the following remedy it will surely help you take one table spoon of untamed rose hips, add a pair of glasses of boiling water, boil it for ten minutes and let it sit for 2-3 hours. Take 1/4 - 1/2 of the extract 3-4 times each day with honey. Mix one a part of fresh raw juice with one part of honey. Take 1/4 glass of the combination three times on a daily basis. Take one table spoon of untamed rose hips, add a pair of glasses of boiling water, boil it for ten minutes and let it sit for 2-3 hours. Take 1/4 - 1/2 of the extract 3-4 times each day with honey. It will surely help you.

Hello It might be due to infection in your guys. Due to eggs. So take 1 small bowl of curd add jeeru in it. Mix it and take it 2-3 times a day. As diarrhoea relaxes you can reduce taking curd. No need to panic. No need for medicine. It will be ok with this. If still have problem than do consult here. Thank you.

The foreskin does not go beyond the bottom of gland during erection due to skin attached on top of gland. The skin may need surgical procedure. What would be the cost of procedure and suggested hospital in gurgaon. Once consult to a doctor he asked for 30000 for the procedure. Is it so expensive?

Hello Lybrate user you must take sirodhara ( a unique Panchkarma procedure for headache, high stress, insomniaetc.) for 1week along with some ayurvedic medicines. food habbits also play an important role in the treatment of migraine. don't skip any meal, take breakfast within three hours of awakening. do yoga and mild exercise.

I feel insomniac from last 2 weeks can not sleep properly. . I eat food lots then also I not sleepy at night . Try to do things to sleep but nothing happens ,feel tension about future and at morning of 5 or 4: 30 I felt to sleep but I have to wake early for my college . Dear lybrate user, may be something is bothering you. That is why you are losing sleep. You said you are worried about your future. But you are just 20 years old. You have lots of time to plan for your future. Have a goal in life. Think about what you want to become in life. And start working towards that dream. Have rational expectations from yourself. Work hard. If you have some personal issues to be resolved, try to discuss it with some one who you trust, and try to find best possible options. There will be challenges at every stage and age in life. Make yourself strong enough to face it. If you are sleeping in the afternoon, stop that. At night, before going to bed, close your eyes, take 10 deep breaths. With closed eyes concentrate on your head and tell your muscles to relax, then move towards face, relax facial muscles and this way help your entire body muscles to relax. If you wish, recite some verses from the holy koran which will help in calming your mind. Take care.

What medicines are best for the treatment of asthma and what are the side effects?

Take 11 guava leaves, 11 black pepper, 1 cup milk and one cup water. Put all of them in pot and boil it well, when it reduced to one cup, drink in empty stomach. Take this daily for at least six months or a year. 2.Boil cumin seeds in water and inhale the steam. It helps dilate the bronchial passage. 3.Take 5 gm of ginger, black pepper, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, turmeric and 30 gm of sugar. Grind the mix to a powder. Take half to one teaspoonful and mix it nicely with honey. Take it twice a day 4.Pulses like old rice (rice which is stored for at least one year is called old), wheat, barley, kulattha, mung beans, arhar beans, etc . should be consumed. 5.Honey, warm drinks like herbal teas, spice teas are also okay. 6.Sprouts, nuts and seeds can be taken in moderate amount. 7.The heavy foods and those which make ama should be avoided. This mainly includes milk products like cheese, curd, butter milk, creams, and banana, etc. 8.Oily, greasy and fried foods which are difficult to digest should be avoided. 9.White flour and white sugar products should be avoided. 10.In addition, try to avoid the cold foods, cold drinks and other refrigerated things. 11.Avoid excessive or physically demanding exercise. Yoga and Pranayama can be helpful.

1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato,cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2..Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3.Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat.limit fluid intake during meal 4.Drink plenty of water(8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having, 6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days .8.Consult me for further advice

First Do a health check up.Avoid oily and spicy foods.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Drink lots of water specially 1glass immediately after getting up,1 glass before taking bat,1 glass before meals.Eat lots of fruits,vegetables.Take cake,pastries,dark chocolate.Take jam,jelly with foods.Use skimmed milk or milk shake.Eat fish,egg,lean meat,mushroom,tofu,yogurt,cottage cheese,peas,lentil,peanut.Use healthy fat like fish oil,canola,olive oil,refined vegetable oil.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Do regular exercise.And proper rest.
