Respected doctor I want to know how to increase height or complain realy help to increase height.

Dear, there are methods by which you can gain height. Do these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

I m not able to concentrate on my studies. I am preparing for competitive exams that require at least 10 to 12 hours of study daily. I feel lazy n sleepy n keep on yawning while studying even after I take 8 hrs of sleep. I can't sit for long to study. I want to increase my capacity of sitting for long hours to study as well as my concentration power. I want to focus as much as possible because this is the crucial time to build my career. please also suggest diet. Exercise. Yoga. Whatever that may help in my case.

I have this insomnia for past four years ever since I joined US company due to time difference. I can't get sleep at night however tired I feel n feel the need to sleep. Rash over most of the body. Mild bleeding from the nose or gums. Bruising easily. Common symptoms of malaria include: Shaking chills that can range from moderate to severe. High fever. Weight gain is muscle gain and not fat gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

If he is taking away jobs but not giving you any in return, then maybe you have not been performing satisfactorily. Today there are a lot of youngsters ready to do more and for less salary. So you should either brush up and perform better or learn something new to favor your job. In today?s world there is a lot happening in the work arena and new updates are happening quite frequently. Water therapy is not the the solution for gain weight. It is beneficial for our digestive system. You must take soaked black raisons daily and soaked figs daily in the morning. Also you should take banana shake grapes juice and mango shake daily for one month.

I am 25 year old male. Suffering from OCD.In medicine I have to take 80 mg fluoxetine, 1 mg Risperidone, 100 mg Sertraline. I feel normal but feeling a lot drowsy in day .i have to take 250 mg armodafinil and then I can do my daily work easily. My Psychiatrist say you have addiction of armodafinil. Such high doses not required for removing fatigue. If medicine remains same, I want to know my dependence on armodafinil increases, decreases or remains same. I am not abusing the drug only using it for removing drowsiness in day time.

Dear Ritesh, You have improved with OCD. Then why don't you reduce and stop Risperidone? With only 80 mg fluoxetine and sertraline, you may be still okey. Both of them are not sedative. Both can be taken in the morning itself, if you feel like. Armodafinil is not routinely prescribed for OCD. So you need not take it. You are using it for removing drowsiness.Why don't you try some non pharmacological method to remove drowsiness? If you still crave for armodafinil and increase the dose(already on 250 mg), probably you need to think about it seriously.

My eyes are getting pain after sitting in front of screen for sometime even after using specs. What should I do.

Computer screen is made up of hundreds of tiny pixels that are constantly moving. Our eyes in turn are not naturally able to set focus on these constantly moving pixels, and hence we try to focus on an area behind the actual screen. Therefore, while watching on a creen, our eyes need to keep on fluctuating focus between their natural point of focus and the pixels on the screen. And this tires the eyes and causes a lot of wear and tear.As a result, we suffer from irritation, which may range from a number of things like headaches, dry eyes,redeyes,, blurred vision, problems in focusing and faulty color perception, to something as severe as glaucoma. Moreover it is more distressing for our eyes to view contents on a screen which requires even more concentration and extenive usage of eyes without blinking thus causing Eye dryness and Redness making them vulnerable to frequent Eye problemss. . The solution for this problem I its reduced usage of TV andd computers and use them inproper light. There is nothing more effective than controlling usage to reduce and negate the effects. You can also reduce the intensity of the computer screen by attaching a filter or by getting an eye-friendly screen. Above all, one must try to reduce the amount of computer usage or take frequent breaks.

I am 20 years old female. Cycling during periods, caused chafing near vagina and thighs. My skin is too sensitive. I used diprovate plus (betamethasone dipropionate and zinc sulphate cream) but it didn't give me much results. This cream gives relief from irritation when applied and later it again itches. This is a steroid cream and should not be used for too long. You can try candid cream and see . You can apply coconut oil to prevent chafing
