One should avoid eating certain food and edible items completely to control falling of hair. Consuming Nicotine, Alcohol, Caffeine and Sugar can result in lowering of nutrient level your body drastically. This can lead to hair loss and high androgen production because of increase in adrenal levels in your body

Thank you for writing to us. Please note the following in respect to your queries: yogurt contains lactic acid that helps gently exfoliate the skin and absorbs excess oil from the face. Apply one tablespoon of plain yogurt thoroughly over your face and leave it on for 15 minutes. Then rinse it off with cool water. Do this once daily. For further treatment get back to me. Thanks.

• Mix some honey, yogurt, salt and lemon juice and keep it in the bowl or jar. • Now scrub the area affected. Apply this natural mixture evenly. • You may also mix rosewater or milk with your lemon juice to have a facial cleanser. • Apply this every day for up to 10-12 days.

Hello lybrate user, As you mentioned your age is 23 , Take calcium rich diet in which you required milk and milk products, dry fruit, green leafy vegetables ,eggs etc that rich in proteins and calcium which helpful to give strength to your joints. Daily 30 min exercise make your bone strong and Flexible so do regular exercise . Take Ayurvrdic Tab. calciplus Two tab twice a day with normal water. U need to have local application gel in mouth and if its on your gums as well, you need tray to keep medicine in its contact. Along with this, you may require systemic (oral) drug as well. And as it is autoimmune condition, it may not heal fast / completely but you can have definite relief from burning or other problem.

Rashes on skin are mostly caused due to allergy or called hypersensitivity. It may caused by some special food items or cloth fabrics. * you are advised to please check the clothes you are wearing. Avoid all types of synthetic cloths like nylon & use only cotton clothes to avoid rashes. * avoid peanuts, jaggery (gur), garlic, tila, cashew, pista, dates, spices, curd, egg, chicken, alcohol because these food increase the internal heat of body which may also cause redness of skin & appearance of reddish spots, itching & burning. * apply calamine lotion on sites of rashes to get relief from itching & burning. * drink upto 2-3 liters of water everyday. * practice sheetali pranayan in the morning for 5-8 minutes.

Weakness and pain are very common during menses. She is suffering from dysmenorrhoea, which is very common. It should be treated initially with meftal spas (pain killer) tablets. If the pain is too severe it should be further investigated with ultrasound, to find out the exact cause. She may be suffering from endometriosis or ovarian cysr or fibroid.

Hi lybrate-user, To stop hair fall or regrowth use triphla powder mixed with curd apply on your scalp, at least thrice a week. Second you can use either onion juice or fenugreek paste on your scalp, start taking saptamrit lauh 2 tab bd with water after meal. Maha bhringraj oil for external use massage on your scalp with the help of finger tips. Leave it for over night. Include at least 50 gm paneer daily in your diet drink plenty amount of water at least 10--12 glasses per day. Last but not the least check your thyroid profile. Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

Rasna-erandadi kashay 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.
