Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation twice a day. Take mahayograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Rice. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Do pranayama early morning. Sleep for atleast 7 hrs per day.

I get my periods sometimes at the cycle of 25 or 26 is it any problem due to thyroid, is there any problem for conceiving.

welcome - I advice to go with high carbs like more cereals, enrihed with quality protein like organic or plant sources, dairy foods, also sleep more 8 hours, green vegetables, fruits 2-4 pcs. are helpful for you. timely working, eating & activities can make fit always. Also, yoga can help you additionally. Further if you feel weak then can add PROTIENX with lukewarm water or milk.Further , you should not practice extensive exercises but normal walking , yoga only.

She is not getting periods regularly. I advise her to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Avoid non veg and eggs. Do meditation for mental strength. Take proper treatment for thyroid problem. These will help to make your periods regular.

As per your height and weight, you do not show any sign of over weight. Your legs can pain also because of vitamin D3 or B12 deficiency. Do some weight training exercise for 3 days and cardio vascular for 3 days. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

I have recently got root canal therapy but my that tooth still aches a little while chewing what should I do. I haven't told my dentist for this.

You can apply ayurvedic shampoo and conditioner to smoothing your hair. Please check whether the water you use for hair was is hard water (bore well water). Try using soft water. Regular oily of hair with correct combing will be helpful.

Sir my problem is that want to gain weight because I am very thin and I eat enough food daily and last 2 month I done one routine Daily means morning I eat 2 chapati with tea and at 10 clock I drink milk one glass with 2 piece badam and at lunch 2 chapatti with any dish and rice and at 5 pm again one glass milk and at dinner 1 chapatti with any dish and rice this I am doing last 2 month but yet I not gain weight little also and my side effects is I do masturbation 3 time in a week so please it my humble request to give good instructions of weight gaining and.

Do regular exercise, take 2 glass water in the morning. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Take dates with milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. Hi One of the simplest and most effective ways to induce sleep is to rub some oil on the scalp and the soles of the feet before going to bed. Use sesame oil, brahmi oil, jasmine oil, or coconut oil and massage gently for a few minutes. Slightly warming the oil before applying is helpful. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take sarpgandha vati 1-1 tab twice a day. Take pranacharya no tens capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid spicy food. Junk food. Fermented food. Tea.coffee. Do pranayama early in the morning.

Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Dear lybrate user, actually cholesterol is a fatty acid. The cholesterol seen in lipid profile report suggested liver can not digest such fat and eeen in reports. According to ayurveda, it is not too much dnager for the body. When we eat opily food for a long time, our liver cannot digest it and it is shown in the report.
