I suggest you follow the below for your condition: take mag phos 6x - thrice daily for next 2 weeks and update. Also do x-ray of the affected area. Heat and ice packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately.

I have a MRI scan with grade 3 medial meniscus horizontal tear in posteriorbody n horn of medial meniscus my ques is will it be repaired with sutures or have partial meniscotomy.

I am a 25 years old male. I'm working in it company. Often i've affected by neck pain due to that, headache problem also arise. I thought, it is because of irregular head position during sleep. Please give your advice.

Working late hrs--using laptop-mobile can cause neckpain, headache. Avoid it. Take tab thiospas a 4mg two/day. Use medium size pillow. Do neck and back exercise regularly.

My friend is having pain in his hand during playing cricket specially when balling. The pain remains for about 3-4 hours after it starts and then resolves automatically. But he has no pain while doing other works. Only the pain starts in right hand after 2-3overs playing.

Incorrect sitting posture can give rise to back pain or it may increase it. Suggest you to sit properly in erect position, means keep your back straight. If you can change your office chair change it, get a chair which have proper back support, you can also keep a small cushion at the lower back to support. Twice over two months I have had pain in my shoulder blade. First time it was very painful and lasted for 5 days where I could barely move my left hand whose movement brought pain (Only under left shoulder blade). I feel pain sensation in shoulders. I also underwent Fracture in leg few months ago and was diagnosed with low bone density. I am prescribed with a nasal spray for an orthopedic remedy. Though I completed a bottle but find it difficult to spray by self. Is it necessary to continue this one? Or please inform if there's other possible substitute of GEMITROL NS SPRAY.

I am using knee braces from last one week every after 8 to 10 hrs of duration I am suffering from knee swelling.what to do

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Sir I have pain in back from 2 years I have mri report but no nuro problem but I lift some more weight so Dr. Say stretch in muscles. Sir there is continuous pain in back and when pain is more then pain in leg bone difficult to walk sometimes. I consulted Dr. Again he advised for exercise. More pain during sleep time and when back pain more then pain start in leg bone. Some time more pain in back what I do. What is your opinion?

Morning stiffness in back &other joints is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.
