Proper posture while sitting is necessary. Do some massaging with oil and do hip rotation. Give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Consult after 5 days.

Hello lybrate user, - vit-d is less available in food hence it is always supplied in medications form when ever there is deficiency. - as you are having more pain better to adopt ayurveda treatment so that you can avoid further progress of the issue - do apply ksheerabala taila with eucalyptus oil to knee daily twice and give hot fomentation for 15 min - take yogaraja guggulu 2-0-2 for 15 days. - better to take panchakarma treatment like naanu basti and basti karma which will give you better solution. Thank you.

Well I am not sure if I have tennis elbow or triceps tendonitis-i get pain in my triceps and my forearms get swollen ...
Good evening To check whether you have a tennis elbow, just keep your elbow half bend facing your Palm down. Try to raise your ring finger while giving resistance with another hand to same finger to avoid that movement. If you feel sever pain in lateral side of your elbow, it's positive sign of tennis elbow. Thanks and regards.

Dear, as you said you had tear in acl. But now you feel no pain. Therefore the ligament that injured that time has healed now. So there is no need of surgery now. You should follow these instructions to get fast recovery - 1. You can do only light and simple execises. Do normal walk. If you want to walk fast then first wear knee supporting knee cap before walk. 2. Do not run. As running can give you sudden jerk to the ligament and the pain will start that makes you feel uncomfortable. So do not give sudden jerk to legs. 3. If you are overweight then follow the diet plan to weight loss that makes the load less on your knee joints and makes you feel light. 4. Follow the simple bending of knee joint exercise for strengthing of leg muscle. 5. In future, if you feel difficulty in walk, then you should opt the surgery for the repair of ligament. Surgery is necessary only in that condition when you feel increased pain and difficulty in movement of joint.
