Condom can have a failure rate of as high as 14%. Anything can happen during peak time of ovulation. Get test done for pregnancy if period is missed.

गठिया का दर्द (Rheumatism)

परिचय :
गठिया रोग को आमवात, संधिवात आदि नामों से भी जाना जाता है। इस रोग में सबसे पहले शरीर में निर्बलता और भारीपन के लक्षण दिखाई देते हैं। इस रोग के होने पर हाथ के बीच की उंगलियों में दर्द होता है। अगर इसका इलाज नही किया जाता तो हाथ की दूसरी उंगलियों में भी सूजन व दर्द होने लगता है। गठिया रोग होने पर शरीर की हडि्डयों में दर्द होता है, जिसके कारण रात को रोगी सो भी नहीं पाता है।
कारण :
तेज मसालों से बना भोजन (फास्ट फूड), गर्म भोजन, ठंडी चीजों का अधिक सेवन करने से पेट में गैस पैदा होती है जिसके कारण यह रोग उत्पन्न होता है। जब भोजन आमाशय में जाकर अधपचा रह जाता है तो भोजन का अपरिपक्व रस जिसे `आम´ कहते हैं वो त्रिक (रीढ की हड्डी का निचला हिस्सा) की हडि्डयों में जाकर वायु के साथ दर्द उत्पन्न करता है। इसी रोग को गठिया का रोग कहते हैं। चिकित्सकों के अनुसार- यह रोग भोजन के ठीक से पचने से पहले पुन: भोजन कर लेने से, प्रकृति-विरूद्ध पदार्थों को खाने से, अधिक शीतल और वसायुक्त खाद्य-पदार्थों का सेवन करने से उत्पन्न होता है।
गठिया का रोग दांत गन्दे रहना, भय, अशान्ति, शोक, चिन्ता, अनिच्छा का काम, पानी में भीगना, ठंड लगना, आतशक, सूजाक, अधिक स्त्री सहवास (संभोग), ठंडी रूखी चीजें खाना, रात को अधिक जागना, मल-मूत्र के वेग को रोकना, चोट लगना, अधिक खून बहना, अधिक श्रम, मोटापा आदि कारणों से होता है। यह रोग खून की कमी, शारीरिक कमजोरी तथा बुढ़ापे में हड्डियों की चिकनाई कम होने के कारण भी उत्पन्न होता है। इस रोग में दर्द या तो बाएं या दाएं घुटने में अथवा दोनों घुटनों में होता है। रोगी को बैठने के बाद खड़े होने में तकलीफ होती है और रात के समय रोग बढ़ जाता है। सर्दी तथा वर्षा के मौसम में यह रोग दर्द के साथ रोगी को व्याकुल कर देता है एवं चलने-फिरने, उठने-बैठने में तकलीफ पैदा करता है। रोगी के घुटने कड़े हो जाते हैं और उनमें कभी-कभी सूजन भी हो जाती है।
लक्षण :
भोजन का अच्छा न लगना, अधिक आलस आना, बुखार से शरीर के विभिन्न अंगों में सूजन, कमर और घुटनों में तेज दर्द जिसके कारण रोगी रात को सो नही पाता है आदि गठिया रोग में होने वाले लक्षण है। इसके अलावा इस रोग में रोगी के हाथ-पांव की अंगुलियों में सूजन होती है जिससे अंगुलियां सीधी नही होती है, शरीर के दूसरे भागों में सूजन व दर्द रहता है। इस रोग के होने पर जोड़ो व मांसपेशियों में दर्द रहता है।
भोजन तथा परहेज :
एक वर्ष पुराने चावल, जंगली पशु-पक्षियों के मांस का सूप, एरण्डी का तेल, पुरानी शराब, लहसुन, करेला, परवल, बैंगन, सहजना, लस्सी, गोमूत्र, गर्म पानी, अदरक, कड़वे एवं भूख बढ़ाने वाले पदार्थ, साबूदाना, तथा बिना चुपड़ी रोटी का सेवन करना गठिया रोग में लाभकारी है। इस रोग में फलों का सेवन और सुबह नंगे पैर घास पर टहलना रोगी के लिए लाभकारी होता है। गठिया रोग में रात को सोते समय एक गिलास दूध में जरा-सी हल्दी डालकर पीने से लाभ मिलता है।
उड़द की पिट्ठी की कचौडी तथा बड़ी मछली, दूध, दही, पानी, गर्म (मसालेदार) भोजन, रात को अधिक देर तक जागना, मल-मूत्र के वेग को रोकना आदि गठिया रोग में हानिकारक है। मूली, केला, अमरूद, कटहल, चावल, लस्सी एवं गुड़ आदि का प्रयोग भी इस रोग में हानिकारक है। इस रोग में रोगी को भूख से एक रोटी कम खानी चाहिए और ठंडी वस्तुओं का सेवन कम करने चाहिए। रोगी को शरीर को अधिक थकाने वाले कार्य नहीं करने चाहिए तथा खाने के बाद बैठकर पढ़ने-लिखने का कार्य भी अधिक नहीं करना चाहिए।

Hello You need to gain around 11 to 13 kgs in the whole pregnancy so according to your height your weight gain is normal. Eat a well nourished diet involving proteins and fresh fruits. Also go for your regular antinatal visits.

17 to 20 mm should b d size of follicle and more than 7 mm shd b d endometrial thickening. If your cycles r regular and are of 28 to 30 days then normally egg releases on 13th or 14th day and it stays for 48 hrs.

Some pain, cramping, and discomfort during menstrual periods are normal, some 4-5 days irregularity is also normal. However, excessive pain is a hindrance in day today working, the tolerance of pain is also depends on body and mind nature.

Your problem can be due to anaemia or hormonal imbalance due to stress. I will advice you below given homoeopathic medicines for 5-6 months and surely you will be normal: Pulsatilla Nig. 30 (Dr. Reckeweg's)/ 5 drops in 1 spoonful of fresh water daily at night, Mensoaid syrup (Bakson's)/ 2 spoons in the evening. Ferrum sip (SBL)/ 1 spoon twice daily. Things to be done daily: 1. Daily intake of at least 2 fruits - apple, banana, pomegranate, papaya, grapes, 2. 2 glasses of milk daily. 3. Lots of water daily.

Hi it could be due to vaginal stenosis. I mean narrowness of vagina or some infections. So get your self examined.

There are many things we do in our daily routine that can have various repercussions. The state of our skin is one of these. Starting from what we eat to how we shower and what kind of a skin care regimen we follow, there are a variety of factors that can affect the way our skin behaves. So are you showering the right way? Find out the best way to shower if you want healthy and glowing skin that retains its elasticity for a longer time.

  1. Turn it to Cold: Did you know that standing under hot water for too long can actually rob your skin of its moisture and make it look shrivelled? That’s right, the temperature of the water can actually make your skin good or bad. So turn the knob for a cold shower and enjoy an energetic shower, which will leave your skin looking dewy fresh. The water should not be completely cold, as harsh temperatures can have the same effect as extremely hot water. Instead, make sure that you find the perfect room temperature or luke warm setting with which you can shower every day.
  2. Showerhead: This may come as a surprise to you. Your showerhead actually determines the health of your skin. This showerhead is usually packed with dirt and grime that we know nothing about. Showering with this dirty showerhead can actually lead to a host of health issues in the long run including a slowdown of your immune system, as per the views of many doctors. So unscrew the showerhead and give it a good rinse in a mug of hot water. Use a toothbrush to easily dislodge the loose dirt and the grime that may have settled in layers. Take special care of the tiny jets, which should not get damaged in your cleaning spree!
  3. Shampoo and Conditioner: Remember to lather your locks in the right way by diluting the shampoo a little before spreading it evenly over the rest of your scalp. You should also do the same for your conditioner and let it stand for a few minutes before you wash it off.
  4. Exfoliation: Keep this activity to a minimum to avoid excessive abrasion of the skin. Use soft foam on a daily basis and keep the exfoliation to a minimum with one or two sessions a week.
  5. Cleansing: While the bar soap is the cleanest option, the loofah is not. So, if you are using a loofah on a daily basis, you will have to clean it up properly before you hang it to dry. Also, ensure that your bathroom has plenty of ventilation so that it may dry properly before your next use.

This report is fine for now, yes you can conceive with this count also. for future you need to do some life style changes so that your condition may not worsen . Start doing work out and take adequate rest and sleep. Eat healthy with fruits juices and salad your diet should be rich in zinc ,folic acid, vitamin D it will increase your fertility. Wear loose cloths and stay away from heat. With these changes try conceiving for 3-4 months, if still not get conceived then should think of IUI or IVF.

Foods For Hyperthyroidism

1. Foods Belonging To Brassica Family
Consume Foods like cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, peanuts, cabbage, broccoli, kale, mustard greens, turnips, rutabagas, soybeans, spinach etc which contains goitrogens.
• Goitrogens helps to block the ability of thyroid to use iodine and hence slows down the activity of the thyroid.
• Eat raw cruciferous vegetables to get maximum benefit as goitrogens are active in the raw state.

2. Include More Berries
Add at least one serving of berries in your diet plan to control hyperthyroidism.
• Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries contain anti-oxidants which improves your immune system.

3. Omega -3- Fatty Acid And Proteins

Omega -3- fatty acid helps to control the hyper stimulated thyroid gland. Proteins are necessary for the building of muscles and to provide energy for the body. Protein sources also contain L-glutamine which helps in rebuilding the gut and de-inflaming the body.
• Eat cold water fish, flax seed oil and nuts to get the omega-3-fatty acid necessary for the body.
• Include soy, turkey, walnuts, salmon, tuna and trout in your hyperthyroidism diet.

4. Dairy Products

Hyperactivity of the thyroid gland can remove the calcium from your blood. The body compensates this loss by leaching calcium from the bones. This can cause osteoporosis.
• Include three servings of yoghurt, cheese, milk or cottage cheese in your daily diet.



5. Spinach And Collard Greens

If you are allergic to dairy products, you can get your daily supply of calcium from vegetable sources like spinach collard greens etc.
• Figs, prunes and sesame seeds are also excellent hyperthyroidism foods.

6. Zinc

This is another vital component of hyperthyroidism diet. The hyperactive thyroid gland can deplete the zinc.
• Include almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, peanuts which are rich in Zinc in your diet.

7. Fiber Rich Foods And Anti Inflammatory Foods

Fiber rich foods are beneficial for the proper working of the thyroid gland. Anti inflammatory herbs help to reduce the inflammation of the thyroid which is the reason for hyperthyroidism.
• Include whole grain foods, like oatmeal, whole grain breads, brown rice etc in your food.
• The anti inflammatory herbs to be included in your diet are turmeric, ginger, rosemary, cinnamon and oregano.

8. Antioxidant Rich Foods And Vitamin D

It is also necessary to consume antioxidants and vitamin D rich foods in the diet. This will reduce the oxidative stress caused by hyperthyroidism. Vitamin D can reduce the inflammation and auto- immune reactions of the body.
• Avocados, olive oil broccoli etc contain antioxidants.
• Salmon is a good source of vitamin D. You can get your daily dose of vitamin D from eggs, mushrooms etc.
• Spend 20- 30 minutes in the sun to get the necessary vitamin D for the body.

9. Cassava, Sorghum, And Millet

These food items contain cyanogenic glucosides which blocks the iodine availability of the gland.
• These foods increase the immune function and gives protection from osteoporosis

10. Vitamin C And Vitamin E

These vitamins are helpful in reducing the oxidative stress caused by the hyperactivity of thyroid glands.
• All the citrus fruits are rich in vitamin C.
• Bell peppers, olive oil, wheat etc are a good source of vitamin E.

This bleeding can be due to i-pill. Hence wait for your normal periods. If missed, then urine pregnancy test done.
