Generally these kind of concerns are very common. Mastrubation is a healthy sexual activity. The frequency and duration is not very important and has no reason to feel bad about it. Masturbating is good and natural for both men and women. In healthy individuals, masturbation is seen as a harmless expression of sexuality.

Most of us have an emotional connection with food. Infact, we bond with others over food. When nothing works, we turn to food. Also when we feel low, we turn to food but end up eating junk food. Instead, why not eat exactly what will lift our mood and give us a boost?
Here are 5 such mood enhancing foods.

1) Chocolate - Of course! This is the favourite amongst most people and an instant stress buster. It is not just psychological, but scientifically proved as well. A study has shown that eating dark chocolate every day for a couple of weeks; actually reduced the stress hormones. The antioxidants in chocolate do this. Of course, this doesn't mean one eats chocolate all the time. Overdoing it will show on the waistline. What is advised is to eat a piece or two of chocolate when you need to feel good.

2) Vegetables and Fruits - Beans, citrus fruits and dark green vegetables have folate, a vitamin B which is known to lift the mood. Asparagus also has the ability to make you feel better by giving your body the nutrients it needs to be healthy and happy.

3) Fish - Fishes like salmon, trout, tuna etc have high omega-3 which while is essential for us, is not produced by our bodies. Omega-3 affects our brain’s chemicals which specifically deal with our mood swings. So a dose of Omega-3 is what is needed when your mood needs a boost. Alternatively, one can also have Omega-3 capsules which are easily available in the market.

4) Coconut - It is said that smelling the fragrance of coconut has a very positive effect on one's mood. It relaxes the senses and makes one alert. A coconut scented candle in your bedroom or office is ideal to keep your mood lifted at all times.

Hello doctor I masturbate everyday since 12th class now I am in mba so my pennis got weaker. If I leave masturbating is there chance to strength and is small also pls doctor suggest me to go forward to my sex life.

Excessive of anything is bad same applies with masterbation. 2 things happen when one masterbate excessively 1. Premature ejaculation you can correlate when you started mastrrbation what was time and check current timing. You will find time to ejaculate might hv reduced significantly. Some people even ejaculate while rubbing in bed 2. Second problem is weak erection. Over a period you will feel lesser or weaker erections. Respected sir. I have cracked sound in my ear when I chew something. That time I feel little pAin in ear. Otherwise no pain in ear anytime. Is there a ear bone dislocation? Or any serious condition.

This is due to wide mouth opening, so please while taking food do not open wide mouth, even in yawning also, start taking rice with small spoon this is not ear bone dislocation, this is temporo mandibular joint dislocation.

Hi, as I understand, you have motion sickness. Couple of things that you can do to overcome this are as follows: (a) use your right thumb and gently press the inner arm two finger widths down from your wrist crease. Hold it for a couple of minutes and release. It shall help get over the nauseatic feel. (b) smell fresh lemons when you get that nausea/ vomiting sensation during the journey. (c) take ginger/ peppermint tea before you get on the journey. (d) do not travel empty stomach. (e) do not attempt studying or looking at nearby things while the vehicle is in motion. (f) try taking a seat either in the front or in the middle at most. Avoid back seats till you get adjusted. (g) visualize pleasant things and distract your mind from negativities. Listen to some light soothing music when you get on the vehicle. I hope the above-mentioned steps shall help you feel better next time.

Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

Your symptoms suggest plantar fascitis. Only treatment is rest and pain killers. Take tablet pirox dt twice daily, never empty stomach, till you have some pain relief. It may take 2 -6 months to heal. Get an x ray done to rule out any bony abnormality.

You should not that much pill. If you are are regularly active in sex then take 21 day pill. Next period might come late.

The gas problem you have could be secondary to acid peptic disease. Taking antacid like tab prilosec otc one in the morning before breakfast for a week would help. Also avoid spicy foods. Take food at regular timings and avoid junk foods. Stress also is one of the contributor to such gas related problems. Find a way like meditation or yoga to get de-stressed regularly. Take 11 guava leaves, 11 black pepper, 1 cup milk and one cup water. Put all of them in pot and boil it well, when it reduced to one cup, drink in empty stomach. Take this daily for at least six months or a year. 2.Boil cumin seeds in water and inhale the steam. It helps dilate the bronchial passage. 3.Take 5 gm of ginger, black pepper, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, turmeric and 30 gm of sugar. Grind the mix to a powder. Take half to one teaspoonful and mix it nicely with honey. Take it twice a day 4.Pulses like old rice (rice which is stored for at least one year is called old), wheat, barley, kulattha, mung beans, arhar beans, etc . should be consumed. 5.Honey, warm drinks like herbal teas, spice teas are also okay. 6.Sprouts, nuts and seeds can be taken in moderate amount. 7.The heavy foods and those which make ama should be avoided. This mainly includes milk products like cheese, curd, butter milk, creams, and banana, etc. 8.Oily, greasy and fried foods which are difficult to digest should be avoided. 9.White flour and white sugar products should be avoided. 10.In addition, try to avoid the cold foods, cold drinks and other refrigerated things. 11.Avoid excessive or physically demanding exercise. Yoga and Pranayama can be helpful.
