Hi, take whey protein one spoon after workout. Take 2 glass water in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before meals. Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Take small and frequent meals.

Hello. If a female is having normal menstrual cycle of 28 days, 14th day would be the ovulation period when the feritilization of egg can take place by a sperm. So, 3-4 days before & after this 14th day of the menses are supposed to be the most fertile period or chances of getting pregnant are highest!

Take normal and healthy diet. Take plenty of water or liquid foods. Do regular walking with exercises at least half an hour in the morning. Take at. Bell. 30 / 5 drops in little water thrice a day for one week if you having the same type of sign and symptoms.

preventions are mentioned below:- There is no tested and approved vaccine for the dengue. – Primary prevention of dengue is mosquito control. -avoid to go in crowded places. -Drink lots of liquids. use mosquitoes repellent cream carefully on children and use mosquitoe nets. -Wear full sleeves clothes and long dresses to cover as much of one's body as possible

It probably means that you are either missing that person or still have strong memories of that person. Our dreams are a combination of our own desires, memories, experiences, imagination etc. Hence all dreams may not really mean anything. But if you occasionally have this dream then you need to understand your more subtle feelings about losing that person. If it was after an accident, then it was a shock for you. It might have caused some trauma for you. Understand and accept your feelings of loss, sadness, pain and grief. Eventually you need to" let it go" life is a flow. We lose some people but for the survivors, the journey continues. When your mind accepts that, the deceased person is not going to come back and you need to move ahead in life, tell yourself that, that person has gone away and you have a life ahead without you. You will learn to let go of that person and move on.

Bad breath can be reduced or prevented if you: practice good oral hygiene. Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque. Don't forget to brush the tongue, too. Replace your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months or after an illness. Use floss or an interdental cleaner to remove food particles and plaque between teeth once a day. See your dentist regularly -- at least twice a year. He or she will conduct an oral exam and professional teeth cleaning and will be able to detect and treat periodontal disease, dry mouth, or other problems that may be the cause of bad mouth odor. Drink lots of water. This will keep your mouth moist. Chewing gum (preferably sugarless) stimulates the production of saliva, which helps wash away food particles and bacteria.

yoUR NOSE NEEDS septoplasty or similar treatment and urine sensation canbe infection, diabetes or prostate . Digestion will be slow in 61 years . You need a check up of nose of urinary problem

Hello You need not worry. Drink plenty of water. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Start your day with peanut butter sandwich. After 2 hours take 500ml milk. After 2 hours take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with paneer curry. Evening banana shake. Take apple before workout. After workout take 1 scoop of whey protein powder. Dinner take 2-3 chapati with ghee applied along with chicken. Thank you
