Peeling skin may occur because of damage to the skin, such as from sunburn or infection. It may also be a sign of an immune system disorder or other disease. Rash, itching, dryness and other irritating skin problems may accompany peeling skin. Because a number of conditions some very severe can cause peeling skin, it's important to get a prompt diagnosis. Also various possibilities such symptoms are trauma and allergic or irritant contact dermatitis like washing dishes without wearing gloves, contact with harsh detergents, soaps and lotions that contain perfume can cause hands to become irritated and peel. Sometimes cold, dry air can cause peeling and dermatitis or fungal infections can also cause peeling. In your case I feel that it can be due to eczema or contact dermatitis. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites For medication Consult online in private.

Tape a piece of banana peel, inner side down, over the wart before you go to bed. A chemical in the peel can slowly dissolve the wart. Or, try the same with a piece of lemon peel. An oil in the peel seems to discourage warts.
