Some thyroid, kidney, or liver disorders also can lead to memory loss. A doctor should treat serious medical conditions like these as soon as possible. Emotional problems, such as stress, anxiety, or depression, can make a person more forgetful and can be mistaken for dementia.things you can do to stop being absent-minded all the time: Put everything back in the same place. ... Make lists. ... Set timers. ... Use a schedule & pay attention to following it. Delegate responsibilities. The magic of sticky notes … ... Do one thing at a time. ...

There is no need to be alarmed to this extent. Between the ages of 16 to 18 years (in your case it is delayed by a year or so), for a duration of almost exactly two years, all boys and girls will have a spurt in the production of the male sex hormone, testosterone. Due to this hormone there are three identified effects, all because of this chemical: you will become sexually active; you will become aggressive and rebellious; and you will all suffer acne and pimple problems. You have no choice because this is a body clock mechanism that gets activated and over the two years that it prevails, it will gradually subside and return to normal. But during this time you could (driven by the hormones) do something inadvertent that there may be no turning the clock back. So you need to exercise control and channelize this energy through games and sports and hobbies. Also you would have developed secondary sexual characteristics and they seek to be used and seek fulfillment. Again this is not a problem but the drive can be very bad for those who do not have sufficiently well-developed value systems or a good conscience. These kids can lose control and become reckless. Most kids have a problem, like you do, around their sexual urges and may resort to acting out in the form of masturbation, pornography, and other sexual exploits. If you indulge in any of these you can get into a guilt trip or develop an addiction that may plague you for a long time. There is no threat to your mental well being. Your character will certainly be tested, and it will reflect your development in this regard. The best thing to do is to get a sex education from a counselor and ask all the questions you wish answered. Otherwise, you will want to experiment or seek information from your peers who are not adequately qualified to really do justice to your queries.

sir, i facing problem with negative thought with every situation and afraid to death related words or anything.

Thoughts are like magnets, whatever you attract comes to you.I know it seems easy to suggest but your will power and wish can do magic. You need to pen down 10 good things you have in life or makes you happy today, then concentrate on those things. Whenever negative thoughts surround you think of a very normal process of our nature, that is day and night.however long the night may be its is going to end and morning is surely going to come.Similarly in your life also, you might be going through night full of problems but day will come surely and how early the daytime comes is in your hands. It means start doing things which are constructive and makes you happy as simple as eating what you like to from visiting people you love to or doing your hobby . Although I need some specific details to help you surely. Pls contact me and visit and I can help you positively to come over your problem. Thanks

Dear lybrate-user. Depression and relationship troubles can make people workaholic. They are actually withdrawing themselves to their own cocoon. There are many problems with this. They devoid themselves from social mingling, general discussion etc. In future, this could lead to severe depressive disorder. Treatment is a must and you should motivate and convince him for treatment. Take care.

How can we increase our memory power in education and how can control sexually fillings in our body while.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Memory and mind power depends on three aspects. Understanding, retention and recollection. Recollection is easy if your retention is proper and flawless. Retention is possible when you are able understand what you read or learn. To understand you should have concentration. Concentration comes from effective learning techniques based on creative and active learning. Physical exercise, outdoor games, entertainment, socializing coupled with systematic learning improves your memory and mind power. Vegetables, fruits and nuts are perfect for memory. Brain games like sudoku and jigsaw puzzles helps too. Avocados, Beetroots, Blueberries, Broccoli. Celery, Coconut Oil, Dark Chocolate etc are good for improving concentration and memory. I suggest online education counseling. Take care.

As schizophrenia is a complex mental disorder. Reducing or tappering of dosages may result in relapse. So tappering and dosage adjustment must be done under a guidance of psychiatrist only.

Prefer keeping yourself is a dangerous thing. Be friends with others. In friendliness the severity of the problem may reduced. You explore your internal status with others. Then severity of the problem may become small. So please share with close relatives and friends. Take further steps for relax yourself. Change the place if possible or visit new places, temples, movies, do not be alone spend most of the outside. Create your entertainment channels. Do not think about past incidents. Be happy and be friendly all the time. Ok best of the luck.
