Popcorn! Is that healthy or in healthy?

Why, yes it can! Who doesn't crave a tub of popcorn when they step into a movie theatre? How about when you're watching a movie at home, curled up on the couch?

The good news is that popcorn is one of the healthiest snacks you can eat, and not the junk food that most people think it is. It just needs to be prepared and seasoned the right way.

Popcorn is naturally a whole grain, so it offers the same health benefits as other whole grains. Popcorn is packed with a variety of vitamins and minerals such as Vitamins A, B, E, and K, folate, iron, potassium, and zinc.

A single cup (25 g) of air-popped popcorn contains merely 31 calories and 0.3 g of fats.

Studies show that the antioxidant content of popcorn is much higher than most people think. In fact, one study showed that the concentration of polyphenols in popcorn exceeds that of most fruits. Polyphenols are antioxidants that offer a variety of health benefits, including the prevention of degenerative diseases such osteoporosis, heart disease, cancer, neurodegenerative diseases and diabetes. The antioxidant content is concentrated within the hull of corn, so it's important to cook it with the hull intact.

Hunger pangs are annoying and tricky to deal with if you're trying to lose weight. But don't fret - popcorn is a light, filling snack that will help banish those bothersome pangs and give you a health boost while you're at it.

Making healthy popcorn at home

? Make sure you air-pop it, and then season it with light, low-calorie ingredients. If you flavour popcorn with full-fat butter or cheese, you will have nothing but a nutritional disaster.
? If you don't have an air-popper at home, choose the healthiest microwave popcorn, which has lesser fat, sodium and trans fats and fewer calories than the regular microwave varieties.

Healthy ways to season popcorn

Masala Zing
Mix � teaspoon each of salt, curry powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, and coriander powder in 1 bag of freshly popped popcorn.
Zippy Italian
Drizzle � tablespoon of olive oil, 1� teaspoon of Italian herbs and 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese on a bowl of popcorn. Toss to blend well.
Red Hot
Mix together 1 teaspoon each of salt, pepper, chilli powder, and red cayenne pepper, and sprinkle on a bowl of popcorn.

Sweet Stuff
Mix together a teaspoon of low-fat butter, a pinch of cinnamon, a dash of cayenne pepper and a teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder. Drizzle onto a bag of popcorn and toss.

Night Fall in Men. Night fall or wet dreams is a very common occurrence among men, especially among adolescents. This condition is characterized by involuntary ejaculation during sleep in the night or in the early hours of the morning. The problem of night fall can be very frustrating for young men because most of the times they don’t understand the reason for it and also because it is a very embarrassing thing to discuss with not only their parents but also with their peers. The frequency of these nocturnal emissions varies from person to person, most men only experience this condition in their adolescent years but few may suffer from it all their lives. So as you can see this condition is very common and nothing really to worry about except in very few cases where it is very frequent spread over a long period of time. Studies have shown that using testosterone based drugs can increase nocturnal emissions, so try avoiding these if you suffer from nightfall. Here are a few more things that you can try to limit it. 1. Should start jogging or brisk walking for at least 30 minutes every day. 2. Should avoid consumption of any liquid for at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 3. Should go for urination just before going to bed. 4. Should avoid watching porn or erotic chats etc. 5. Start listening to soothing music which gives peace of mind and gives soothing effects like the meditation gives. 6. Should start reading good books at the time to keep the brain relaxed for a sound sleep. 7. If night fall happens then they should not worry about this, because if you keep on thinking about nightfall or have the fear of night fall at the time of sleeping then there more chances to have it reoccur. 8. Should avoid constipation because an upset digestive system also sometimes causes this condition. 9. If the person is having the habit of taking milk at night then they should take milk in the evening instead of at night. 10. Kegel exercise also helps control Night Fall. 11. Do yoga and meditation. Remember to talk to your doctor or a qualified professional like a doctor before you start or stop your medications and never self-medicate. There is nothing to be embarrassed about if you suffer from this problem as it is a normal physiological phenomenon. For increasing Penis Size: Following treatments are available. 1. The average size of the erect/aroused penis ranges from 3.2 inches to 6.5 inches, but even lower sizes don't make a difference to the ability to have sex, please one's partner or have children. The aroused female vagina only extends between 3 to 4 inches, and even here, the most sensitive parts are towards the outside. Girth is a little more important, but most important is how you use it. So please focus on the person you are with and make sure your partner enjoys the experience - there is really nothing more important than that in sex. Anyone who tells you that size is important doesn't really know what he is talking about. The only way to increase penis size or girth (thickness) is through surgery, but this is painful and risky. None of the medicines marketed to increase penis size work and they are a waste of money.

Follow these best tips to make your digestion strong & healthy - *take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * take 1 tea spoon of liv-52 syrup daily one time. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking nonveg at night & in day time after taking nonveg, do not sleep in day.

This cycle can not be change in one day you need to work on this problem Do regular physical activity in daytime so that you will get tired in night Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Do not see exited Movies or don't read any novel/ book in night Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) Consult me if symptom persist
