You will have to identify and avoid the precipitating event for your migraine (sunlight/noise/allergy etc. Anything - its individualistic). There are medicines available to prevent or reduce the attack intensity of migraines, so you may consult in person to follow that prescription, before and during a migraine episode. For sinuous problem, we will have to help you with your allergy especially during seasonal variation, to keep it to the minimum. Consult in person for the best prescription suited for you.

Hello, Self-care measures can help ease the pain of a migraine headache. Try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation techniques may include progressive muscle relaxation, meditation or yoga. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on. Place an ice pack wrapped in a cloth on the back of your neck and apply gentle pressure to painful areas on your scalp. Medication: Take Bakson's Mig Aid tablet/ 1 tablet 3 times a day.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Actually your issues can be either due to diabetes or spine, it is difficult to actually say without examining you in detail. But if there is no back pain issues, then it may be unlikely due to a spinal pathology. Anyway a proper examination and investigations can actually tell us whether the issues are due to spine or due to diabetes. We can initiate with medications for neuropathic symptoms like pregabalin or gabapentin in small doses with or without vitamin b12 supplementation for 2-3 weeks and see from there how it goes. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. You can also discuss your case and treatment plans with me in a greater detail in a private consultation.
