Is there a complete treatment for knee pain (special in knee) in allopathic medicine.
Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Advice. Knee 1 avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Sedentary lifestyle and faulty dietary habits are a major cause of weight gain. Central obesity is a risk factor for diabetes & heart disease. Diet suggestions: 1. Drink 3 litres water daily 2. Avoid junk/ processed/ packaged/ fried/ sugary foods, soft & hard drinks, chocolate, ice cream 3. Use less oil in cooking 4. Have small frequent meals instead of 3-4 large ones 5. Replace simple carbs like potato, sugar, refined grains (maida, white rice, noodles, white bread, biscuit) with complex carbs like whole fruits, vegetables, whole grains (atta, dalia, suji, bajra, ragi, barley, oats, brown rice, atta bread) 6. Avoid sleeping or lying down within 1 hr of a meal Physical activity suggestions: 1. Brisk walk early morning daily- 45 mins + kapalbhati-15 mins + free hand- 15 mins 2. Walk instead of hiring transport & take stairs instead of lift 3. Get involved in some kind of outdoor activity- sports/ swimming/ dancing 4. Take light 15 mins walk post main meals

Eating supari (betel nut) or tabacco causes development of condition known as oral submucous fibrosis which is also precancerous sign so better consult dentist as soon as possible so that he/ she can do proper screening of your sign and advice you proper exercises for your limited mouth opening.

Do regular exercise, make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before meals. Take small and frequent meals.

To control & maintain Blood pressure to normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

Hello, we understand your situation. We would advise the following exercises: 1) please use steam or a hot pad on your knees 3 times a day, provided there is not much swelling. Incase of swelling, please use an ice pack. 2) keep both your feet on the bed straight. Place a roll of towel under your knees. Press knees to squeeze towel. Hold for 10 counts & release. Repeat this 10 times x 2 hourly. Regards

Dear excessive fat gain occurs only when calories intake are more than calories burnt, It can put a person at risk of thyroid disease, diabetes , kidney problems, arthritis etc... Dear to decrease belly fat you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach daily. 3. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 5 min per asana. 6. Do brisk walk early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. It can be judged by your height and weight and BMI, WAIST CIRCUMFERENCE, if waist circumference is more than 90 cm in men than chance of diabetes is more. Your FBS about 100 mg PPBS around 160 it is prediabetic. Feel free to ask privately with details for more scientific suggestions. You can refer my health tips on diabetes, diabetes and diet. Do regular exercise and morning walk for prevention of diabetes.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine 1. Thuja 200 (4 drops in little amount of water) empty stomach only one dose and after that on 2nd date start with other medicine 2. Baryta carb 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days. 3. Calc phos 6x (3 tabs) twice a day for 15 days and update keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. Things to do 1. Daily body stretch for 2 minutes early morning. This can be done by standing on your fingers of feets, arms joined upwards. Looking upwards while stretching years body upwards. 2. Do yoga 3. Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. 4.2 glass milk daily 5. Green leafy vegetables in diet 6. Avoid stress and anger.
