I have dark spots on my face how I can remove them please give me some tips & treatment.
Black spots are mainly due to udavarta (improper functions of all vaat). Its mainy due to 1) dharniya vega (urges, should b controled, but you arent) like chinta-stress, bhaya-fear, shoka-, krodha-short temper, maan- ego, lobha-greedy etc mental condition you should control your self 2) adharniya vega (urges that shouldnt be controlled, but you are controling) like sleep, urine, stool, hunger, thirst, yawn, sneeze, vomit etc. Main treatment is to stop causative factor among this. Also there are some ayurveda medicine, lepa-cream, face treatment, or panchkarma (detoxification) will definitely help you kumkumadi lepa (nagarjuna) is also a good cream.

My father is 66 years old, already have 2 times cerebral attack ,first attack was major before 6 years ago and second was minor. So he has now a major problem i.e hernia .It is also 7-8 years old case and now it is too big that need an OT immediately .But everyone said it's risky for him coz his heart pumping rate is only 38%.So please suggest. And one more thing the local Surgeon first said that before 5 days he need to stop Ecosprin medicine but now doctor says no need to stop for operation. So is it ok that at the operation period he takes ecosprin?(Ecosprin 75) isn't it risky for operation? please suggest.

Yes you should stop tablet ecosprin for 5 days prior to surgery. And you should also get a stress echo or stress thallium done prior to surgery to check if there is any significant blockage in your heart arteries and to prevent & predict any heart related complication during a planned surgery.

Tulsi, adu, kali marichyadi ubal kar daily 2 bar piyo. Giloy leaves ka ras 20 ml daily piyo. 2 bar milk me peepal 1-2 ubal kar piyo. 15 din bad likho.

Hello Dr. I am 34 years old. My query to you is that how to be happy in a tensed atmosphere. I have read in book that one should get up with a positive thought which keeps one optimistic. I tried it but often forget to do so. All looks bullshit and crap around me. How should I take the problem I face when I know I ve to solve it with very limited amenities I am provided. Do not try to be happy in a tense atmosphere, that is what is keeping you unhappy. We tend to perceive how we wish to, perhaps your present condition makes you do that. When there is an internal demand so as to how others should be there is this frustration. You should remember everything is as they are supposed to be not as you suppose them to be. Accepting the reality as it is without a demand to change will remove this conflict lastly do not judge yourself if all these unwanted thoughts come, they will die there own death, if you are not so affected by them.

Hi, im 25 years old. I got married recently! Before my marriage I was sexually active, I used to masturbate 4 times a day. But after my marriage I can not go for round 2 with my partner, feeling so tired. It takes more than 30 mins to go for sex again. I checked my testosterone level before marriage it was 243. 87ng/dl. Mr Karthick congratulation you find a beautiful Life partner .Regarding masturbation it is for your knowledge it has no effect on your married life if you were doing it before marriage. one thing you must understand that sex is for pleasure but you have made it a tiring job for her. give some time to understand each other and when ever you have a sexual feeling you have to see that your partner is ready for it or not , if not then don't press her but try to do such activity which may elevate her mood for sexual pleasure , you may play with secondary sex organs slowly to stimulate her, it is usual that after one act male take some times for another act so don't worry. don't be overcautious. If you are increasing wait then you have to control it by avoiding dry fruit, oily spicy junk and processed food , take sprout, oats meal, soya been green vegetables plenty and fruits , cut short carbohydrate , sugar, . NO ALCOHOL, NO SMOKING, NO TOBACCO CHEWING, GO FOR MORNING WALK, DO SOME EXERCISE. I have pain in lower back from three year. And right leg buttock. Cannot sit on chair more than 10 minute. And feel Weakness, Shortness of feet, tingling. Sleeping and standing no problem I also do mri report and, Xray with different position, also consult with neurosurgeon he also do some nerve test and it is normal In three years, taking many tablet and Injection like B12.
