Hello- There is a slight change in the periods cycle due to several factors like, fasting, fever, constipation, over exertion, lack of sleep etc. So better wait for a week more and if still periods are delayed then go for a urine pregnancy test at home on 3rd of January (before this it will not come positive) for pregnancy confirmation.

No its nothing like that. It's due to Periodontal problems. Also it may be due to pigmentation of gums. I will advised to have an appointment with a Dentist.

I have got periods or bleeding on 13 may 2016 and 27 days of average circle. Then we did not have intercourse during ovulation. Till then I do not have periods or bleeding z as per circle my period due date is 08 june 2016.

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

I am , 27 years old. My problem is fear. I do not want to get any escalation and so I finish the tasks perfectly but also with fear. Because of this attitude, I tend to skip the food often, not eating for so long time. I got ulcer also. I do meditation and tried a lot to reduce the fear. But result is negative. Hello, You are having anxiety-disorder. There are few yoga poses which helps in calming your mind and relieves stress, but first learn these under a qualified yoga-teacher as many poses are prohibited in certain diseases or medical conditions! Exercises: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. Anuloma involves inhaling through both nostrils together and exhaling each breath alternately between the left and right nostrils. The thumb of the right hand is used to manipulate the right nostril, while the pinky and ring finger are used to control the left nostril. Take Bakson’s Calm Aid tablet/ 1 tablet daily once for 4 weeks.

Deficiency of vit d causes what? I am going through restless leg syndrome in the night is this due to vit d3 deficiency.

Most people have no symptoms. In severe cases, deficiency can lead to thin, brittle or misshapen bones. Coming to restless leg syndrome. I understand how annoying this can become in one's life. Lifestyle changes like the following should help in the long run: having a better sleep schedule light exercise decrease caffeine, alcohol and smoking doing some relaxation techniques such as yoga or meditation leg massages can help here as well. Try wearing compression socks or stockings or wrap your legs in bandages. Try sleeping with a pillow between your legs. It may prevent nerves in your legs from compressing.

Will need to evaluate you properly to know the cause. Oils and shampoo can never treat hair loss its far from truth. Dont go by the advertisements shown in media. Consult a proper dermatologist.

If since 15 months [ means 1 years 3 months] you are suffering from fever then you should immediatly go for some investigation -------- blood test- hb%, tlc, dlc, gbp. Montoux test x-ray chest pa view. For common cold you can take homoeopathic medicine alleraid /tds for 5 days.
