Diabetes and high blood pressure suggest you need a good cardiologist and diabetologist advise. But you want to control everything by food. A very risky and a life threatening decision. At 63 yrs of age it's not advisable. But if you must and you really want to take risk, then find a holistic medicine expert who offers natural and herbal remedies. There is some blood discharge while spitting its around 10% every morning and along with that I m suffering some kind of neck pain may I know the real cause.

you need thorough evaluation it may be due to bleeding from gum/ Chronic Pharyngitis or may be any lung problem like Tuberculosis or this may be due to Harsh Brushing Kindly consult ENT/ Chest Physician For neck pain Kindly follow advises given below 1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. Follow these best tips to get normal and natural pink lips:- 1. Moisturize your lips You must keep your lips moisturized if you want them to stay healthy and therefore pink. If you are going outside, try applying a bit of petroleum jelly or lip balm and if you are inside, use some Milk fat (ghee). 2. Use Pomegranate Seeds and Milk. Another simple way to lighten dark, dull lips and create a beautiful pink color is using pomegranate seeds. Crush up the seeds and mix it with some milk cream. If you apply this home remedy to your lips regularly, you will start to see them becoming redder and fuller. 3. Apply Cucumber Juice Another great way to reduce any darkness on your lips is to apply a bit of cucumber juice. Simply slice a cucumber, rubbing it against your lips to allow the juices to soak on. If you do this for five minutes each day, you can lighten dark lips to a beautiful pink color. 4. Mix Rose Petals in Milk. Rose petals are another one of the great home remedies for pink lips. Simply soak some rose petals in milk for a little bit of time. Then use the petals to make a paste, adding a few drops of both glycerin and honey. Apply the paste on your lips and wait fifteen minutes before gently rubbing it off using milk. This remedy can produce amazing results. 5. Massage with Lemon Juice Another remedy only requires lemon and some sugar. Cut a thin slice from the lemon, sprinkling a bit of sugar on top and rub your lips with this combination each day. This works well because lemon works to naturally bleach your lips, returning them to their light, pink color while sugar works to exfoliate dead skin cells. 6. Mix Turmeric Powder with Milk Mix raw turmeric powder and milk cream to achieve great results. You can also try mixing turmeric powder and gram’s flour to light your lips. Just keep in mind that gram’s flour dries out lips making it a poor option for those whose lips are already dry. 7. Mix Honey, Almond Oil and Sugar Another great remedy is to mix sugar, honey and a little bit of olive or almond oil. Apply this to your lips, massaging it in for ten minutes.

Primary objective of your treatment is weight reduction and maintain normal bmi of 18-25. You can take metformin to reduce weight. For reducing your weight or belly fat you should have brisk walk or jogging for 4-5 km daily, high protein diet (fish, chicken, mutton without fat, pulses, mushrooms), low carbohydrate diet (avoid rice, chapatti, bread, poha, upma, idli, dosa, potato, sugar etc and can use bhakri instead) and low fat i. E. Less oil and preferably use rice bran oil. If you reduce weight it will definitely increase your desire to have sex.

Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. * Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes. • Drink a glass of milk at night daily. * Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night. They also cause sleeplessness. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind.

Check how are you breathing from nose or from mouth. Because mouth breathing is one of the common reason for malocclusion, foul smell, breeding from gums. If it exists, break the habit.

apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.......

Hey lybrate-user, white flacks on body and dandruff in scalp are starting symptoms of psoriasis. Psoriasis is genetic disorder triggered due to street and irregular life style. We are treating psoriasis using ayurvedic medicines. Psoriasis has three stages. First stage is when disease remain in skin and there are scaly patches. Second stage comes when there is pitting in nails and in last stage it enter the joints and there is pain in small joints. You should use 3 gms of haldi with milk and sit in sun for 15 minutes it helps. We are using external ayurvedic oil and ointment for application and internal blood purifying herbs which will solve your problem. For more info you can contact clinic. Your hair needs a high protein well-rounded diet. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hair and nails are both protein fibers. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. Carrots are one of the healthiest vegetables on the planet. They come in various colours and sizes and are widely available all over the world. Historians believe that carrots have been grown and eaten since the 1500s. Initially, carrots were cultivated in purple, white and yellow varieties. The orange and red varieties came much later. Whatever be their color, there is enough evidence to prove that carrot is a super food and benefits of eating carrots are enormous.

Each variety of this antioxidant rich food, supplies us with surplus amounts of vitamins. Carrots are great for weight watchers as it is a low calorie food. Red carrots are sweeter in taste than the orange variety. Orange carrots are less sweet, but have a pleasant taste. Red carrots are generally available in the winter season, whereas the orange ones are available throughout the year.

Red carrots contain a compound called lycopene, which gives it its red colour, the one also found in tomatoes. Lycopene protects our body against free radicals. It is believed to fight cancer cells and prevent heart disease. Vitamin A found in red carrots is essential for healthy eyes. Red carrots also contain phytonutrients called anthocyanin. Anthocyanin are powerful antioxidants that can help prevent cell damage and decrease risk of heart attack.

Orange carrots are loaded with vitamins A, E and K. Vitamin A is essential for eye health, vitamin K aids in blood clotting and improves bone health whereas vitamin E boosts the immune system. Vitamin E, also known as a skin vitamin supplements skin and gives it its natural glow. Beta carotene present in orange carrots has excellent antioxidant properties and protects the body against oxidative damage. Further, they contain a pigment called lutein, which helps decrease the risk of macular degeneration and other age-related diseases.

We can find a vast spectrum of colours in nature, be it fruits, vegetables, flowers, plant or birds. According to Ayurveda, colours have a lot of significance when it comes to food. Ayurveda talks about the importance of colors in diet and recommends a rainbow diet for health, beauty and anti ageing. A rainbow diet is one that incorporates all naturally occurring colours in food. So, you could increase your health quotient simply by making your plate vibrant with colourful fruits and vegetables. Thus, eating different varieties of carrots could surely be one good way to include colours and a host of nutrients in our diet.

Raw carrots offer maximum nutritional benefit; however, they are also the simplest vegetables to cook. They can be steamed, boiled, added to stews, soups or salads. Doctors recommend eating two carrots per day for better eye health. I suggest you natural medthod of making good health when you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Keep a pillow under knee. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

The best way to lose weight is to exercise or spend the additional calories accumulated in your body in the form of fat. The other most important thing is to eat wisely. Try to cut down the excessive calories you are eating and make sure whatever you eat is healthy. Some tips to lose weight - 1. Have more fruits and vegetables than junk food and juices. 2. Avoid sugar as much as you can 3. Exercise 3-4 times a week. 4. Have an early dinner, preferably before 8 p. M. 5. Do not starve yourself. Eat small meals 5 times a day. 6. Have barley soup in dinner and avoid rice at night. 7. Drink lots of water daily.
