Hi I will prescribe some harmless but effective flower remedy available in homoeopathy shops. Buy this from a shop who sells original medicines. Mix 5 drops of white chestnut + 5 drops of aspen + 5 drops of cherry plum + 5 drops of mimulus. Add these to 100 ml water and drink every 12 hours. Take this for 3 months. If any problems consult me online. These are symptoms of schizophrenia.

For a comprehensive, hair fall prevention regimen, you need to be equipped with a diet plan that includes foods that can arrest hair fall and stimulate better scalp health. Recommendations here include eating more seeds and nuts (almonds and peanuts) along with green leafy vegetables like spinach and sprouts of a variety of dals (legumes). Basically, foods rich in calcium, protein and iron are vital for ensuring overall health of the scalp. Combine this with some basic dietary supplementation, i. E. Using over-the-counter products that help to ensure wholesome nutrition for your hair. Regular intake of amla juice ensures adequate amounts of vitamin c but you can boost this with eating more guavas. Ensure you take a multivitamin that combines beta-carotenes, vitamin b complex, vitamin e and trace amounts of zinc and iron.

will you please tell me how to improve my beard, there are very few hair on my face now I am 25 years old
Hello. You are 25yrs. old and still haven't got full beard on face? Have you been to any endocrinologist? Got some blood test done? Share the reports with me. Gently move the razor on these areas. Medication: Start immediately with homoeopathic medication - Sulphur 200/ one dose daily in the morning for a week and a homoeopathic tincture called Arnica Montana and mix 1 tsp in 1/2 cup of water and apply upon the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor movement technique as in 1 above. Repeat the above process every 3rd day and see the growth in 1 month. Take a red mushroom called ganoderma 5 gms. 2 times per day at 12 hours interval for 3 months. Also, Pituitarin 30 one dose repeat after 15 days no further dose repeat after two month the same way All the above would definitely help to grow the beard. (If possible, share the pictures with me prior starting this treatment. Want to see the condition).

DIET/FOOD THERAPY FOR HAIRFALL

BHMS
Homeopath, Sindhudurg
DIET/FOOD THERAPY FOR HAIRFALL
A wholesome diet, rich in silica, calcium and iron, will help reduce or prevent hair loss. Green, leafy vegetables, especially sea vegetables, are good mineral sources. Raw oats provide silica. Dried fruits and cherry juice are rich sources of iron.

For women, thinning hair or hair loss can be a sign of a problem in the gastrointestinal tract. It could be a sign of insufficient stomach acids; it could also mean a deficiency of protein, zinc and other nutrients. Taking two acidophilus tablets after or between meals (four to six tablets per day) for two months will help.

For men, balding process can be slowed down by taking a low-fat diet. Some scientists postulate that the male pattern baldness is tied to increased testosterone levels during puberty. A high-fat, meat-based diet raises testosterone levels, and that may adversely affect hair follicles.

Anemia is one of the most frequent causes of hair loss. Eat plenty of iron-rich foods, like liver (avoid if you are pregnant) and other organ meat, whole grain cereals, dark green leafy vegetables, eggs, dates, and raisins.

The hair is comprised mostly of protein. To encourage hair growth, adhere to a diet rich in protein. A recommended diet for this purpose includes calves liver, brewer's yeast, wheat germ, and two tablespoons of granulated lecithin. Along with protein, these foods are also high in b vitamins, an important nutrient for hair.

European studies have found that soy protein reinforces hair and stimulates its growth. In one study, the hair growth increased by 15 percent. Tofu and soy milk are good sources of soy protein. Other good sources of protein are: low-fat cheese, eggs, fish, beans, brewer's yeast and yogurt.

Some scientists claim that they have effectively stopped further hair loss by adding silica to their shampoo. This can be applied externally to regrow already lost hair. Silica is found in the outer coverings of potatoes, green and red peppers and cucumbers. Bean sprouts are also high in silica. Eat whole foods including sprouts.

Vitamin c improves the absorption of iron. Include a good serving of fruits and vegetables in your diet.

Vitamin e is important for healthy hair growth. Eat avocados, nuts, seeds, and olive oil on a regular basis.

If hair loss is due to thyroid dysfunction, eat more foods rich in vitamin a and iodine. Eat vegetables such as carrots or spinach in unrefined, cold-pressed seed oils such as flax, walnut or pumpkin seed and sea salt. Take turnips, cabbage, mustard, soy beans, peanuts, pine nuts and millet if there is a deficiency of iodine.

Caution: excessive intake of vitamin a can cause hair loss.

I have noticed since last months my face is having black spot whether that is from allergy or any skin effect please suggest me and what medicine should I take to recover my face safely.

What would be preferred diet for the person who has weak hair strength? Please help me.

What would be preferred diet for the person who has weak hair strength? Please help me.
. Give your hair the right amount of vitamins. Since hair is made of proteins, eat a balanced diet rich in lean protein, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. A healthy diet will ensure hair that looks and feels better. ? Make sure you get plenty of vitamin C. This vitamin strengthens hair. In addition, iron helps transport oxygen to blood vessels, zinc grows and repairs tissue, and omega-3 fatty acids grow healthy hair. ? Give your hair some time to show new brilliance. What you eat will not have an immediate difference on the hair you already have, but it will help with hair that is newly growing.

First of all, let me congratulate you on all your achievements and for your courage and strength. Single mother with four year old child and director says volumes about the strength and resilience of your personality. Your current problems most likely represent an impending depressive episode. Please make sure your thyroid levels are normal. Also make sure hemoglobin is normal. In any case you will probably need safe antidepressants like escitalopram or sertraline under medical supervision. Few more details that I will need are whether you have any other medical or psychological problems, and whether you have family history of bipolar disorder? Remember, DEPRESSION IS NOT A SIGN OF WEAKNESS, IT IS A SIGN OF HAVING TRIED TO REMAIN STRONG FOR TOO LONG! Take care!

A Guide to Dealing with Fibromyalgia

MD, FIPP
Pain Management Specialist, Kolkata
A Guide to Dealing with Fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia is a chronic condition marked by constant flu-like symptoms such as fatigue, headaches, insomnia and joint pains. However, the disease has no visible symptoms. There are also no known causes for the disease. While some believe stress to be a trigger for fibromyalgia, other theories suggest that physical and emotional factors such as a prior illness lead to the onset of this disease. This leads to fibromyalgia patients being often misunderstood and misdiagnosed. Almost 80% of fibromyalgia patients are women. While the disease is not lethal, it can make daily life difficult.

The criteria for fibromyalgia were established only in the late 1900s. In addition, the symptoms of this disease present themselves differently in each patient. This makes diagnosis very difficult.

  • Constant pain all over the body is the most common symptom of fibromyalgia.
  • You may also feel constantly tired, and unable to get a restful sleep.
  • Some fibromyalgia patients also suffer from depression or anxiety and an irritable bowel syndrome.
  • Fibromyalgia patients may also feel hyper sensitive to cold or heat, and feel numbness in fingers and toes.

Fibromyalgia has no known cure, and like arthritis, treatment for this disease addresses its symptoms. Most treatment programs include a combination of drugs, physical therapy, and behavioral techniques.

Pain relievers or anti-inflammatory medication and antidepressants are the two types of drugs administered to fibromyalgia patients. However, these should not be counted on as a long-term solution, as the side effects of these medicines can cause additional problems. Therapeutic massages and chiropractic manipulations can also help ease the pain. Along with this, it is also important to rest and relax. This helps reduce stress which often triggers fibromyalgia symptoms.

To get a better night's sleep, try going to bed and getting up at the same time every day. A warm glass of milk or chamomile tea just before bedtime can also help induce sleep. As far as possible, avoid taking sleeping tablets, as the body can soon become dependent on these.

Though you may constantly feel tired, increasing the day to day activity levels can have a positive effect on your health. Consider adding low-intensity activities such as walking, cycling, yoga or dancing to your daily routine. Complement these with a well-balanced, nutritious diet that includes lots of fruits and vegetables. If you or a loved one has fibromyalgia, bad days may not be prevented. But with treatment, they can be controlled.

Tip: Indicative signs of testicular torsion?

You are suffering from constipation. 14-20% of indian population is suffering from constipation and related problems. Everyday physical activity like brisk walking/ jogging will keep your bowel active. Eat more of dietary fibres, leafy veg, fruits and plenty of liquids. Try to remove stress. Try to maintain periodic defecation everyday for gud bowel habits.
