Sir you have answer in your question itself. You need to quit smoking as smoking can cause severe halitosis. Smoke deposits on teeth can lead to periodontitis which needs to be evaluated by the dentist. Apart from that do visit your dentist for routine cleaning and clinical assessment of your gums.

Tuberculosis is an infection of the lung primarily, but can reside in other parts as well. Symptoms are usually cough for more than 15 days, blood in sputum etc. With fever of mild moderate type other tb may present as granulomas etc. Treatment is free of cost by health workers of govt using dots. Treatment must be complete for 6 months tb is infectious to others too as it spreads from person to person via droplets use handkerchief while coughing eat lots of protein in diet.

Jukam ka ilaj - जुकाम का इलाज

हम में से कई लोगों की प्रकृति बड़ी नाजुक होती है, जरा सी ठंडी हवा लगते ही या थोड़ा ज्यादा पानी में रहते ही शरीर पर सर्दी का प्रभाव नजर आने लगता है। कुछ लोगों की नाक बंद हो जाती है, कुछ को नाक से पानी निकलता है और कुछ को जुकाम बढ़ने पर बदन दर्द और फीवर भी आ जाता है। 
वास्तव में जुकाम संक्रमण का एक प्रकार है जो कि वायरस के विभिन्न प्रकार के कारणों से हो सकता है। 

जुकाम के लक्षण 

  • सिर दर्द
  • नाक बहना
  • खांसी
  • तेज बुखार
  • आँखों में जलन
  • गले में खराश
  • शरीर में दर्द 
  • आदि जुकाम के कुछ लक्षण हैं। 

जुकाम से शारीरिक तकलीफ बढ़ जाती है। यदि सर्दी-जुकाम का उपचार उसके लक्षण नजर आते ही कर लिया जाए तो शरीर को अन्य दूसरी बीमारियों की परेशानी नहीं झेलनी पड़ती है।
हालांकि यह कोई गंभीर बीमारी नहीं है लेकिन यह देखा जाता है कि इस बीमारी में दवाईयों का असर भी कम होता है। इसके लिए सबसे अच्छा होता है घरेलू यानी देसी नुस्खे का इस्तेमाल। क्योंकि अंग्रेजी दवाइयों का असर भी देर से होता है और साथ ही इसके साइड इफ़ेक्ट दूसरी समस्याओं को जन्म देते हैं इसकी सबसे बेस्ट है होम रेमेडीज। और यह घरेलू उपचार किसी भी दुष्प्रभाव के बिना सर्दी के विभिन्न लक्षणों से प्रभावी राहत पहुंचाते हैं। तो आइए जानते हैं कुछ ऐसे घरेलू इंग्रेडिएंट्स के बारे में जुकाम पर तुरन्त लगाते हैं लगाम।

1. दूध और हल्दी
हल्दी एंटी वायरल और एंटी बैक्टेरियल होता है जो सर्दी जुकाम से लड़ने में काफी मददगार होता है। इसलिए गर्म पानी या फिर गर्म दूध में एक चम्मच हल्दी मिलाकर पीने से सर्दी जुकाम में तेजी से फायदा होता है। यह नुस्खा ना सिर्फ बच्चों बल्कि बड़ों के लिए भी कारगर साबित होता है। 

2. अदरक की चाय
अदरक के यूं तो कई फायदे है लेकिन अदरक की चाय सर्दी-जुकाम में भारी राहत प्रदान करती है। सर्दी-जुकाम या फिर फ्लू के सिम्टम में ताजा अदरक को बिल्कुल बारीक कर ले और उसमें एक कप गरम पानी या दूध मिलाए। उसे कुछ देर तक उबलने के बाद पीए। यह नुस्खा आपको सर्दी जुकाम से राहत पाने में तेजी से मदद करता है।

3. नींबू और शहद
नींबू और शहद के इस्तेमाल से सर्दी और जुकाम में तुरन्त फायदा होता है। दो चम्मच शहद में एक चम्मच नींबू का रस एक ग्लास गुनगुने पानी या फिर गर्म दूध में मिलाकर पीने से इसमें काफी लाभ होता है।

4. लहसुन
 लहसुन सर्दी-जुकाम से लड़ने में काफी मददगार होता है। लहसुन में एलिसिन नामक एक रसायन होता है जो एंटी बैक्टेरियल, एंटी वायरल और एंटी फंगल होता है। लहसुन की पांच कलियों को घी में भूनकर खाएं। ऐसा एक दो बार करने से जुकाम में आराम मिल जाता है। सर्दी जुकाम के संक्रमण को लहसुन तेजी से दूर करता है।

5. तुलसी पत्ता और अदरक
तुलसी और अदरक को सर्दी-जुकाम के लिए रामबाण माना जाता है। इसके सेवन से जुकाम से तुरंत राहत मिलती है। एक कप गर्म पानी में तुलसी की पांच-सात पत्तियां ले। उसमें अदरख के एक टुकड़े को भी डाल दे। उसे कुछ देर तक उबलने दे और उसका काढ़ा बना लें। जब पानी जलकर आधा रह जाए तो इसे आप धीरे-धीरे पी लें। यह नुस्खा बच्चों के साथ बड़ों को भी जुकाम में राहत दिलाने के लिए असरदार होता है।

6. घी और काली मिर्च के साथ तुलसी के पत्ते
इन तीनों का मिश्रण एक तरह का आयुर्वेदिक उपचार है और सामान्य सर्दी को दूर करने में काफी कारगर साबित होता है। तुलसी के पत्ते अपने एंटी बैक्टीरियल गुणों से आपकी श्वास नली को आराम प्रदान करते हैं जिससे कि नाक की गन्दगी और संक्रमण भी काफी कम हो जाते हैं। इसलिए जब जुकाम जकड़े तब5 से 6 ताज़ी तुलसी की पत्तियां इकठ्ठा करें इन्हें पानी से साफ कर लें। इसके बाद इन्हें पीसकर एक पेस्ट तैयार कर लें। अब अगर संभव हो तो बिलकुल शुद्ध और पुराना घी तुलसी के इस पेस्ट के साथ मिश्रित कर लें। 1 से 2 काली मिर्चें पीस लें और इस पिसी हुई काली मिर्च को तुलसी और घी के साथ मिश्रित करें। इस मिश्रण को आसानी से कैप्सूल के आकार में भी बनाया जा सकता है। इसे लेकर थोड़े से पानी के साथ निगल लें। राहत पाने के लिए इस कैप्सूल को दिन में कम से कम 3 बार लें। आप नाक से हवा आने जाने की प्रक्रिया को सुगम बनाने के लिए तुलसी की पत्तियां चबाना भी शुरू कर सकते हैं।

7. लाल प्याज का सीरप 
2-3 लाल प्याज को बारीक गोल टुकड़ों में काट लें। एक बर्तन में प्याज का एक टुकड़ा रखें और कच्चा शहद मिलाएं। जब तक बर्तन भर न जाए तब तक प्रक्रिया को दोहराएं। कटोरे को ढक कर रखें और 12 से 15 घंटे के लिए छोड़ दें। प्याज सीरप की तरह मोटी परत में जम जाएगा। अब इस घर के बने लाल प्याज सीरप से सर्दी से पीड़ित लोगों को राहत मिलेगी।

8. चिकन का सूप 
 चिकन सूप में कई आवश्यक पोषक तत्व विटामिन हैं जो आम सर्दी के लक्षणों के उपचार में मदद करते हैं। चिकन सूप के उच्च एंटीऑक्सीडेंट गुण जुकाम को ठीक करने की प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाते हैं। सर्वोत्तम परिणामों के लिए, जैविक सब्जियों और चिकन का उपयोग कर, घर का बना चिकन सूप तैयार करें।और फिर देखें जुकाम में चिकन सूप का कमाल करने वाला असर।

Smelly feet - the medical name is bromodosis - can affect anyone. It can be embarrassing and uncomfortable. The main cause is sweaty feet and there are simple steps you can take to help prevent this.

What causes sweaty and smelly feet?

The function of sweat glands is to keep the skin moist and therefore supple, and to regulate temperature when the weather is hot or while you are exercising. There are more sweat glands in our feet than anywhere else in the body. However, unlike sweat glands elsewhere in the body, the sweat glands in the feet secrete all the time, not just in response to heat or exercise.

Feet smell when bacteria on the skin break down sweat as it comes from the pores. A cheesy smell is released as the sweat decomposes.

The main causes of sweaty and smelly feet are:

  1. Wearing the same shoes every day. Feet become smelly if sweat soaks into the shoes and you wear them again before they are dry.
  2. Poor personal hygiene.
  3. Hormonal changes can cause feet to sweat more, so teenagers and pregnant women are especially prone.
  4. If you are stressed.
  5. A condition called hyperhidrosis, which causes you to sweat more than usual.

Not letting sweat accumulate inside your shoes is the most logical way of preventing smelly feet.

Preventing smelly feet

The best way to prevent smelly feet is good personal hygiene and not wearing the same shoes 2 days in a row. It's important to wash your feet every day and dry them thoroughly, especially between the toes. Teenagers especially should be discouraged from wearing the same pair of trainers all the time. You should also wear clean socks every day. Cotton or wool socks are much better than nylon.

If you're particularly prone to sweaty feet, you could:

  1. Use a spray deodorant or antiperspirant on your feet. A normal underarm one will work just as well as a specialist foot product.
  2. When you have dried your feet with a towel after a shower or bath, dab between your toes with cotton wool dipped in surgical spirit.
  3. Put detachable medicated insoles in your shoes. These have a deodorizing effect.
  4. Try foot-fresh socks. These are impregnated with chemicals to discourage the bacteria that break down the sweat and cause a smell. Some sports socks have ventilating panels to help keep feet dry.
  5. Wear leather or canvas shoes. In the summer, wear open-toed sandals. Go barefoot at home if you can safely.
  6. Sweaty feet can be treated with an antibacterial foot scrub, but avoid using these scrubs if you have broken skin or eczema.

These steps to prevent sweaty and smelly feet will usually help. If they don't, or you are worried about how much you sweat, seek medical advice.

Athlete's foot can also cause your feet to smell. You can treat this yourself with antifungal treatment available from a pharmacy. Seek medical advice if you're concerned or if the problem is not clearing up.

If symptoms are sneezing, running nose, blocked nose 1. Take proper rest/ lot of fluids 2. Take proper home made diet. 3. My mind is always restless, I daydream a lot, I feel burden in my head, I had to work on the computer for 8 hours and also I uses smartphone most of the times. Does more usage of PC and mobile causes psychological problems. I have concentration problems and also I had squint in my left eye, I have 6 number in left eye But I have very less concentration. Indians have always been known for their passion of food, which is usually rich and creamy. With the recent calorie consciousness setting in, the Indian foods are also blamed for being rich in calories. It is therefore time to take a step back and watch the calories that you are packing with each meal.

Listed below are some common Indian foods, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, and their corresponding caloric value. The next time you plan your meal, take a conscious decision based on your overall health. This does not mean you should not relish these exotic dishes. Make sure if you have had a ghee-laden gaajar ka halwa, make sure to burn that extra calories by extending your gym time.

  1. Chicken curry: This popular dish with curry, chicken, and other spices like ginger, saffron and other spices contain about 600 kcal for a serving.
  2. Daal: About 300 g of cooked dal has about 350 kcal. The good news with daal is that gives the maximum amount of proteins, especially for non-meat eaters.
  3. Biryani: A bowl of vegetable biryani contains about 550 kcal while chicken biryani gives about 800 kcal. Again, this depends on the additional ingredients like the amount of ghee or oil used and other ingredients.
  4. Korma: While the chicken korma gives up to 900 kcal, a bowl of vegetable curry gives about 350 kcal.
  5. Samosas: A meat samosa has about 320 kcal, while a vegetable samosa has about 250 kcal.
  6. Chole bature: This fried food with big sized puris and chickpeas pack in about 450 kcal per serving.
  7. Pav bhaji: Another popular evening snack with fried bread and gravy, this has loads of butter applied to the bread and so it is not surprise that you add about 450 kcal with a plate of pav bhaji.
