Weight loss you can take methi seeds water. (overnght saoked 1tsp methi seeds in 1 glass of water and take it nxt morning) * take more of veggies in your diets and fruits which are low in sugar are- apple, papaya, gauva, jamun. * take plenty of water (2.5-3 litres per day) * avoid skipping of meals. * choose whole grain like - jowar, bajra, oats, barley, ragi, wheat. * take 3-4 almonds and walnut (1/2) (overnght saoked)

Your pulp (vital tissue of tooth) is infected that's why you have pain. And this tooth is most probably in lower jaw and the way it's paining called reffered pain, you need to visit dentist for priper diagnosis and treatment. Most probably you have to undergo root canal treatment. Please visit dentist instead of home remedies for permanent solution. Take care.

Bad breath can be reduced or prevented if you:
1. Practice good oral hygeine. Brush twice a day with flouride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque.
2. See your dentist regularly-atleast twice a year
3. Stop smoking or chewing tobacco-based products. Ask your dentist for tips on quitting the habit.
4. Drink lots of water. This will keep your mouth moist. This helps wash away food particles and bacteria.
5. Keep a log of the foods you eat. If you think they maybe causing bad breath bring the log to your dentist to review.

Dear questioner, my advice will be to taper off the drugs gradually in consultation with your psychiatrist. It will need some doing as withdrawal and physical and psychological dependence on them. I hold the view that drugs (anti-depressants/anti convulsants) are chemicals and most of its exact mechanism still unknown to the experts as well. They are like necessary evils, they will not cure you, but act as palliatives which actually with their hosts of physical and mental adverse effects will worsen esp lithium. Bipolar disorder has a strong genetic component and predisposition to it. My advice would be to enjoy the high or hyperactive state and not try to see it as apart of disease. (only avoidance of physical harm to be seen) and in the low or depression period, not fight the period, trying to get over with it. This struggle intensifies the depression we all have highs and lows, not with the same intensity though and it is due to expectation or an ideal which we are desperate to chase. How should one be. Is the one doing the mischief. Since and till we are chasing happiness, so long we will be unhappy. This is my genuine view which is backed by strong conviction. It is difficult. But think over it. Do what you feel like. Medicines /some medicines or no medicines. But enjoy your highs as much as you can and let your physician always be in the loop if you wish to taper the medicines. Take care.

You are interacting too much about office work. You are neglecting your personal care. Everyone has personal office. Doctor has so many patients regularly. But always he takes very much care in all aspects. He does not confused. Doing work very systematically. He never takes his work into home. He relaxed when the work is over. He does not think about his patient's condition in home. Every day comes serious problems do or die situations. But he never take the situation in to home. Or never applied his personal status. It is professional life. So professional life is different from personal life. You are equating both professional and professional life status. Then it iscause of no sleep. It may affect on body also. So take rest when work is over. Relax very well in the middle of the work. Do not be tensed. Feel always comfortable. Be share your all feelings with your friends and family members. Be happy all the time. Do some good exercises. Practice yoga and meditation also. Ok all the best.

Weight gain is muscle gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

many of physical training instructors give cheating instructions which do not really benefit , so best way to keep fit is keep yourself active physically and mentally, and by making vegetables and fruits as a Daily eating habits and also drinking Cow's milk in the night everyday

Follow these methods to get rid of tanning: * apply lemon juice on tanned areas and leaves for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with cold water. You can use cucumber with lemon juice to apply on tanned area. * gently rub the slices of raw tomatoes on tanned area for 5 minutes and then clean with water. * mix one teaspoon of curd with one teaspoon of fuller' s earth (multani mitti) mix and apply it on face for 5 - 7 minutes and then rinse of with water. * apply rose water on tanned area.

Lybrate-user, it is generally noticed that the people who fast for long hours (self dieting), or take more carbs and less protein, tend to put on more weight because their body start storing even carbs. This causes imbalance in the body so you have to first deal with your deficiencies and nutrient gaps by food supplements. To loose with heathy food like eat every 2-3 hours in moderate amounts, a combination of more fibre, whole grains, sprouts, legumes, salads, 3-4 cups green tea, 1 fist dry fruits to have virgin fats, no to aerated & sugary beverages, junk foods, fast foods etc. And exercise for 45 min including yoga especially kapal bharti - 15 min every day.

Hye, Thanks for the query. For a diabetic with hypertension it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the sugar levels, lifestyle and history. Though you can follow some guidelines - The sugar levels will fluctuate depending on what you ate or did not eat, stress levels and activity levels. You have to try and manage a balanced carb intake. Have small frequent meals. Do not fast for long hours. You have to eat 3 main and 3 mid meals. Your diet must include whole grains, seasonal fruits, vegetables, small amounts of nuts and dairy and pulses or dals or lean meats like chicken or fish and egg. Starchy vegetables need to be planned into the diet. Avoid excess salt in foods. Avoid packeted, processed foods. Avoid a very heavy meal at one time. Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar. Avoid junk foods. Avoid foods that say fat free or sugar free. They are not as healthy as they are made out to be. Exercise and stay active. Avoid exercise if sugar levels are above 250mg/dl. Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into hypoglycaemia. Sleep well.            It's all a matter of discipline.
