Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform me.

Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.

I am an 18 year old female who is suffering from some discomfort in my urinary tract. In the middle of February I started having sensations of incomplete and frequent peeing going to the toilet more often than normal. I consumed a herbal Ayurvedic syrup for a few days and my discomfort stopped. The same problem started again in the month of March and April. I find that whenever I release vaginal fluids such as during menstruation or ovulation these urinary symptoms come again. In May I started to take antibiotic for the first time but it did not work and then I switched to taking cranberry and D mannose capsules. It worked to some extent as I could sleep reasonably well at night without having to urgently pee all the time. But when my periods started the symptoms are worse with more frequent and incomplete voiding. I have NO pain nor have I experienced bleeding. My urine is a healthy pale yellow color as I drink lot of water but the peeing is frequent and incomplete and I feel a constant pressure to avoid lot of the time. I don't have other bodily symptoms. I am worried what all this could mean.

If not done yet, you may need to do a urine culture and sensitivity test to find out infection and the type of organism in the urinary bladder and the antibiotic to which these organisms are sensitive so that instead of a blind approach, a definite exact treatment can be initiated. If not done this may become chronic urinary tract infection and haphazard use of antibiotics may make the organisms resistant to more of them and in the end we may not be left with any good antibiotic to use for treatment. Good hygiene of the private parts is essential as you have yourself stated that after menses this problem flares up.

I have been taking clonazepam 1 mg in the morning and .5 mg in the afternoon for a while now for anxiety. For a while now I have been so focused on my breathing to the extent where I get blurred and not able to focus. I have taken numerous test every thing is normal and also meds which did not do to well. Is it my mind playing tricks on me or anxiety. I spoke to a psychiatrist to no avail she told me continue taking the clonazepam. Can you advise please.

Dear lybrate-user, your anxiety itself springs from the mind through many neurochemicals. That is why clonazepam was prescribed to you. It looks that your breathing problem, blurred feeling and inability to focus are all anxiety symptoms which are not yet relieved. Please continue clonazepam and consult the psychiatrist again to find out other medical causes of anxiety, like thyroid functioning too much, in the heart one valve has come down while pushing the blood to another chamber. If anything is found apart from your mind it will be treated. Even if it from your mind, more treatment like relaxation and other talk therapy will be added.

Avoid day time sleep, avoid tea coffee cola in late evening and after. Do regular exercise 30 min of regular walk daily. It will help you.

Anything without oil is low fat. Roti, Rice, Fruits, Dal's are low fat Early meals Bf. 8.30 Lunch 1.00 Dinner 8 pm Brisk/fast walking is good exercise.

As you are suffering from psoriasis since 2009. Psoriasis is a manageable disease, ayurvedic external application give very quick results with sun exposure in clearing the scales and internal treatment does not allow the disease to re appear. You should use 3 gms of haldi with milk helps in psoriasis patients.

Hi, here are the tips for removing suntan: -apply tomato juice on your skin. -apply cucumber juice mixed with lemon. -mix fuller's earth (multani mitti) with little rose water and a dash of lemon in it and apply on the skin. Rinse it off once it is dry. -soak feet and hands in lemon juice. The citric acid contained in lemon juice is an effective skin lightener, and can be used to fade or remove both natural and fake tans, particularly from stubborn areas such as hands and feet. Lemon juice can be quite drying, so be sure to moisturize hands and feet with a rich moisturizer after using this treatment. -raw potato contains quantities of vitamin c, which is used in many skin lightening treatments. Some people claim to have successfully lightened tanned skin by rubbing the juice from a raw potato on the darker areas. -simply mix a cup of crushed sugar with some high quality olive oil and a little freshly squeezed lime juice. Rub this mixture all over the body with clean towel or washcloth dampened with warm water. Wash off in the shower. -aloe vera is said to help fade dark tans, in addition to relieving burns and helping to heal wounds. Use the gel-like sap directly from a broken leaf. However, aloe vera may make your skin extra sensitive to sunlight, so be sure to wear sunscreen outdoors when using this treatment. -coconut water applied topically to the face and hands is said to fade tan while also leaving skin soft and supple. For best results, it should be applied on a daily basis, no need to rinse off. Medication and management: wear broad rim hat if possible. Wear goggles. Use of an umbrella whenever you are out in the sun. Drink 10-12 glasses of water everyday wear full sleeves clothes for covering the skin. Eat plenty of seasonal fruits, green vegetables, salads. Use schwabe's skin care soap, apply calendula & aloe vera cream immediately after bathing, apply bakson's suncare sunscreen 20-30 min. Before going out under the sunlight. At night, use bakson's papaya pack and after washing face apply it's fairness cream.

Hi. Both surgeries have got same aim ,i e, removal of appendix. In conventional surgery there is a incision of roughy 6 cm on right side of abdomen. Recovery occurs in around 2 wks. In laparoscopic appendicectomy there are 3 small incision of 1 cm, 5 mm & 5 mm. Recovery is early. Pain is less. You can choose any1. Complications can occur with both the methods.

Yes, you can eat ghee in moderation. 1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% protein, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet, don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /6-8 glasses of water daily 3. Do regular exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/Jugging etc 4. Take adequate rest- 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 5. Is your hair loss accompanied with greying of hair and have they become very thin? your hair needs a very high protein well-rounded diet. Hair and nails are the last organs to get nutrition in the body, hence only if all the organs get sufficient nutrition and proteins, only then the remaining nutrition would be used for hairs. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp.
