Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Take chitrakadi vati after meal. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. Take banana milk shake. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee.

Anxiety and panic attacks are easily treatable with medications as the reason is reduced serotonin in mind (brain). Counselling will help for only very very mild cases. You have been doing injustice by not taking her to a psychiatrist for such a long time. Do not delay further and consult soon. All the best.

I feel diagnosis is important. You have to visit a oral medicine specialist for diagnosis. Ulcer there are numerous causes stress, trauma, hormonal changes, certain medications, Git disease, vitamin deficiency, anemia and many more reasons. Get it diagnosed by a doctor or dentist and get treated. Sadly trying home remedy without diagnosing and removing the cause is not going to help you. Increasing greeny vegetables and fruits in diet and stress reducing excercises, yoga may help you.

This was safe period, so less chances to be pregnant, avoid unprotected sex, use condom everytime, take unwanted 72 tablet immediately after unprotected sex. All the best.

The stone might have migrated down from the kidney as there is pain.As she is in her last trimester of pregnancy the stone can treated after delivery of the baby if it does not pass out with medicines.But if pain is severe causing infection of the kidney then some intervention will be required immediately to save the kidney.

Give hot fomentation to your lower abdomen and lower back and take tab meftal spas for pain you should take rest on the first day of your periods and drink lots of hot fluids to soothe you.

I am 32 year old male and having severe neck pain sometimes. What should I do.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young to actually have persistent neck pains. If you have localized neck pain with no other symptoms like radiating upper limb pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your neck while working and sleeping and especially following neck ergonomics during work - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. We will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of neck region and few blood tests for evaluation. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

Mix castor oil and a little amount of baking soda until you make a paste. Place the paste on the surface of the mole. Leave the paste on the mole for a few hours. The paste will dry after a few hours. This can be done about twice every day.

Is it ok after waking up in the morning we can have hot water mixed with flaxseed and lemon, after an hour milk shake of almonds and fid (soaked over night but without removing skin of almonds) and after an hour breakfast. Is it advisable or instead of milk we should have fresh juice in the morning and milk after dinner at night. I want to inculcate right habits to hv good skin and hair as I am approaching 30s. please advise ideal diet.

You can have flaxseed after waking up. But it gives equally good results if you eat it post meals. You should give a break of atleast 1 hour to have milk after drinking honey. If you are confused when should you consume juice - Best time is mid noon 1 or 2 hour before lunch. So have dairy and almonds in the morning and juice around 12 pm

I am suffering from backache from oct/2016. Consulted with an orthopedic super specialist and suggested the following tests: X-ray, urine culture, ESR, CRP (Q), URIC ACID, ASO (Q). Out of which uric acid- 7.01 and ASO (Q) is 476.31. Kindly suggest me what to do? What may be the impact of these ratings. Doctor suggested me some antibiotics, tab for heart, calcium tabs etc. please advise me.

Hello! don't be panic consult physiotherapist .and do regularly back strengthen exercises to minimise pain and gain strength in low back muscle .don't addict to medication like pain killers and anti-inflammatory drugs .use ice pack over the pain region for 10 min for more clarification consult physio.

The mixture is made with these flowers:

Clematis: for a better concentration

Chestnut bud: to better remember things

Gentian: not to respond when in front of an unexpected situation

Elm: for a surplus of care that an exam requires

Larch: to have confidence in your abilities

Some of my ideas that may help you customizing this mixture:

Mimulus: if you're scared about the exam or if you're shy

Impatiens: especially useful towards the end of the studying process and during the days before an exam, if you're afraid that you might not have enough time to study or if you can't wait for the exam

White chestnut: when your mind always goes to the things that you're studying or when you can't stop thinking about the exam itself. This mixture for the exam is very useful. But don't forget to study.

Intelligent boy is not scoring marks -

Is there any fear of exam? (Mimulus)

Does he forget during the exam but remember after the exam? (Scleranthus)

Or is he going blank and forgetting the answer? (white chestnut)

Or does he not have enough time? (elm)

Or feeling shaky while reading the question paper? (rescue remedy)

Or making silly mistakes and getting fewer marks. (impatiens)

Is he sitting to study putting the required efforts? (oak)

Or not sitting to study in the house? (chestnut bud)

Just as your overall health will benefit from eating a balanced diet, so too should the health of your hair. Once it’s gone, it’s gone, so don’t put foods in your body that speed up hair loss. You may be experiencing a thinning on top already, but you can counteract this (or at least slow it down) by eating from every food group daily -- concentrating on foods that are rich in protein, iron, silica, and zinc.

Our Daily energy requirements for proper functioning of our body is 1600-2200 K cal of Energy if we want to remain fit and healthy.But there is a misconception that weight is reduced by dieting.But weight is not reduced by only skipping our meals or prohibition from sugars but until we are not aware what are our body energy requirements ,it will be difficult to loose weight.If we restrict ourself from taking daily diet to 1100-1200 Kcalories ,and increases our workouts,only then we can think about reducing our weight and for that we must obtain proper knowledge of exact energy levels in a particular dish we are eating,only then we can achieve our target of reducing weight by means of simple mathematical calculation. Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!
