Respected sir, I am male of 28 years suffering from generalized anxiety disorder since 11 months. Really fed up and getting difficulty in routine life always feeling dreamy, light-headed, irritable bowels, depersonalization. But i am sleeping good after taking sleep medicine, eating good relaxing and left job, jogging. Will anxiety Go away on its own and how many more months my body will take to get recovered. Will it be for life time or what. Reply please I'm in a huge problem.

Dear , anxiety disorder is not a disease. It is a disorder. Mental disorder not requires medicines. Psychotherapy, life style changes, meditation etc are enough to cure your problem. You must learn and educate yourself about your anxiety disorder. The more you try to" cure" your anxiety, anxiety increases and cure is not possible. You have to change your mindset

As per your complain dark circles can occur due to causes like -Excessive stress. -Malnutrition. -Overuse of mobiles and laptops. -Sleep deprivation. -Allergies etc. I would suggest you to first of all reduce stress by doing meditation and breathing exercises. Take sufficient sleep. Avoid excess use of gadgets. You can start applying creams containing Kojic acid and Vitamin E. Grapeseed extract containing creams are helpful. You can also put pieces of cucumber over the closed eyes as it has soothing effects. You can also place grated potato over the eyes. Take multivitamin supplements. Drink plenty of water and take a nutritious diet. In case of no improvement consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can also advised lazer treatment for removing the dark circles.

Hello, I am 28 years only about 5'7'' height and 58 weight.I need to increase my weight for another 5 kgs..I tried going to gym and gained around 2 kg weight, suddenly I was attacked with spondolytis problem due to which I had to stop going gym..could you please guide me how can I increase my weight with more natural habits of food..( have been regularly taking 2 egg whites daily) but can't see any effects..

You should be around 65-69 kgs.U should do exercises once your spondylitis prob is better,but under a trained person.N avoid lifting weights,and bending forward.Follow a proper balanced diet.Take whole eggs instead of egg white.

This is directly related to jaundice. You had. Now you have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day do for 7 days you will feel better

To lower down body heat- * drink 10 ml gulab jal twice a day with a glass of water. * do not eat non veg (chicken, eggs), peanuts (moong fali), dry fruits especially kashew (kaju). * drink upto 2-3 liters of water everyday. * practice sheetali pranayan in the morning for 5-8 minutes.

I am 44 years 2 years back I used melacare (because my friend advice this product skin whitening fairness) only 2times only used then I went my daughter school drop and pick up I do not know how it is my face was very darken I consult doctors they give sun screen lotion etc. But still my face is darken I feel very sad.

Hello, Using Melacare and such kind of creams makes your skin more sensitive specially towards heat or sunlight, so that's why the doctors has prescribed you sunscreen! Management: Include healthy, nutritious food, doing daily yoga or some kind of exercises. All these automatically reflects glow on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. Lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon, orange, gooseberry, etc. Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, can notaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce). If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: Use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel or Bakson’s Fairness cream daily at night. Revert.

These are the cause of whitening of hair: • Stress • Due to medicines • Due to lack of nutrition • Use of chemical products such as hair colours For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: • Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent white hairs. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.

Hi. If you can follow some basic things then you will get better results in a short period of time, 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals, 2) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal, 3) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 4) avoid late night sleeping habits, 5) avoid coffee and tea, A) take 30ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVAM and 30 ml of water and 1 TSF of jaggery after meals, B) apply equal quantity mixture of fresh lemon juice and garlic juice on the roots of hairs…. Leave it for 30-45 minutes…. After that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurveda) three times in a week, do all things for 30 days. These things are much more effective, avoid use of any shampoo and hair oil…for 30 days…THANKS.

For weight gain proper nutrition is a must. 1) you can start including more milk, cow ghee, fruits & vegetables in your diet. 2) stop eating junk & processed food. 3) make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee. 4) eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. 5) boost up your apettite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins. 6) massaging whole body with vata balancing herbal oil (ksheerabala oil) is very beneficial 7) reducing stress level, sleeping comfortably for long hours and afternoon naps are very essential to increase body mass.

Hello. Use d'acne soft facewash or facecare facewash twice a day. Use nadoxin gel on the pimple very little amount or one pea size drop for full face once a day for 15 days to reduce pimples.

Hello, your timings for breakfast should be between 8-9, lunch should be between 1-2 pm, dinner should be between 8- 8: 30 pm and supper timings should be 4: 30-5 pm. I would suggest you to follow a diet rich in proteins plus carbs and good fat and would need the right amount of calories to gain weight in a healthy way. I get itching in vagina during my mid cycle ie 10 days before my periods. Since few months have got black patches and it itches badly in my bikini lines bad hair fall. Bloatness. Did bikini wax and got so many bummpies. These things have just irritated me to the core.
