Dear, These are the causes of acne: • excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). • Due to hormonal imbalance. These are the methods & instructions to avoid acne: • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. * Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin.

Dear lybrate user! the body needs especially 8 hrs uninterrupted sleep every day. The best time for sleep is between 9 pm to 5.30 am. The hormones and circadian cycle takes some time to set in. The 2-4 am is very best time for the body to secrete the needed hormones. For efficient body and energy you have to take more of proteins 1. Country chicken 2. Milk daily 3. An egg daily 4. Soya beans, soya milk and meal maker 5. Palak leaf will help you get more proteins.

Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. 1. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. 2. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. 3. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. 4. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes.

My dear first of all please tell me your family history about diabetes or blood pressure. Sudden weight loss is indicate many of dzs. You r now underweight according to your height. Really you r so week. So you take most of protein and carbohydrate. Fish egg paneer banana pulses soyabean grams etc. Seasonally fruits green vegetables salads. Plenty of water. Morning walk or yoga will also help you. God bless you.

If you do not have fever and the fever is not being suppressed by medicines, the platelets will come up naturally. You should keep on checking your platlets level on daily basis. If it drops further talk to you doctor. You can try The juice of papita leaves or giloy from Patanjali.

Dear Mr. Lybrate-user, since the swelling has been there only for the past two days it's unlikely to be a cancer. So don't be worried. It's more likely an abcess (bacterial infection) that has ruptured. Treatment will require antibiotics. I will advise you to consult a general surgeon or ent specialist or dentist for appropriate treatment. In any case I would strongly advise him to quit smoking since it definitely poses a risk for developing cancer.

Depression is very common and everyone feels fed up, sad, unhappy, miserable at times. Sometimes we know that there is a cause for our depression - maybe we have just broken up from a relationship, maybe someone we were close to has died, we may have failed exams, we may be ill - but other times there doesn't seem to be one cause - it may be a build up of problems, feeling unable to cope with life and we are not really sure why.

#people can get a variety of symptoms when they feel very depressed#

-general feelings of unhappiness which don't go away.

-having no interest in life.

-finding it difficult to concentrate and make even easy decisions.

-having no feeling of enjoyment in life.

-not wanting to go out or mix with people but spending a lot of time on your own.

-feeling very tired and having no energy.

-finding it difficult to sleep and waking up frequently during the night.

-having no appetite and eating very little

-losing self confidence and feeling worthless.

-being very irritable, anxious, impatient.

-feeling very negative about life.

-having suicidal thoughts.


#what can I do to help myself#

-don't bottle things up - find someone to talk to about how you are feeling.
Make sure you get plenty of exercise and plenty of fresh air. You will find that even if you do a quick walk every day and a short period of other exercise each day you will start to feel physically and emotionally stronger and more able to cope.
-make sure you eat a healthy balanced diet - eat little and often and don't skip meals. If you are not eating properly you will feel more depressed and listless.
-try and keep busy - to keep your mind occupied.
-do things you enjoy to relax, treat yourself and take care of yourself.
-try and get to bed at a regular time. If you find it difficult to sleep listen to the radio/tv/read and you may find you drop off to sleep more easily.
-don't resort to unhealthy ways of dealing with your problems like drinking, taking drugs, cutting, eating disorders.
-ask for help when you need it.
-try to stop thinking in a negative way - when you think a negative thought try and replace it with a positive one.
-if you need a hug ask someone you trust - this can make you feel that someone really does care how you are feeling.

Quad Clenches: Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day.
