Hi Your body mass index is 39.5,which suggest of morbid obesity. This might be the major cause for pressure on knee and the knee pain In spite off taking pain medication for your knee pain you need to concentrate mainly on weight reduction program which needs to be more aggressive to lose weight. u had cramps or muscle tightness in your leg - it happens normaly as muscles need time to adapt .kindly do walking initially than start doing jogging - take rest - go for hot water fermentation take proper water and food intake also.

I would like to examine the patient sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.

I would like to examine the patient in detail & investigate. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Back pain is most common problem now a days. There are various causes for back pain. So we need proper diagnosis and treatment for permanent relief. Apply hot water or ice fermentation over painful area. Avoid forward bending. Avoid single leg standing. Learn proper posture. Always lie on back. This advice only give temporary relive and prevent back pain. Consult physiotherapist.

Hello user. Ok your problem can be minimise if you take care of yourself timely. So first of all don't use pillow when sleep. Sit, walk straight, and must do yoga. Must do neck and shoulder exercises. While using laptop. Or watching tv. Sit properly. Less use of mobile phones. Eat properly. Drink milk with 1pinch of haldi at night. Take fresh air fruits vegetables. Put hot water bottle on neck.

Knee Ligament laxity if you have problem in your legs then it might be due to ligament laxity where your legs would become very weak due to the old ligament injury and that should be treated immediately. Wear knee cap so that you will feel firm while walking or climbing stairs. This is a general strain and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try! One time you can do hot water fermentation that would help to reduce the muscle strain.

Initially as vagina is tight so first time penile penetration is painful but it can be greatly reduced by good lubrication using ky jelly and proper sexual position IE missionary position with a pillow under hood of female partner. Do not worry about the pain as once penetration is complete then pain subsides, you have to co-operate with your husband for this.

I want to know your detailed clinical history as to the duration of these multiple joint pains, your relevant investigations, your treatment records till now. It helps me to better understand your condition and prescribe accordingly. Please also mention your co-morbid conditions and drug allergy. Due to multiple joint involvement, it is difficult to advise on management as treatment differs for different pathologies but in general, recommendations for you will be: - intensive exercises in presence of a physical therapist initially - adequate calcium and vitamin d intake as per requirement - gentle anti inflammatory medication like tab etoshine, or tab paracetamol whichever suits you can be taken - footwear modification, wearing soft well cushioned shoes for heel pain start with this treatment and we will see how you are progressing in next 2-3 weeks otherwise I will need blood investigations and also relevant x rays to advise do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. If there is no history of an injury to your affected shoulder and there are no s/s of inflammation or infection, then it is advisable to: - ice packs application intensively at home for pain relief - take a short course of anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine, tab diclofenac etc or anything which suits your body for 5-7 days - stop your physical activity till pain completely subsides - intensive physical therapy, training and proper muscle conditioning once pain has subsided - slow resumption of physical activities with proper pre activity warm up and stretching of muscles and short increments in duration of physical activity each day as per pain tolerance. You should feel better in around 2 weeks time and if your symptoms still persists, we will have to get you evaluated in form of investigations.
