First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day.

It is a disturbed sleep cycle work efficiency will decrease by this so better to avoid this I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning kindly follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bed time 6. Avoid day time sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes consult physician if symptoms persist of worsen.

Good sleep is necessary for a healthy body and an active mind, hence, following the tips may help you over come the problem of sleeplessness. In your case, it seems to be a sleep onset type of insomnia, in which the patient has difficulty in going for sleep even after lying in bed for quite some time. 1. Dinner should be a lighter meal 2. Maintain a time gap between dinner and going to bed 3. Do not take caffeine containing beverages (tea, coffee) after evenings 4. Do not exercise immediately before going to bed 5. Same time to go to bed for sleep should be fixed for daily 6. Do not engage is activities seeking high mental concentration immediately before going to bed or when in bed. 7. Taking a shower before getting to bed may help 8. Reading a book/novel before sleeping may induce sleep sometimes 9. The sleeping area/ambiance/bed should be comfortable 10. There should be no noise and darkness in bedroom while going for sleep.

No details about blood sugar and reports regarding liver which may not be related to diabetes. Her ideal weight should be 76 Kg. Proper diet as advised, Light exercise like walking for 40 minutes daily, propr medication as advised. Regular monitoring of blood sugar, review by treating doctor, and follow up is the approach. She should get reports of blood sugar. 1. Fasting 2. 2 hours after lunch and 3. just before dinner. Also HbA1c . Meet a physician or a diabetologist for proper assessment and advice. Weight has to be brought down

You must be having sensitive skin. In such cases you must avoid using any chemical products and drink plenty of water throughout the day, eat healthy diet include fruits in your diet. Use fresh aloe vera for application over your face everyday. Ones in a week apply a paste of turmeric+curd. Wait till 15mins n wash. Do this for 2months you will start finding changes in your skin health.

Maybe he has some metabolic as well as sinusitis problem. He may use anu tailum 2to6drops in each nostril once daily. Sarah shooladi vajra rasa. 2tabs twice daily with warm water. Even then his pain persists, should consult a physician.

Good morning, use rejuglow face wash 2-3 times a day, use rejuglow gel over the face at night. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen like photoban aquagel 2-3 times in the daytime. Thanks.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Healthy and glossy hair depends on a healthy and wholesome diet. Hair is made up of protein so a protein rich diet helps grow hair strong and healthy. Minerals are also important for lustrous hair. A recommended protein diet includes wheatgerm, pulses, legumes, and most importantly, soybean. Soybean is not only an excellent source of protein but it also acts as a dht (dihydrotestosterone) inhibitor reducing dht levels in the body. Along with protein, vitamin a and b rich foods like mangoes, dark green leafy vegetables, carrots, dried apricots, wholegrain cereals and peas will help prevent hair loss.
