You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. You weight-loss plan should do all of the following: •Emphasize fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat dairy products. •Include lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts. •Contain foods low in saturated fats, avoid trans fats, and limit cholesterol and salt (sodium). •Avoid refined sugars and processed foods. Some tips to help you lose weight: •Keep a food diary. Writing down everything you eat is critical! Noting how you feel when you eat will help you identify emotional triggers that may cause you to overeat. Emotional eaters tend to overeat. •Eat when you're truly hungry rather than when you're tired, anxious or stressed. •Eat slowly. If you eat too fast, you eat more than you need to satisfy your hunger. Your brain needs time to catch up with your stomach. •Plan your meals ahead of time so you make healthy choices. When dining out, check the menu online and decide what you will order before you sit down. Ask for dressings on the side. Opt for foods that are baked, broiled or steamed versus fried or swimming in creamy sauces. Avoid chips and bread baskets—they add unnecessary calories. •Stay hydrated. People often mistake thirst for hunger. •Eat breakfast. If you skip this meal, you'll be starving by lunchtime. You'll have more difficulty making healthy choices throughout the day. •Find resources to help you keep track of your food choices and nutritional values, and that can offer additional support when you need it.

Every month I face late periods at least by a week? What would be the reason I am getting so late.
Cycles can normally vary between 28-35 days. So this might be normal for you. However if it becomes more delayed please do tests to rule out polycystic ovarian disease.

We all are aware of the fact that our height increases up to a particular age and then it comes to a halt. Height increases up to the age of 18years in women and up to the age of 20 years in men. Increase in height is attributed to the production of growth hormone, called the HGH( Human Growth Hormone), which is secreted by the pituitary gland called the master gland of our body. It is rather difficult to increase height after reaching adulthood as the production of these hormones slowly stops. In most cases, the epiphyses of the long bones are fused as the last bits of cartilaginous tissue in the bones turn into solid hard bones. This prevents any further growth in longer bones. However, if the hormones are released naturally, increase in height can be observed. there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed ..it is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner .. 1.boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2.apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night .. by doing above thing you will get good result

Weight gaining suppliments may cause side effects to you..Start taking ashavgandha powder 1 tablespoons with milk two times a day. Arogyavardgini vati 1 bd. Crush 10 almonds in a glass of boiling milk and sip it slowly. Spread a tsp of peanut butter over bread and eat it daily.Take banana tgat are instant source of energy and drink a glass of milk over it.

Hi lybrate-user for weight gain 1st of all increse your digestion power so that you can digest every heavy food. Take kishmish (soaked in water over night) in morning and take some medicine like ashwagandha 50 gm, shataveri 50 gm, mishri 50 gm, mix all three in equal quantity then take 1 tea spoon after meal with milk. And chew chitrakadi vati 1 tab 3to 4 time in a day.

I am 30 year old lady with PCOD. I got pregnant with my second child. My LMP - 8/2/2016. My HCG levels are: 187, 875, 1675, 6116, 9944, 15980 (taken on 11/4/2016). My u/s so far shows only a gestational sac 15 mm. The latest taken yesterday did show a small white spec inside the sac. My Dr. says 75% miscarriage. Since my HCG is increasing, she has asked me to wait. I do not have any signs of bleeding.

If gestational sac diameter is less than 25 mm and if crl is visible and if crl is less than 7 mm and heartbeat is not visible, repeat ultrasound is needed after a week. And please stop doing hcg test now, it is not useful in your case.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much dying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. Take homoeopathic medicines 1. Weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for 15 days. 2. Jobarandi q (10 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Apply jobarandi hair oil. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. *it is best not to comb the hair while it is wet as this leads to greater chances of hair breakage.

Dear ur ideal weight range is 61-74 kg...so u have a perfect weight. but sedentary lifestyle leads to various stomach problems, and other disease also. so follow the tips for healthy living. 1. Eat a balanced diet rich in proteins, minerals, vitamins, and fat. 2.Fill your diet with a wide range of fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish, eggs, pulses, nuts, seeds, wholegrains and naturally low fat dairy foods. 3.Donot skip breakfast. 4.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 5.Exercise is an extremely important factor in staying healthy so do brisk walk 1-2 km daily. 6.Make sure you get enough sleep – it's an essential part of being healthy.While we're asleep, our bodies have that all-important time to repair.

Hi, 1st I want to enlighten you with cause of hair loss stress (physical or mental, Too much vitamin A, Lack of protein, Male pattern baldness, Heredity, Anemia, Vitamin B deficiency, sudden weight loss, Overstyling,impulse control disorder:- causes people to compulsively pull their hair out, treatment guideline depend on by eliminating root cause of hair fall. If you have habit of smoking, drinking or any other unhealthy habit, you need to avoid doing so for long period of time. Blood has sugar in it to give us energy to live, if it exceeds certain levels, it is diabetes due to type 1 or type 2. Blood pressure is pressure with which blood runs in blood vessels, if it runs too fast because there are obstructions in vessels or there is a kind of kidney disease present, pressure becomes high and it is called high bp, heart attack is when blood supply to heart muscle is affected due to blockages in its blood vessels, heart tissue gets damaged and it is called heart attack.

You may be having hyperacidity hich is a predisposing factor leading to peptic or duodenal ulcer or youmight havingwarms in the intestine like hook wam, roundwarm, tape warm. Normally one should dewarm oneself at least once a year if not six monthly. Take normal balanced diet and lots of milk at regular intervals. Avoid hot picy and junk food. You will be ok.

There are powerful homemade treatments used to remove accident scars naturally without causing any side effects to the skin. 1. mix curd or frozen milk and turmeric. Frozen milk is a good exfoliating agent and it nourishes your skin and leaves your skin glowing once you wash off the paste. If you have a sensitive skin then you can add a few drops of lemon juice and rose water. Facial scars from accidents can be easily removed by using the above mentioned natural home remedies. 2. you can also use the one part of baking soda with two part of water to create a paste. Baking soda is a natural exfoliator and helps in the gentle scraping of the scar tissue layer by layer. Scrub (avoid vigorous rubbing) this paste on your scars for a minute or two and after that you can rinse it off with cold water. 3. Mint juice is also effective to remove old accident scars. You can use the juice of mint on your face leave it for 5 minutes and wash that off. If you are doing the same procedure for a month then you can see visible results. Dear lybrateuser, - Give rest to the affected area as exercising can aggravate the pain - do hot fomentation of the area twice a day - apply pain relief gel three times a day - take pain relief tablet after meals if pain is more - do x-ray of the area to rule out any other problem - also consult a physical therapist for proper management of the problem.

Hi welcome - You can consume more citrus fruits , fermented foods including south Indian khatta home made foods, apart from that add carrots, carrot juice, black berries, green grapes, AVOID ALL HIGH FATS, CREAM, SUGAR RICH OR SALTED FOODS.
