How to reduce my fat quickly and get a healthy body as fast as possible and to prevent cholesterol?
You are looking for too many things but you are not giving time to your body. You can't put time limits on your body. There are no short cuts. It took time to gain this weight so give a decent time for body to be able to lose it too. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

High BP at the age of 29 is really high risk. Don't any Ayurvedic medication without consultation. You can simply increase intake of milk, urad dal and boiled rice to increase sexual power.

put your foot in hot water for a while for pain in foot.and You can control cholesterol / hdl / ldl/t.g. and obesity by using following flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take . green veg., whole grain foods, spicy foods, Use GARLIC in foods daily ,. Cod liver oil. Low sugar foods, low calories foods. Change own life style . do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily in morning and evening, do any one physically activity daily i.e. play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, alcohol,smoking, fatty foods, non-veg., avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. one important that is take 1 glass of water before bed at night. Because it protect from heart fail during sleep at night. welcome in lybrate

It is negative and you r not pregnant. Menses can be missed by hormonal changes or stress also. It also depends when this test is done. If you have missed the period and then you did it then you r not pregnant and if it is done before the menses due date then you need to do urine test 1 weeks after missed period.

Dear , get an ecg done. If it is normal I think it could be' frozen shoulder" which is quite common in diabetes. You can take pain killers apply diclofenac ointment and do physiotherapy. It might take some time but in most patients the condition goes away within 2 yrs

1.For your age pain chest could be due to anxiety, stress,Physical and mental strain 2. It does not cause hemodynamic disturbances (heart failure). Causes are increased vagal tone, athletic training, inf m. I, mitral valve surgery, hyperkelemia, av nodal blocking drugs, normal cariant.

Dear, don't worry it happen its called withdrawal symptoms, don't get panic due to that just be firm, exercise regular. Go for 6 days art of living workshop gradually you can control symptoms you have to be patient. Trust on them! Hi, I am Priyanka Shokeen. I am working as a dietician in Columbia Asia Hospital. Today I will give you some tips about Heart healthy diet. Although you know that eating certain foods can increase your heart illness risk, it’s tough to change your eating habit.

Here are the heart healthy diet tips for you-

Control your portion size. How much you eat is just as important as what you eat. Overloading your plate, taking second and eating until you feel stuck can lead to more calories, fat and cholesterol than what you eat. Eat more of fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables are rich source of vitamins and minerals and they are very low in calories. Always have seasonal fruits and vegetables as they are comparatively good preservative. Preservatives are high in sodium and potassium and for a heart patient it is not recommended basically. Select whole grain, they are good source of fiber than other nutrients that play a role in regulating blood pressure. Always use whole wheat flour than the refined one which is maida as whole wheat flour contain good amount of fiber than maida. Always use wheat bread, then white bread because wheat grain contains a good amount of fiber than white bread. Always use oat meal, boiled corn instead of biscuits, popcorns and pancakes.

Always use those products which contain a good amount of fiber as those things are better for a cardiac patient. Choose low fat protein like lean meat, fish, poultry, all the dairy products because they contain less amount of saturated fat than the red meat ones because red mat contains a good amount of cholesterol. So always choose a low fat protein sources instead of red meat. Reduce the sodium in your diet as eating a lot of sodium can contribute to high blood pressure, a risk for cardiovascular disease. So always use herbs and spice instead of table salt, canned soup, prepared soup, soya sauce. Use salt substitutes and herbs and spices. Few of the vegetables and fruits are also high in sodium, so always avoid them. Limit unhealthy fat and cholesterol. Limiting how much saturated fat you eat is important to reduce your blood cholesterol and lower the risk of coronary artery disease. A high blood cholesterol level can lead to building up of plaque in your arteries called arthrosclerosis which can increase your heart attack risk and stroke.

It can be even plain lemon water also. Do whatever is comfortable for you. Exercise is for the whole body and mind and not specifically for the cholesterol. Cholesterol may get reduced in some cases if regular exercise and healthy diet is adhered to. So keep going for an annual health checkup to know about your health status.

Please consult a good reputed doctor and give him the necessary minimum medicines to control BP. At age 73 home remedies will not be too helpful. Brain clot obstructs blood supply to the part of brain that is being supplied blood by that particular blood vessel. This will impair functioning of part of body which is controlled by that part of brain. If blood clot is dissolved within 6 hours, there is no resultant deficit. If weakness or paralysis of any part occurs, it has to be treated with physiotherapy. If there is lies of speech, speech therapist will help. So, avoid eating processed foods, such as canned soups or frozen dinners which contains extra salt in it. Dear lybrate user, in order to normalize low blood pressure take a hand full of raisins (kishmish) and put them in a bowl of water in the night, every next morning chew these resins on by one and drink the remaining water at the end. Continue it at least for forty days, go to bed early and get up early, go for a morning walk, take your dinner at least two hours before going to bed. Avoid lascivious thoughts literature and media.
