Please take rhus tox 200 - thrice daily for next 3-4 days. Also -- soak a washcloth in cool tap water wring out the excess water and then sponge areas like your armpits, feet, hands and groin to reduce the temperature. Also, you can place cold, damp washcloths on your forehead and the back of your neck. The cloth pieces should be changed regularly after a few minutes. This remedy is beneficial when dealing with a high fever as it helps keep temperature under control. You can also take a bath in lukewarm water to relax your body. Taking a shower, however, may not be a good idea. Plus, needless to say, take as much rest as possible as it helps the body fight the illness. Note: do not use very cold water as it may cause the internal body temperature to increase.

According to your height your weight is quite low. To increase your weight you take lots of boiled beans sprouts dates banana daily. Take seasonal fruits dry fruits cashew nuts and ground nuts daily. Go for a walk daily. Take proper rest. And avoid stress.

Hello- Follow these regimen to reduce your weight- 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. Eating a high-protein breakfast has been shown to reduce cravings and calorie intake throughout the day. 2. Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. These are the most fattening things you can put into your body, and avoiding them can help you lose weight. 3. Drink water a half hour before meals. One study showed that drinking water a half hour before meals increased weight loss by 44% over 3 months. 4. Choose weight loss-friendly foods. 5. Eat soluble fiber. Studies show that soluble fibers may reduce fat, especially in the belly area. Fiber supplements like glucomannan can also help. 6. Drink coffee or tea. If you’re a coffee or a tea drinker, then drink as much as you want as the caffeine in them can boost your metabolism by 3-11%. 7. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. Base most of your diet on whole foods. They are healthier, more filling and much less likely to cause overeating. 8. Eat your food slowly. Fast eaters gain more weight over time. Hi to reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

Hello, yes you may get pregnant as you have not been regular n your pills so ovulation is likely and unprotected intercourse increases chances for pregnancy.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Follow the tips for 1 month they will help u.:: 1.Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon mustard oil, and 1 cup yogurt. Apply this to the hair 30 minutes to 1 hour before washing the head and hair. 2.Soak 50 gm methi dana in 2 cups of water overnight, next day in the morning make the paste and apply on scalp for 15 minutes. 3..Mix powdered Indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water. 4.Massage with bhrigraj oil thrice a week. 5.Wash hair regularly 2-3 times a week with a mild shampoo. 6.Avoid scratching the scalp with hands or any other objects. 7.Avoid spicy, greasy, hot and penetrating foods, junk food, and aerated drinks. 8.Have food with good nutritive value; include fiber-rich foods, salads, fruits, and lentils

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

You can prevent a serious disease by just drinking water. It is Urinary Tract Infections and Urinary Stones. It mainly affects females. The prevention and treatment is the same. Just drink lots of water.
Your body needs a minimum of 1.5 to 2 litres of water everyday to flush out the chemicals. That comes to around 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. Females tend to drink less water especially working women who find it difficult to use public toilets.
Here is what you should do. Even if you do not feel very thirsty, keep a bottle of water with you during daytime and drink from it at regular intervals. Especially in summer season. If your water intake is less, you will produce less urine. That urine will be concentrated and there is high chance for stone formation and bacterial growth in your urinary tract. Serious disease can even lead to kidney damage and need for dialysis.
As you all know prevention is better than cure. It is difficult to treat urinary tract infections and stones. Most need surgery for urinary stones. It is a very painful condition. So just drink lots of water and prevent this serious condition.

Dear Lybrate user there are many causes of anxiety, you Hv to rule out your cause first, there are medicines which help in relieving anxiety but for that I Hv to take proper history of yours then only I would b able to suggest you some medicine. Dear lybrate user, weight loss and management is depends upon the calory. You must take your diet according to calory. Take low calory green leafy vegetables and fruits etc. Which are easy to digest as well as containing vitamins, minerals etc. Don't take heavy food, fast food, junk food, oliy food, spicy food, rice, potato etc. Drink more water 3 litres in a day. Manage the stress and anger. Regular walking for an hour 5 days in a week. Regular do yogasana / pranayam / exercise etc can help you in weight loss. Don't skip breakfast. Regular take breakfast good. But take less diet in dinner. Take easily digestible food more. Take protein rich diet more. Avoid high sugar diet sweets, rice, potatoes etc. For more details consult me.

Tattoo removal is a challenge. Various factors are involved like the colour, depth and method of tattooing that decides on the final result. On an average a Black tattoo needs 6-8 sessions of Laser. HI Lybrate USER… A) Take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after meals…. B) do regularly BHUJANGASANA, UTTANPADASANA and PAVANMUKTASAN regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes…. Do this for 30 days…it gives you good result…THANKS.

Hello, I have been taking iron supplements as prescribed since many days. Nowadays, I feel frequent fatigue & my CBC reports usually show low HB & low MCV. Everytime I visit a doctor, they give me medicines for iron & folic acid, I feel good for 1-2 days n then its same again. I get swelling at ankles & wrists n doctors say its because of anaemia & improper blood circulation. Now sometimes I find it too difficult too walk, legs keep aching severely. With a 5 minute walk, I feel exhausted, short of breath. Things feel better when I stay lying on bed for a long time. Can you please help?

Don't simply take for long duration of any vitamins and minerals tablets not more than 3 months unless if it is really required Do learn Stretching and strengthening exercises and exercises from physiotherapist Best wishes.

Hello lybrate-user. Oil is Fatty and it also depends on what intake you consume through out the week. Belly fat or fat accumulation around your lower body hips all these lead to more ailments and obesity. Oil permissable limit per person per day should be followed. Once a month if you indulge in treating your taste buds after being disciplined the entire month is allowed. Kidney stones are one of the most painful disorders that affect humans. Kidney stones are solid masses of mineral salt deposits that are normally filtered through the kidney and emptied via urine. Urine has a natural substance, which dissolves these minerals, thereby preventing them into becoming solids or calculi. Sometimes due to dehydration, these salts don?t get dissolved and crystallization takes place. It grows large enough to obstruct the renal ducts or get stuck in the ureter, causing sharp and severe pain in the urinary tract. Untreated, kidney stones can cause renal failure. Basil leaves (Tulsi) are good for the overall health of kidney. Mix 1 teaspoon of juice from basil leaves with 1 teaspoon of honey and have it daily in the morning. You can also chew two to three basil leaves in order to remove the stones from the urinary tract. The water and potassium content that is present in watermelon is an essential ingredient for a healthy kidney. It helps in regulating and maintaining the level of acid present in the urine. Eating watermelon or drinking its juice everyday will help in flushing out stones from the kidney.
