Eat high fibre foods like oats, whole grains, whole pulses (pulses with husk), sprouts, green leafy vegetables, you can add soy flour to your wheat flour in the ratio of 1: 3. Do away with refined flours, polished rice (you can have brown rice sometimes), junk foods, sweets, fried foods.

Bad breath is due to accumulation of plaque on teeth, decay teeth, dry mouth, smoking, tobacco chewing, consumption of caffeinated or aerated beverages, oilly n spicy food, sore throat, bad digestion. Go for scaling and polishing of teeth. Use mouthwash twice daily after brushing. Maintain proper oral hygiene. Increase your water intake.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

When I make physical relation with my wife after 3-4 minutes penis got loose. What is the problem.

I am suffering from legs pain when I am walking and doing any work I will tired plzz tell me what I do.

: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Hi, you have to conceal time to take your breakfast, lunch & dinner on time. Manage to tk, plenty of water to eliminate toxins and to hydrate yourself. Avoid, fast food, alcohol, caffiene, nicotine. By rotation you need to mange sound sleep for 6 hrs night shift- sleep in day hours day shift- sleep in might hrs. Don't go for watching tv, sitting late on laptops. Arrange to go for meditation to reduce your stress and to nourish and to strengthen your whole body. Tk care.

You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans.
