See to it that there is no stagnation of water in your house and nearby locality for more than seven days because these are the breeding grounds for mosquitoes and fever with chills and headache are few symptoms of malaria and fever with cough and cold with leucopenia are few symptoms of flu.

Hello lybrate-user, whey is the water part of curd that is used to make a protein supplement as it is highly digestible and absorbed by the body. Any supplement for its maximum benefit can have steroids in it. However if the manufacturing company is reputed with an fssai certification on the product then it is acceptable.

I have kept copper-T today. Dr. Said pain will be only 5-10 mins. Bt after 3-4 hours still paining badly. Tell me Dr. How will it reduce. and I hd taken medicine also.

U can fill pain or discomfort for one to two wks it will reduce gradually. If bleeding persist it should be remove after 10-15 days.

Your board certified sleep medicine physician may prescribe medication to treat your insomnia. Sleeping pills that are specifically approved to treat insomnia are called hypnotics. You may build a tolerance to these medications over time. Some medications that treat other problems also may help you sleep. Your doctor can decide which medication is best for you. You should only take a medication when supervised by a doctor. In cases where the insomnia is caused by a medical condition, the doctor may refer you to a specialist who can treat the underlying condition. The course of insomnia is likely to change as your medical condition improves. Your board-certified sleep medicine physician may also want to change any medications that you currently take if he suspects the drugs are related to your insomnia. Although insomnia is common, most people can find a treatment that works for them with the help of a board-certified sleep medicine physician at an accredited sleep center.

Hi, there are two types of insomnia: primary insomnia and secondary insomnia. Sleep plays a vital role in good health and well-being throughout your life. Getting enough quality sleep at the right times can help protect your mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety. In children and teens, sleep also helps support growth and development. The damage from sleep deficiency can occur in an instant (such as a car crash), or it can harm you over time. For example, ongoing sleep deficiency can raise your risk for some chronic health problems. It also can affect how well you think, react, work, learn, and get along with others. Management: here are five tips everyone can use to help improve the quality of their sleep: keep your bedroom cool and dark put away/turn off all electronic devices while preparing for bedtime stick to a regular bedtime and wake time every day, even on weekends stop drinking caffeine by the early afternoon and avoid large late-night meals skip the late-afternoon nap, as it can make it harder to sleep at bedtime avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Do regular exercise. Go for a brisk walk in the morning. Medication: take schwabe's bacopa monierri 1x/ thrice daily and kali phos./ once daily at night for 1 month.

Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. Garlic,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . Cap. Ecosprin gold-10 at night daily.

This may be due to pilmple pimple never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e on scars. You may have heard that applying vitamin e to a scar will help it heal faster. But according to a study, applying the nutrient directly onto a scar can actually hinder its healing, if you want medicine than, I will prescibe.

To calculate safe and unsafe dates if a women's menstrual cycle varies from 26days to 31days cycle, the shortest cycle [26days] minus18days=8th day. The longest cycle [31days] minus 10days=21st day thus, 8th to 21st day of each cycle counting from first day of menstrual period is considered as fertile period. That is unsafe period. Period other than this fertile period in a menstrual cycle is considered as safe period.

Not getting good sleep.

1.Have a glass of whole milk (without the cream removed) with green cardamom powder before going to bed. 2.Have 1 teaspoon of licorice root powder with a glass of milk on an empty stomach in the morning. 3.Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. 4.Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. 5. Take 2 tab stresswin at night with milk for 5 days ONLY. 6. Take light meals at night and drink 10-15 glasses of water daily. 7.Stop using gadgets 1 hr before sleep.switch off lights at 11:00 pm. 8. Sleep in total dark room. 9.Add some fresh rose petals in a cup of boiling water. Keep it aside till it is lukewarm. Add ½ teaspoonful of sugar to it and have this twice a day. This is a good drink to uplift mood. 10.Do yoga daily 30 min n shavasana daily 5 min before sleep.... Do deep breathing for 2-3 min after every 1 hr....

For fever take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and eat nutritious food and have adequate fluid intake and take physical rest and get your blood checked for cbc, mp, widal, sgpt and urine r/m and revert back to us with reports.

Hair loss, thinning hair or baldness is termed as Alopecia. Alopecia areata means "hair loss in areas". Causes:: Genetic factors, family history, overall aging process, normal life variations including temporary severe stress, illness, nutritional changes, hormonal changes like those in pregnancy, puberty, and menopause may cause a reversible hair loss. 1. Chop some onions (pyaz) into fine pieces and squeeze out the juice. Apply this to hair and scalp and leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse it with shampoo. 2. Crush a few cloves of garlic (lehsun), add in a little coconut oil and boil for a few minutes. Cool it till it becomes warm and apply it on the scalp with a little massaging action. Repeat two to three times a week for best results. 3. Take coconut milk and add a little water to it. Apply this to the scalp and allow it to stay overnight. Rinse this the next morning. 4. Add two teaspoons of amla juice/ powder and mix with equal quantity of freshly squeezed lime juice. Mix well, apply to the scalp and leave it to dry; then rinse using warm water. 5. Take some flowers of rose (gulab) add some water to it and make a paste. Apply it on hair and keep it for an hour and then wash the hair.

I am 23 years old. For the last two months i've been suffering from pain behind my knee whenever I walk continuosly for sometime. It gets difficult to fully bend my knees as it hurts (the back of my knee). The orthopedic I consulted said that its due to a weight issue. You must lose some weight weight reduction can not be done over night. You have to take it as a way of life. Do diet control. No sugar in tea, coffee, milk etc. No sweets take small frequent feeds. When you get used to it, skip one meal. You should do non weight bearing yoga exercises. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.
