I have many pimples n dark spots on my face If it gets reduced at one point it starts at another point I'm very upset due to this I need your valuable suggestion like homemade face packs or any creams etc. Pls help me.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. In order to stop the formation of pimples the aforesaid four causes should be terminated. Now the bitter truth is neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you whenever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

Sir I have a bad habit are good habit I don't know that I will not eat food at morning time so that everyday stomach is paining is it the reason are else another reason was there behind that.

What is photoaging?
Photo aging means premature skin aging caused by repeated exposure to ultraviolet radiation (UV rays) from the sun and artificial UV sources. Prolonged sun exposure accelerates the process of skin aging. The harmful UV rays damage the important proteins of the skin - collagen, elastin, and fibers which are responsible for the youthful skin. 
Sunlight is the main source of UV light. Ultraviolet radiation is composed of uva, UVB, and UV rays. Uva rays penetrate the skin deeper, harming the epidermal layer and the dermis, also damaging the collagen and elastin tissues. Thus, uva rays are the culprit behind photoaging, which includes wrinkling, leathery, sagging and other light-induced aging. Uvb rays penetrate the epidermis causing sunburn. The uvc rays have more energy and do not get through our atmosphere. The UV rays damage the DNA of the cells causing mutations, leading to premature aging and skin cancers.
Early signs of photoaging- 

  •  depigmentation and appearance of pigmented spots - freckles, lentigines
  •  fine lines around the eyes, mouth and frown lines on forehead
  •  spider veins on the face and neck
  •  loss of lip color and fullness

With continuous exposure to sunlight over the years, there is deepening of the creases and increase in a number of wrinkles. Skin becomes leathery and sags.
How can I prevent photoaging?
Photoaging is a cumulative process that happens over the years. 

  •  avoidance of sunlight by staying indoors between 11am-3pm when the sun's UV rays are strongest
  •  sun protective clothing
  •  wear a broad spectrum sunscreen with a minimal SPF of 30 and repeated 2hourly application of the same
  •  sunscreen is to be applied to all the sun exposed areas face, ears, neck, lips, hands 

How do I treat the photoaged skin?

  •  antioxidants 
  •  retinoid creams
  •  botulinum toxin (btx-a) injections
  •  hyaluronic acid fillers.

I have heat spots in my face since 4 months. Earlier it was less now it is very high in my face.

Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.

My knees are always too painful. Pls give me some advice to relief out this pain.

Applying cold compresses to the painful knee is one of the best and easiest ways to reduce pain and swelling. The cold will constrict the blood vessels, reducing blood flow to the affected area and thus reducing swelling. It will also give you relief from the pain. 1. Wrap a handful of ice cubes in a thin towel. 2. Apply the compress to the affected knee area for 10 to 20 minutes. 3. Do this two or three time daily until your pain is gone. A bag of frozen peas also works well as a cold compress. You can opt for alternating hot and cold compresses as well for chronic pains.

I am 32 years old, I am suffering with thyroid and lots of hair fall. please suggest good food to eat?

Hair fall may be attributed to different reasons like using artificial colors, hair styling, chemicals improper diet, acidity & gas, more exposure to sun, spicy sour n salty food, to much curd day sleep, lack of vitamins & other nutrients, anger & stress, due to previous illness etc. Please go for herbal neem shampoo. Use shikakai and amla as conditioner (soak amla and shikakai in water overnight and boil a little in morning). Apply it on hairs. Keep for half an hour and then wash. It will condition the hairs.
