If it is due to over work try rest, and pain killers like Paracetamol or Ibugesic Tablets 2-3 times a day after food. If no relief within 2-3 days see your doctor.

Thanks for your query. Pain you are experiencing appears to be due to thrombophlebitis i.e. Inflammation of veins due IV cannula. You can apply thrombophob gel on the affected area to relieve the pain.

Burn Injuries - 5 Ways You Can Manage The Pain It Cause!

While injuries of any form can be painful, burn injuries are one of the worst to suffer from. While cuts and bruises can be temporarily assuaged with a proper dressing, burns are quite different in this regard. With burns, the damaged tissues will stay on the body and may cause continuous pain. Thus, burn injuries are difficult to treat and they require different strategies for pain management as well.

Treatment methods available for treating pain arising due to burn injuries

  1. Apply an anesthetic cream or aloevera gel to soothe the burnt skin. Avoid exposing the skin to air as that will cause painful sensations.
  2. Loose gauze or antibiotic ointment must be used to protect the influenced area.
  3. Soak the burnt area wound in cold water for about five minutes or more.
  4. If the burn escalates or affects a widespread area, seek medical attention immediately.

Pain management factors for burn injuries:

  1. Relaxation: During the phase of recovery, burn injuries put immense stress on your body and continue for a long period. Muscle tension is caused by stress that increases pain. Some relaxation techniques are proven to be beneficial to reduce the stress on body.
  2. Coping with your pain: Different people have different ways to cope with physical discomfort. Look out for situational aspects which are currently under your control and take it positively. The ‘what ifs’ or wishing that the burn didn’t occur in the first place will not help with your current situation. You should focus on things what you can control like self-rehabilitation, doing your daily exercises, physical therapy treatment or following a doctor’s suggestion of pain management strategies. This will help you cope with your pain to a greater extent.
  3. Sleep medications: If your normal sleep routine is hampered, consult your physician for safe sleep medications. Proper sleep is very important for the healing process and even more so in the case of burn related injuries.
  4. Antidepressants: Some people may not be suffering from depression, but they might still need antidepressants for relief and sound sleep. A health care provider might prescribe antidepressants as a way to deal with acute pain from burn injuries.
  5. Increase the pace of your activities: If you want to rebuild your health and stamina and get back in form soon, focus on the regular physical and mental activities. Exercise regularly, but don’t push yourself too much. Increase your physical activities gradually over time. Unless and until you are fully comfortable, don’t strain yourself too much. Occupational and physical therapists can help you with an appropriate activity program. In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

Sir My Mother taking Tamsulin 0.4 Mg tab 2008 year to till now Continue .Dr have suggested that she is taking this medicine for Life Time. She also taking other medicine like Nitrobact 100 tab some time, some of time cranpac D tab, Some time other urinary medicine. If you proper diet restriction nothing will happen to you. Body pain is there due to inactivity or due to less iron or vitamin in the diet. To prevent body pain or to prevent tiredness you need to consume good protein and iron diet in your body which will help you to break the fatigue and body pain. You have to reduce the weight by walking minimum 3-4 kms per day. Slowly reduce the weight and slowly avoid adding salt in the diet which will help you to prevent water retention in the body. Excess salt in general leads to water retention in the body.

First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- take gelesemium 200, twice daily. Take eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily. Take antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs, thrice daily. Take alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Revert me with feedback. Take care of your health. Good day.

We should take medication as per prescription and after clinical examination and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Frozen Shoulder- Ayurvedic Treatment

A Frozen shoulder is a shoulder joint with significant loss of its range of motion in all directions, especially when we turn the arm upwards and away from the body. It is also known as Adhesive Capsulitis. According to ayurveda it is known as Avabahuk and it is caused by vitiated vata dosha. Due to faulty dietary habits and life style vata dosha is vitiated and it travels throughout the whole body. Where it finds the blockage of channels it accumulates there and in avbahuk the channels of the shoulder joint get blocked and it causes accumulation of vata dosha there. Vata dosha causes symptoms like pain, pricking sensation, stiffness and difficulty in movements.

Causes of Frozen Shoulder 

  1. Inflammation, scarring, thickening and shrinkage of the capsule surrounding shoulder joint.
  2.  Injury to the shoulder joint
  3. Tendinitis, bursitis and rotator cuff injury

Prevalence of Frozen Shoulder

It is more prevalent in patients of Diabetes and chronic inflammatory arthritis of shoulder joint, after chest or breast surgery. Long-term immobility of the shoulder joint can put the people at risk to develop frozen shoulder.

Management of Frozen Shoulder

1) Sukhayurveda Detox and Purification therapy
