I am 45 years old male and have some time frequent or some time less urination problem. All tests including ultrasound were normal. Only puse cells were 2. Kindly suggest.

Do you have burning urination and what about epithelial cells in urine. In males pus cell should be zero. I think there is a mild infection go for urine culture wd out having any antibiotics prior to test after that it can be confirmed if your having infection or not.

Unfortunately there is no way you can increase your penis except plastic surgery. However you must know that average indian penis size is 4 inches when erect and a penis of just 2 inches is sufficient to satisfy a female.

Hi Yaswanth.. for foreskin... you may try retracting it daily while you take bath but not too forcefully... just gentle pull.... gradually it should become loose... You may also take homoeopathic medicine Nitric Acid 30 tds.. for one day...

Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal.  · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. Milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts (soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. Rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. Sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad.  · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Hi, Please follow these home remedies to cure constipation: - Soak dry fig in water overnight and eat it in the morning everyday. - Add 2tsf of lemon juice and a pinch of salt to a glass of hot water and drink it on empty stomach in the morning. - Eat one medium sized raw potato along with its peel daily. - Include lot of vegeables like cucumber, carrot, onion,beetroot, ladies finger,radish, snakegourd, beans, etc, both cooked and raw , in your diet. - Add 1tsf of pure ghee to a glass of hot milk and drink it at bed time.

Hello. I Am Working Out At Gym For Quite A Time, And I Do not Want To Take Those supplements, Then I Saw That 1 Cup Of soybean Has 36 Grams Of Protein. Soya can eaten in added to curries and 75 - 1 00 gms can be used. The bioavailability of plant protein is low in comparison to animal sources. It's good to have a source of legume in your diet, just don't completely rely on this as your only pro source especially in a bodybuilding diet. Both have their places and none should be traded for the other.

30 -60 min sex is not possible in nature I think you see it in adult movie that r fake and if you continue mastrubating then your sex power decreases and penis become lazy so you can stop mastrubating ruteinly.

Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

Hi, Morning sun is the best for Vit D. Take calcirol 1 sachet once a week for 6 weeks to restore Vit D to normalcy. Take a walk in morning sun for 15 minutes as sun is the best source of Vit D. Include fish, cod liver oil soft gels, mushrooms, Vit D fortified oils, cereals and yogurt in your daily diet. Regards,
