Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

1. Do not wash your hair daily. 2. Give you head hot oil massage - mix of olive, almond, coconut and sesame oil. 3. Eat food rich in proteins 4. Apply some natural herbs like bringraj, amla and shikakai 5. You can apply raw amla juice daily 6. Use apple cider vinegar to maintain ph levels of scalp 7. Keep your head covered in sun and pollution.

Gargling with warm salt water is an effective way to treat a sore throat. Salt can even help kill the bacteria or virus causing pharyngitis. Mix three teaspoons of salt (preferably sea salt) in two cups of warm water. Gargle with this solution. Do not swallow it. Spit the water out after gargling. Do this several times daily for one to two days. For further queries get back to me.

make a paste mixing haldi ,triphala powder,manjishtha and chandan in honey .apply it on your face for 20 mins and wash your face.Do it daily. drink plenty of water and continue using sunscreen.Use himalaya fairness cream for natural glow.

The stress that you feel is not dependent on the stressor: It is entirely dependent on your perception of stress. Change your perception, there is no stress: it’s like looking at a glass half full or half empty. Life is difficult no doubt, as a general rule, but what we do adds to the stress in our response. We add to the stress of life instead of reducing it or learning to deal with it. Many of us follow a policy of avoidance, like your question seeks. We cannot do that all of our lives. So the first thing to do is to change your perception. For example, look at it as a challenge that you would like to meet with a positive outlook. See everything as a gift from God to perform as though you are doing it for Him. God never gives us work to do beyond our capacity. Now you may argue that it is the Government that is giving all the work. That is true in the overt sense, but if you look at it with spiritual eyes, you know that it is ultimately given by God. Secondly, build a good constitution mentally, emotionally and physically to combat stress. Eat healthily, sleep well, and exercise regularly. Talk about your emotions regularly to a good friend every day. Learn stress management techniques, which is all about expressing your feelings in appropriate ways. Do Yoga and meditation. Pray every day to God to give you the strength, and offer your work as a prayer to Him – you will give your best and you will feel so satisfied when you do it well. At work you must learn to delegate much or some of your work to subordinates. If you do not trust, you will find it difficult to delegate.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

Vitamin d deficiency may also be because of hair loss along with reduced protein in the diet so enhance the intake of protein diet and take vitamin d rich foods if that does not help in a few weeks you may consult a dermatologist. There can he underlying hormonal problems which may cause this also.

To make body well and to live healthy and long life protien supplement are not use ful but balance diet. Milk soya pulses fruits are very useful. And most important active life do regular walk and exercise.

I have desk job from 2years so my weight increase from 65kilos to 75kilos so please help me to decrease my weight.
Your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. No more than 60 ml of hard liqour or 2 glasses of beer per day. 2. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels. You will find that there are a lot of companies out there that are trying to sell expensive products to naive consumers in the name of weight loss. These products may not necessarily be good for you. Losing and maintaining weight is something which is totally in your hands, it is easy and it is free of cost if you follow the above mentioned points.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

No, A bladder infection may cause pelvic pain, increased urge to urinate, pain with urination and blood in the urine. A kidney infection may cause back pain, nausea, vomiting and fever.

I have gone for Off pump CABG surgery on 31/10/2006 with grafts: LIMA to LAD, RIMA to major diagonal, SVG to OM ( Anterior & posterior division ). Now I am taking the following medicines: Cognixplus, Olmezest 20, Cilacar 10, Rozavel 10, Angizem CD 90mg, allercet DC, Stresnil0.5, A-Z Tablets, Colvac, Clavix AS75 mg,, Co Q-10, fish oil 600 mg with 300 mg Omrga-3. Dear doctors, Hope you are fine and doing well. I appreciate whole heartedly the service your term offer to our society very selflessly. I am 50 year old man and l am writing this mail to get your best medical suggestion / treatment opinion for my throat /voice modulation complaint. My problem is that my throat get choked and get mild irritation whenever l talk bit loud or continuously. It is like throat gets strain. Every time l feel my voice cracks down, something like kich? kich feeling in my throat and l loose the softness in my voice. It becomes very unclear for sometime. In short l feel my throat becomes very dry which make my crack and harsh. I have to clear my throat by taking water or clearing the throat myself by closing my mouth and making mild self voice modulation process. I have been experiencing this problem since so many years. In fact, I have very good voice and many people appreciated my voice when l sing or talk on the phone. I used to lend my voice for regional language dubbing and l love singing. But this problem does not allow me to sing or do voice lending job. Is there anything serious and need treatment. Kindly suggest me how to over come from this problem. If l have to take medicine please prescribe it. Look forward to hearing from you and hope l shall over come from this problem permanently. Kindly help me.

This is common with singers and teachers due to vocal trauma. You require voice rest. Start tab. Pantop 40 mg daily empty stomach and avoid hot or spicy food. Have plenty of fluids.
