I am 47 years old male. Since last 2 years I am suffering from back pain. After test of vitamin d - 3, it's found positive. I am taking some calcium tablets and 1 tablet Neurotrat LM daily. But all effect less. Any suggestions for me!

For vitamin d 3 levels low means start with suppliments to boost up vitamin d 3 levels along with sun light exposure and calcium rich diet etc.

I am 23 years old and I have bones, cartilages problems like that. Because of comparison to other youngsters I have not lifted heavy weighed item for eg. 20 kgs of weight I havn't lift to 5 min at all & in some case pain should be there.

I was hospitalized for few days where doctor treated pox with some salines, some injection of anti bacterial, Multi vitamins and antibiotic. But after a week now I am feeling muscular pain and back pain. I more worried about platelet count. Pox patches are okay now, they turned into black. I feel little Itching on my body and scratch skins get red.

Few days back I hav back pain so I decided to checkup and after my blood test and urine test I found out that there is a something wrong in my urine. I, e calcium oxalate crystals so to know more about disorder I went for sonography but it was normal according to the report. And doctor advice me to only drink more water. So my question: Ll it be ok if I only drink water What causes dis disorder Does it increase in future.

Hello. Yes if you drink more water than your urinary tract can be cleaned. Preferably if you drink boil water it will be good. Boil the water and allow it to cool down and drink from that. The cause is the water you drink might be more hard or you might not be drinking enough quantity throughout the day. Normally you should drink around 5 liters per day.

* Neck pain occurs due to wrong posture or due to strain on your neck muscle . Hi 1) wear comfortable sports shoes 2) make daily routine of exercise 3) rule out calcium and vit d deficiency 4) do proper warm up before exercise and cool down after exercise 5) do stretching of legs do exercise under supervision of skilled physiotherapist. Kindly show me photograph& the x rays of the affected part.(left knee) rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it.
