From past few months I am suffering from hair fall problem. Specially in the front of my head. Its really very depressing. I need some good suggestion, tips ,oils & medicine.

MD - Homeopathy
Homeopath, Aurangabad
Hair fall, dandruff and tendency for gray hair are dependent on several factors. From stress anaemia to thyroid we have good treatment in homeopathy without causing any side effects. Homoeo medicines are given internally to restore healthy growth of hair and prevent hair fall. Precautions for care of your hair -take nutritious healthy high protin food -have regular vigorous physical exercise so that blood circulation reaches hair follicles and nourishes the hair. -avoid mental stress and smoking and such unhealthy habits. -use warm or cold water for bath and not very hot water. - hard water is harmful. Boiling and cooling will reduce hardness. - when the hair is wet, it is weaker and don't rub too much with towel. - use wide toothed comb so that there is no pulling pressure on the hair.

My penis size during excitation is 5 inches. Is that normal size? Also during normal conditions penis skin is not covering itself fully. What is the problem?

PDDM, MHA, MBBS
General Physician, Nashik
The average size of the erect/aroused penis ranges from 3.2 inches to 6.5 inches, but even lower sizes don't make a difference to the ability to have sex, please one's partner or have children. The aroused female vagina only extends between 3 to 4 inches, and even here, the most sensitive parts are towards the outside. Girth is a little more important, but most important is how you use it. So please focus on the person you are with and make sure your partner enjoys the experience - there is really nothing more important than that in sex. Anyone who tells you that size is important doesn't really know what he is talking about. The only way to increase penis size or girth (thickness) is through surgery, but this is painful and risky. None of the medicines marketed to increase penis size work and they are a waste of money.

ED can be caused by a variety of factors, including certain medications, injuries, chronic diseases and mental disorders, and even drug use. Although not all ED is preventable, there are things that you can do to reduce your risk of ED.

Lead a Healthy Lifestyle
Whole body health contributes to sexual health. It is important to keep your arteries and nerves healthy to maintain good circulation and prevent damage later on.

Poor diet and exercise and unhealthy behaviors can increase your risk for ED, as well as other health conditions. There are number of lifestyle changes that can help you stay healthy. To reduce your risk of ED, consider:

losing weight
exercising regularly
eating well
quitting smoking
avoiding excessive alcohol use

Control Your Chronic Illness
Chronic diseases are some of the major causes of ED. Cardiovascular disease and diabetes significantly increase ED risk in older men. Therefore, it is important to control chronic diseases by taking all medications as directed and leading a healthier lifestyle. Doing so can help you maintain functional erections.

You’ll want to:

regulate your blood sugar
try to keep blood pressure at healthy levels
manage your cholesterol through diet and medication, if needed
take medications for chronic conditions, if needed
In addition to the aforementioned diseases and conditions, prostate disorders—specifically, prostate cancer and treatment—often cause ED. Surgery to remove the prostate gland and surrounding tissues, called a radical prostatectomy, can often damage nerves and tissues near the penis, which can lead to ED. However, studies have found that getting erections after surgery can help prevent ED in the future.

Although controversial, penile rehabilitation seems to improve the health of the penile tissue. It appears to improve blood flow and prevent scarring.

Additional research has shown that regular intercourse—at least once per week—reduced the risk for developing ED in men aged 55 to 75.

Communication is Key
No matter the cause of your ED, open, honest communication is crucial for treatment and prevention. ED can undoubtedly affect your sex life and relationships, and creates a significant amount of stress. However, failing to manage that stress can actually exacerbate ED. Talking to your partner about what you are experiencing can help alleviate stress and may also help you and your partner find other forms of intimacy while you are seeking treatment for ED.

While ED can be an uncomfortable or potentially embarrassing subject, having a frank discussion about your symptoms with your doctor is the first step towards finding treatment.

In your age sexual arousal is fast due to any erotic thought and then precum or penile lubrication can occur, so try to avoid erotic things like porn, etc.

I am a student. In winter Why Won't My Cold Go Away? I tried to keep healthy. Never SMOKED. What should I do.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hi. Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Alpha-NC and Alpha-CF - both thrice daily for 4 days. Use Bakson's Nasal-Aid spray/ 1-2 sprays after every 4 hours. Management: - Avoid cold drinks and fried food, take healthy food. -Avoid exposure to Air-conditioner or cold air. -Take steam-inhalation once before going to bed. -Take enough sleep and rest. Tto build up a strong immunity, you need to alter few changes in your daily routine. If you don't have any underlying medical condition, you can follow the below points for healthy living. The diet plays an important role in making our immune system stronger: 1.Get enough protein. You can get protein from meat, dairy, eggs and vegetables. 2.Avoid saturated fats, but eat plenty of unsaturated fats. These "good fats" are found in corn, sesame, safflower, soybean, and cottonseed oils. 3.Eat limited amounts of carbohydrates. Consuming appropriate amounts of wheat, corn, and cereals helps to create the energy required for the body to produce white blood cells. 4.There are a number of particular foods that can help to boost-up your immunity. These include: Garlic, Almonds, Kale, Navy beans, Reishi mushrooms, Blueberries and raspberries, Yogurt, Green, Matcha, and Tulsi teas. 4.Eat antioxidants. Antioxidants are vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients that help repair damaged cells in the body. Examples of antioxidants are Beta Carotene (apricots, broccoli, beets, spinach, green peppers, tomatoes, corn, and carrots), Vitamins C ( berries, broccoli, nectarines, oranges, strawberries, bell peppers, tomatoes, and cauliflower) and E (broccoli, carrots, nuts, papaya, spinach, and sunflower seeds), Zinc (oysters, red meat, beans, nuts, and seafood), and Selenium. 5.Vitamin A is also an antioxidant, and helps your immune system to function more efficiently. In addition to supplements, you can get vitamin A from carrots, tomatoes, chilis, and squash. 6.Echinacea, ginseng, aloe vera, and green tea are all said to boost your white blood cell count. 7.Exercise regularly. Getting enough exercise improves your cardiovascular health, and greatly reduces the likelihood of certain chronic diseases.. Exercise increases the flow of blood through different parts of the body, and it increases the body's excretion of harmful metabolites, helping your immune system function properly. So run, bike, swim, walk -- whatever gets you moving! 8.Stop smoking and Limit alcohol consumption. 9.You should drink 8 glasses of water every day. 10.Sufficient deep sleep also helps the cells replenish and regenerate and is therefore necessary if you want to maintain a healthy immune system. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alpha-WD/ twice daily for 1month.
