Dear lybrate-user, Get X-ray or MRI done to rule out any structural joint abnormalities. Meanwhile, gentle massage over knees with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oils daily for about 15-20 minutes and hot fomentation afterwards will greatly help in subsiding the pain. Ayurveda’s Panchakarma offers specialized treatment of JANU BASTI for knee pains - these procedures would give strength to your knee and reduce the pain and stiffness. Regular oiling the joint will improve the lubrication also. Use knee caps over the joints and avoid over exertion of the joint. Avoid sitting crossed legs. This will greatly help. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. . Please update with your valuable feedback after 15 days.

I have headache from 3-4 years, I take combiflam it's make me relief , and I'm not sleep almost time, I have ear problem I don't here only 40 % I here.

If you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist.

You are too over weight reduce it. You are so young go for morning fast walk end evening for 3to 5 km. Per day. Do not take carbohydrates rich proteins eggs nonveg avoid too oily end ghee foods sweets. Do arobic excersices. Take fiber foods as you can. Do not sleep in noon.

Please help me to treat him well.
Dengue illness lasts for 5-9 days during fever, need to give plenty of fluids along with antipyretics. Avoid pain killers and steroids. If taking liquids orally and blood pressure normal then its fine. Once fever subsides there is tendency of low blood pressure and low platelets. You need to check.

Hi guvy firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

Dear, you should understand your current crisis. From the given description, I learn that your body produces more female hormones in some aspect. That is a normal phenomena. Many people are such. At least you are not a mixed gender. I would like to know what are those areas where you are behaving like men. Please post a private question to me with every details so that I understand your problem and will be able to help you. Hormon treatment is another option. Take care.

Start following * take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal * take ginger & turmeric before food * take hot water * quantity is much important, assume 4 part of your appetite & take food only 3 part of it * avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking I need detailed history for better solution & medicine, you can cunsult me later.
