Hello, Take in morning warm water with lemon drops for detoxification. After 15 minute 4-5 almonds in empty stomach. Take frequently meal 5-6 small meals in a day. Take probiotics drinks or curd in twice a day for improve digestion. Salad include in lunch and dinner because we need fiber in diet for good digestion. Avoid fast food and refined flour any items. Increase water intake. Now your weight is excess around 15 kg, we can loose in healthy way by only natural diet in six month. But you need complete guidance.

According to ayurveda it is important to do following things to assure that you do not gain weight: 1. Sleep only at night for 6 -7 hours not more than that (11 pm to 6 am preferably) 2. Do not sleep in day time it causes increase in weight 3. High carb food like rice, sweets, cakes, chocolates, creams, biscuits should be avoided. Wheat chapati, roti, phulka are preferable with sabji. 4. Running should be done at least for 30 min daily. 5. Try not to sit at a place for long time. 6. Avoid sweet juices, pizzas, fries, cheese, butter in your diet. 7. Avoid oily, spicy, salty food to ensure steady weight loss 8. Indulge in activities like badminton, football as they help to increase your metabolism. 9. Notice your calorie intake and adjust it according to burn fat (help of a dietitian may be required) 10. Do not have curd, banana, chiku, cold food, junk food at all. 11. Use cycle or walk than using your car or bike to commute. The main aim is to reduce the calorie intake, increase the metabolism and burn fats with muscle toning will sure induce steady weight loss which is effecting in long run. Hello. Firstly you should get your x-ray done for the sake of precautions. You are having a fractured leg so you must be on bed rest for about 2-3 months or maybe more. And it is usually said that longer bed rest changes your circadian rhythm. Various hormones and enzymes are released in a 24 hour schedule. Since your leg was bandaged so there must be lack of vitamins and calcium. If you feel that your bones are getting weaker then you can 1 gm of wet lime stone (chuna. Along with 100 gm of curd, juice or water. You will feel all the deficiencies will vanish. Please do not use it if you have a problem of kidney stone or other such problems.
