The medicines you are using has nothing to do with hyperpigmentation. You should use a good quality Sunscreen regularly rather than using frequently.

Avoid cosmetics and over the counter face products. Overwashing won't remove blackheads. You need to use cold water and wash face with a salicylic acid containing wash twice a day and not more. It vil help reduce the oiliness to a large degree. U can also use a natural face pack of orange, honey and curd for fifteen minutes once a week and wash it off. This vil decrease the oil, whiten and moisturise ur skin.

Hello, there are various treatment for pigmentation marks. Like creams, chemical pees, lasers etc depending on depth. You can start initially on milder depigmentation creams which contain kojic acid, arbutin, niacinamide like Melaglow at night and use sunscreen three times a day. And depending on type of skin whether oily or dry you can choose a face wash. Consult a dermatologist.

Please use Tea tree oil which is excellent for treating acne and pimples. It has antibacterial properties that help fight the bacteria that cause these skin problems. Plus, its soothing properties help reduce the redness and inflammation of pimples. It also helps dry out blackheads and whiteheads. Just dip a cotton ball in tea tree essential oil and dab it on the affected area. Rinse your face after 15 to 20 minutes. Note: Steer clear of tea tree oil if you have sensitive skin. If you would like to consult with me privately, please click on 'Consult'. recommend me by clicking on recommendation option.

Antiscar creams/gels are only effective in small, red, mildly raised scars which are fresh (<2 yrs). Larger scars, black pigmentation in scars, stretched out scars etc need different methods of treatment. Please visit a plastic cosmetic surgeon to know which is best for your scar.

Apply an over-the-counter antifungal cream, powder, or spray to the affected area. Wash the affected area thoroughly with soap and warm water. Dry the affected area thoroughly after bathing and exercise. Change clothes and undergarments every day. Wear loose cotton clothing.
