Hello, This may be due to Acidity/ Gas/ Indigestion I am giving you general health advises for proper digestion: 1.Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2.Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 3. Moderate physical activity regularly 4.avoid excessive tea, coffee 5. Do Not postpone Breakfast 6.Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food 7.Take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. Keep yourself busy in day time, have a light dinner, and spend your time with strict discipline. Each moment is precious. Be a strict vegetarian because you are what you eat. Drink cow's milk in night about three hours after dinner about three times in a week. Do not waste time with mundane messages from internet at night. Instead listen to divine stories and Kirtana before sleep. Please remember to chant any names of God who you have faith in, with love and devotion.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...you can take my 'obesity treatment package' which is available on lybrate in health packages

Hi, lybrate-user can understand that weight gain is a big problem now a day. The main reason behind weight gain is eating more of the processed food, less of exercise and drinking less water. You observe the habit of yours, you will find that these three reasons. Hence to lose weight cutting on processed food, sugary food, drinking 3-4 liter of water daily and exercise for min of 30 min per day is essential. Balanced food is the key to long term weight loss. It is a better way to determine where you stand on the obesity scale than just weight alone. The BMI is a guideline that gives doctors a place to start when approaching their patients about weight. It has been determined that being overweight increases your risk of certain diseases such as heart attack, stroke and diabetes. A poor diet can raise bad (LDL) cholesterol which in turn can increase plaque development in the arteries and lead to other life-threatening conditions.

Hello lybrate-user, Wearing the helmet directly over the scalp, without any barrier say of a scarf tied over the head may cause friction and strain on the hair resulting in pulling off the strands or weakening them, thus causing hairfall, so do wear some kind of protection before wearing the helmet. For dandruff, avoid oiling your hair overnight as you scalp is already greasy, use a good anti dandruff shampoo but only twice a week and a regular shampoo rest of the days. Have good amount of protein in your diet and hair supplements. Kindly consult if you wish to know further.

First of all, limit the use of mobile phone, t. V and laptop at least 2 hours before sleep. After food at night, drink a cup of warm milk just before sleep. Take a shower before sleeping. After shower, do a head massage for 10-15 min. Then go to sleep do regular meditation daily. Involve yourself in physical exercise for 30 min at least every day. These steps are vital for a good sleep and peace of mind.

I'm 31 male, have measured 142/92 bp, taking migraine plus and homeopathy too. Now regularly bp coming 120/80 avg. Till how many days I have to take this medicine.

Migraine plus tablet is not the drug to lower bp. U have not mentioned homeopathic medicine you are taking fr what reason. U should regularly check your bp for 3 days if consequtivly it is high than you need to be on medication. As your age is not much you require proper evaluation for having high bp. U should consult a physician in person and get investigated properly.

Continue medicine regularly. Regularly check your blood sugar level. Do daily exercise for minimum 40 minutes. Proper diet control- no sweets, no sweet fruits, no fried food, avoid ghee, butter, chees, oil, avoid party food & outside food. Reduce rice and potato, and also reduce some roti-bread. Increase dal, vegetables, salad in diet. You can take sour fruits. Take skim milk and buttermilk.

Eat less oily and less spicy food. Avoid fast food and junk food. Eat nutritious food. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily and take fibrous diet. Do not apply oily cream on face. Wash your face with acnelak soap and apply clindamycin ointment two times daily.

Kindly show me a photograph & digital x rays of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days. Bio d3 max 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello, this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take 1. Tablet Meftal spas one tablet stat after food 2. Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. u can drink alcohol, less 30ml. per day, will equals to 80 ml whisky , approx 200 ml wine. but it shouldn't be treated like medicine which will reduce ur cholesterol. if u have high cholesterol better avoid alcohol. once a while , its ok.

If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. Knee surgery-total knee replacement (tkr) is quite safe & gives uniformly good results, in our hands. We have well equipped centers in delhi. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Sleep plays a vital role in good health and well-being throughout your life. Getting enough quality sleep at the right times can help protect your mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety. In children and teens, sleep also helps support growth and development. The damage from sleep deficiency can occur in an instant (such as a car crash), or it can harm you over time. For example, ongoing sleep deficiency can raise your risk for some chronic health problems. It also can affect how well you think, react, work, learn, and get along with others. Management: here are five tips everyone can use to help improve the quality of their sleep: keep your bedroom cool and dark put away/turn off all electronic devices while preparing for bedtime stick to a regular bedtime and wake time every day, even on weekends stop drinking caffeine by the early afternoon and avoid large late-night meals skip the late-afternoon nap, as it can make it harder to sleep at bedtime avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Do regular exercise. Go for a brisk walk in the morning. Medication: take schwabe's bacopa monierri 1x/ thrice daily and kali phos./ once daily at night for 1month.
