Dear pt, it seems that you underwent hysterectomy due to some tumours and you too have hair fall problem. You need to take ibt treatment course, and you can continue taking calcium tablet for some days, get checked your blood calcium levels, if its normal, then you can slowly taper the dosage of calcium and you can eventually leave. If you need any further information about ibt treatment course, revert back today, to get free help and remedial solution too. Take care.

Pain in left knee. Not able to put pressure on left knee. Xray of knee is normal. Two years ago met with an accident in which right knee was hurt badly or was able to walk by left leg only. Now this left leg knee makes sound with pain while bending legs. What to do? Any massage oil or exercise is there to cure my knee problem?

If there is no fracture in x-ray you should definitely go with a mri. Since you are not able to give w8 on your knee it can be acl (ligament) injury or meniscal injury too. To make a diagnosis both mri and physical tests need to be performed on you. I would suggest you to go to an orthopedic doctor 1st and then to physiotherapist. I hope I helped you. Thank you!

I have pain in my right side shoulder, what type of exercise I have to perform for getting relaxed from this?
*Don’t sit continuously working on laptop etc. Get up periodically and move around. *Restrict bike driving as far as possible. *Don’t carry laptop or any load on your shoulder. Carrying very light loads equally with both hands is better *Sit straight so that back bone gets proper support. A dining chair is better than a laid back sofa. *You can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good *Soft bed will not give proper support to your back bone. Hard bed with thin mattress and thin pillow is better. *Get yourself tested whether you have spondylitis problem. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. Take Calc fluor 200--once daily in the morning for 6 days.

I'm suffering a pain in my both leg, as it there is a small buldge on both sides, it always pains as soon as I starts...
Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues. Leg pain can also be caused by blood clots, varicose veins or poor circulation. To relieve mild pain: stay off your leg as much as possible apply an ice pack or bag of frozen peas to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down please go to a physiotherapist if: you have pain during or after walking you have swelling in both legs your pain gets worse your symptoms don't improve after a few days of home treatment you have painful varicose veins you need to drink a lot of water because poor fluid intake (dehydration) may predispose to cramps also low blood levels of either calcium or magnesium directly cause cramps. Please check your vitamin d level as well. Best wishes.
