Sir I have pimples and acne on face and also oily skin then what should do to prevent these and get oil free glow skin.
Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days.

Hello- your problem suggests that your hair follicles need proper nutrition. Ayurveda gives equal importance to prevention as it gives to the treatment. Follow these ayurvedic tips along with some useful medicines. A) avoid spicy and salty food, junk food, fried food. B) avoid late night sessions and go to bed before 10 c) do not use harsh chemicals like shampoo and dyes if using. D) try this remedy- amla+mehndi + bhringraj-take these three herbs in powder form and make a paste by adding water>> apply this paste and old iron kadhai and leave it for three night >> daily add some water to the paste to avoid dryness of the paste. Use this paste on your hairs it will not only give a natural color to your hairs but also prevent your hairs from greying and falling in the near future. You can also use some good ayurvedic hair oils and medicines like, nili bhringadi hair oil, narsimha rasayana for internal purpose.

You need to eat right, include plenty of colourful fruits and vegetables. Avoid chemicals in your hair. Straightening devices can break sulfur bonds in hair. Blow drying vil enhance damage. Have plenty of vitamin supplements. Drink milk and have dairy products. Calcium, copper, iron supplements should b taken. You have to get checked for autoimmune diseases. Greying of hair is due to genetic, environmental, nutritional and autoimmune causes. At any one time, one person can have one or more reasons affecting them. It can b treated. It vil have to b evaluated with blood level analysis. You can consult privately for the same. Meanwhile, milk and milk products, pulses, meat, fish need to be consumed well.

I have too many pimples on my shoulder and forehead what I should do remove all permanent.
First of all, maintain proper hygeine. Pimples on shoulders is mostly due to clogged pores so scrub every second day. Use Sebamed body wash daily. For forehead pimples, use sebamed face wash.

How to prevent hair loss. What are causes of hair fall. Suggest some home remedies.

How to prevent hair loss. What are causes of hair fall. Suggest some home remedies.
Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week. After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

Most boils are caused by a germ (staphylococcal bacteria). This germ enters the body through tiny nicks or cuts in the skin or can travel down the hair to the follicle. These health problems make people more susceptible to skin infections: diabetes problems with the immune system poor nutrition poor hygiene exposure to harsh chemicals that irritate the skin if your husband gets regular boils on body, please see a doctor who can prescribe good antibiotics to stop reoccurence.

Urticaria and homoeopathic treatment

BHMS
Homeopath, Sindhudurg
Have you ever suffered from urticaria? for those who may not know about it, urticaria or hives, as it is sometimes called, is a skin disorder. Urticaria is characterised by the formation of reddish swellings, bumps or patches on the skin, most likely as a result of an allergy. The eruptions may be small in size or big and may join together to form plaques. The seat of the eruptions may vary from the face, arms, legs, back to chest.

Homeopathic treatment of urticaria

In my practice, I have been hugely successful in helping patients get rid of this irritating problem. Most of the patients had been getting these urticarial eruptions for months on end and had been using anti allergic medicines for a long time but with only temporary relief.

All of the patients were cured in a short period of couple of months of regular homeopathic treatment. Once the hives were cured, there was no recurrence even after all homeopathic remedies were stopped. To top this, you have the added assurance that these natural medicines for urticaria are completely safe and do not have any side effects at all. Also, these medicines are not habit forming and once cured, you will not need to take any medicine at all.

Scalpe shampoo by glenmark is good for removing dandruff. Use it thrice a week. Do not shampoo your hair more than that. Massage your scalp with oil nicely (use any hot oil, natural coconut oil) to hydrate the scalp. If it is severe, go to a dermatologist.

4 Types of Life-Threatening Rashes

Dermatologist, Delhi
4 Types of Life-Threatening Rashes

Rashes are common skin problems but shouldn't be taken casually at all. Although most rashes are mild and do not create much problem, some might turn grow to become life-threatening.

These are:

1. Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) -
This skin rash is the result of a severe allergic reaction to medication. The condition affects the skin and mucous membranes. Various medicines, such as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, anticonvulsants, penicillin, and sulphonamides might trigger this type of rash. It is characterized by painful lesions emerging in clusters.

2. Staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome (SSSS) - Mostly affecting babies and young children under the age of five, this skin disease brings on extensive blisters with red skin that looks burnt or scalded. This syndrome is caused by infection with strains of Staphylococcus bacteria.

3. Pemphigus Vulgaris (PV) - This unusual autoimmune skin condition gives rise to excruciating blisters on the skin, which often go on to the mouth, throat, nose and even genitals. The open sores from this disease often lead to infections and acute cases can even cause lung infections and lesions. This rash has no cure but is often treated with corticosteroids, antibiotics or immunosuppressants. If untreated, it can even cause death.

4. Toxic shock syndrome (TSS) - TSS is often caused by an overgrowth of Staphylococcus bacteria with the infection spreading throughout the body. Besides these bacteria, infections from surgical wounds contaminated nasal packing after nasal surgery and infections after baby birth are probable causes. This life-threatening rash generally affects teens and young adults, most of them being women. It can affect mucus membranes of mouth and eyes although there are no blisters or skin bumps. One can experience slight dizziness and high fever as well as swelling of the joints and eyelids. This skin condition often affects the liver, kidneys, the heart, and the brain.

Apart from these, there are several other types of skin infections, which can be equally discomforting and critical. Toxic epidermal necrolysis, dermatitis herpetiformis, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis and several other nasty skin diseases are cases in point.

Hi. Use an anti acne soap daily while bathing (name of the soap I can tell only in private audio consultation). Also you need to apply one anti acne day cream and a night cream. For itching you can take a levocetrizine tablet at night just before going to bed. Take it only at night as it will cause drowsiness. Consult me privately for the detailed treatment.
