How to prevent hair fall in natural way and what kind of medicine available for preventing hair fall?

Vaidya Visharad

Massage your scalp daily. Massaging helps circulate blood and brings nutrients to the scalp. Put both your hands on the head and move your fingers in slow, circular motion. Massaging will make your scalp warm and tingly ? it is an indicator that blood is flowing to the scalp which will help in hair growth.

Use a salicylic acid/ glycolic acid based face wash. Get your comedones extracted regularly. Use a water based moisturizer, even oily skin needs hydration. scrub your face two times in week. Use a mud mask weekly. Take salicylic acid or glycolic acid peels every fifteen days or month to improve skin texture, control acne and reduce scars and marks. Take a well balanced nutritious diet and exercise daily. Avoid face massages or application of greasy cosmetics and oils.

There is nothing to worry about. The dark skin the dead skin and it needs scrubbing. Ask your brother to scrub his skin every two days and apply moisturiser.

Exposure to sunlight, freckles, acne and several other skin diseases are responsible for making the skin look dull and discolored. Homoeopathy not only helps in controlling excess oil secretion by the sebaceous glands but provides a clear and fair skin removing all such tendencies which lead to dull skin.Along with this a diet rich in vegetables and whole fruits, plenty of water, regular exercise will also help you You can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance

Lybrate | Dr. Apoorva Singh speaks on IMPORTANCE OF TREATING ACNE EARLY

I am 26 years old and I have facing problem og hair fall. Please give me advice to stop hair fall.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

Homeopath, Raebareli
Thank you for writing to us. Please note the following for your condition: The head should be massaged slowly with oil or shampoo while bathing or cleaning hairs resulting blood circulation becomes fast and the skin of the head is protected from dryness. Shampoo should be used only two times a week. Hairs should be washed with curd for removing dandruff. Spicy or fried foodstuffs should not be eaten. Excessive cream or jell should not be applied on hairs. For further queries get back to me.

Hair loss occurs due to many reasons. The exact reason should be found out to treat it as early as possible. Home remedy. Take 100 ml coconut oil boil 2-4 pcs of amla fruit n 8-10 curry leaves in that oil till fruit n leaves turn black. Filter and strain. Massage it on scalp with finger tips gently. Wash hair next morning with curd mixed with besan. In ready to use you can start using rishi grow hair oil at bed time wash with robin plus herbal shampoo. Internal herbal medicines can suggested after analysing the prakriti of patient. It will take around 2 months to reduce hairloss so do it and as it's a very slow process so you can't see results in a week. Eat more of green leafy vegies and fresh seasonal fruits. Take amla powder or amla murabba/ carrot murabba twice daily. Use neem wood comb for managing hair and this should be changed regularly. Reduce your stress by yoga and meditation. Add some coconut daily in your diet. Keep water in copper vessel overnight and drink in the morning empty stomach. Avoid chinese foods and food stuffs packed in plastics. Avoid white flour (maida), excessive salt and spices. Let me know after it and I will advise accordingly.

Dear lybrate user do not use any facewash or creams use gram fluor and turmeric instead also oily skin is just not an external symptom it is related to excess sebum and needs internal medicinal treatment for cure and so is acne too, it is. Just not a superficial problem but has deep seated causes and can be cured permanently by constititional treatment.

Only medicine will not help. What is equally important is your hygiene. Wear clean cotton clothes shower twice a day. Keep the skin dry apply ggod amount of talcum powder. Add dettol liquid to the final rinse of your clothes. With all the above precautions if you take medicine it will help.

Dear sir. I have no of small and large pores on my face when I consultant to a doctor she suggested me derma dew elovera cream and a face wash but the results are same no changes. Can U pls suggest me a product to eliminate the pores.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)

* When you apply any cream, sun screen and the like, clean your face at the earliest, so that there will be no adverse action of the chemicals on the delicate skin of face. *Your skin ‘breaths’ through its pores which are not to be closed for long. Blocking pores by creams may cause more pimples. HOMOEOPATHIC medicines are taken internally. Hence, NO DIRECT CONTACT with your delicate and sensitive skin, thereby no problem of skin allergy. Homoeopathy has good treatment without causing adverse effects. The medicines work internally, tackle the root of the problem unlike face cream which is a surface treatment. Take Antim crd 200—once daily in the morning.
